The treatment element is positioned perpendicular to, and projects from the longitudinal axis of the handle (2), and is removably and replaceably attached by means of a locking element (5) which can be detachably fixed in a locking position. To this end, the treatment element or a holding device forming part thereof, such as a retaining wire (4a), is inserted in the operating position into a hole (6) extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle (2). When the locking element (5) clears this hole (6), the treatment element can be removed and a different one inserted.
