The cleaning element of the brush includes a plate(s) with opening through which the bristles protrude. When the plate is expanded, the plate pushes any hairs entwined in the bristles to the tips of the bristles where they are removed. The brush also has a post mechanism, which allows for the adjustment of the cleaning element to various intermediary positions, effectively adjusting the length of the bristles for use of the brush.

Abstract: A hairbrush includes a handle, a bristle carrier holder, which is hinged to the handle and has two sliding grooves arranged in parallel at the top and two raised retaining portions protruded from the top wall and projecting into the sliding grooves and two protruding blocks with a respective sloping face respectively disposed inside the sliding grooves, a bristle carrier, which has a flexible pad holding a plurality of metal bristles and two rod-like flanges with a respective recessed retaining portion formed integral with the flexible pad at two sides by insertion molding for insertion into the sliding grooves to secure the bristle carrier to the bristle carrier holder base. The rod-like flanges are forced outwards by the sloping faces of the protruding blocks when inserted into the sliding grooves of the bristle carrier holder base, and therefore the recessed retaining portions of the rod-like flanges are forced into engagement with the raised retaining portions of the bristle carrier holder base.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a duster brush assembly for a vacuum cleaner. The duster brush assembly includes a duster brush fixedly disposed at the air flow entrance of a hollow tubular member operatively connected to the vacuum cleaner. A hollow tubular member is telescopically mounted on a suction tube which is in communication with the vacuum cleaner. To clean the duster brush the hollow tubular member is moved forward over the duster brush is removed by vacuum into the vacuum cleaner.

The handle of the toilet cleaning tool may be provided with a non-slip finish.

Abstract: A hair brush for preventing hair loss is provided. The hair brush of the current invention is comprised of a main body, a bristle body and a spike body. The main body of the brush is made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) polymer. The bristle body and the spike shape body are made of mixtures of anion emitting material, magnets and plastics such as silicon and polyurethane. Strength of the magnetic field generated from the bristle body and spike body is controlled to be 5 to 50 Gauss by controlling composition of carbon steel and strength of the magnetizer. Emitting anion concentration is controlled to be 400 to 700 each/cm3 by adjusting composition of anion emitting materials. Combing 10 cm2 area of scalp one minute a day for 30 days, number of hair loss a day decreased from over 100 each to less than 20 each.

Abstract: An applicator with squeegee configurations is disclosed. The applicator has a removable cover. In accordance with the embodiments of the invention, the removable cover is sealed through a squeegee edge using a suitable adhesive. The removable cover can be formed from foil, plastic or any combination of suitable materials. In use, the removable cover is removed and the squeegee configuration is used to treat, clean and/or wipe a surface. In further embodiments of the invention, a medication, a cleaning agent or other surface treating substance is seal between the removable cover and the squeegee configuration. Preferably, the device is an oral-care device.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a multipurpose device comprising two half-elliptical shaped members 16, 18 forming a wrist bracelet that are pivotally attached by a hinge member 26. Located at one end 16 from the hinge 26 is a toothbrush 24. Located at the opposite distal end from the hinge 26 is a sanitary housing 20 for the storage of the brush 24 when not in use. This also forms the closure of the device forming the bracelet 28 shape. The housing chamber portion 20 has a multipurpose door 22 that provides a sanitary seal, locking out contamination and also provides closure for the toothbrush portion 24 of the device. When the device is ready to be used, the sanitary door 22 is lifted up and the brush portion 24 is removed from the chamber 20. Other alternate forms of the present invention 10 include a toothbrush ring 30 that children can wear on their finger 32.

A plurality of locking mechanisms releasably secure a plurality of implements within tubes enclosed by a case. The case has a lid that closes it when it is not in use. The locking mechanisms consist of a locking pin with a locking pin tab on one end with its opposing end slidably inserted through a guide slot and a tube slot into a locking pin receiving channel. A spring encircling the opposing end of the locking pin pushes it into the sidewall of the tube to engage the locking mechanism.

A bristle holding plate and attached bristles are capable of sliding into the housing and out to the the open end of the housing. A bristle plate end block has an outwardly protruding stop pin that interacts with a longitudinally disposed slot in one side of the inner brush retaining housing. The bristles are each comprised of a shaft member whose bottom portion terminates in a spring retaining shoulder and integral downwardly disposed flexible shaft member. An extension spring surrounds each the downward shaft and penetrates and is retained by the bristle holding plate. This configuration allows the bristles to bend when they slide into the housing forming a compact unit that can be carried in a pocket or purse and to then pop up when slid out from the housing.

The cap protects it from contamination and prevents it from getting dirty. The lower part is the handle and can be use as toothbrush handle. Later on we would like to use that to fill up with tooth-paste.

Abstract: A self-cleaning hairbrush system has a housing with a wall formed with apertures and with a hollow interior with an open end and a closed end. A core has an interior end positionable adjacent to the closed end and an exterior exposed end extending through the open end of the housing. A plurality of resilient bristles have fixed ends extending radially outward from the core and free ends extending through the apertures of the housing. A handle is operatively coupled to the closed end of the housing.

Abstract: A protective holder for use with a paintbrush. The holder has a flexible sleeve that is configured to be snuggly positioned about a substantial portion of a paintbrush body. The sleeve has an aperture through which the handle of a brush may extend, and may also include absorbent material that captures liquid that dribbles down from the applicator portion of a paintbrush when the paintbrush is held vertically. The holder also has a protective, segmented skirt that is operatively connected to the sleeve and whose segments or panels may be selectively moved between a protective storage position where the skirt substantially encircles the applicator portion of a brush, and a protective use position where the skirt substantially encircles the handle of a brush. The holder also may have a fastener to maintain the skirt in either of its protective positions.

Abstract: De-dusting brush structure including a patterned body, a connecting body, a brush body and an adjustment member. Two opposite sides of the connecting body are formed with ribs. An engaging flange is formed on lower end of the connecting body. The brush body is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the connecting body. The adjustment member is hollow and has a profile similar to that of the connecting body. An annular rib is formed on inner circumference of open end of the adjustment member. The adjustment member is fitted onto the connecting body and movable along the connecting body, whereby the annular rib of the adjustment member is up and down adjustably engaged with any of the ribs of the connecting body to locate the adjustment member. Accordingly, the volume of the brush body is adjustable and varied with the position of the adjustment member.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a cleaning brush comprising a handle, a movable seat and bristles. The handle has a guiding rail at center along the elongated direction thereof, a guiding slot, a button opening communicated with the guiding slot and two locking portions at opposite ends of the guiding slot respectively. The movable seat mounts the bristles at an end thereof and disposes an upper arm and a lower arm at the other end thereof. A driving button is disposed on the upper arm and has two locking members thereon. The movable seat is inserted into the guiding rail of the handle and the driving button is extended out of the handle via the button opening so that the movable seat can slide freely along the guiding rail of the handle within the guiding slot and the locking members of the movable seat is engaged with the locking portions of the handle when the driving button is moved to the opposite ends of the guiding slot respectively to lock the movable seat.

Abstract: The present invention is a personal hygiene device. Specifically, the invention is a back maintenance device comprised of a brush head attached to a variable length handle. The brush head is attached to at least one abrasive element. In an alternate embodiment, a second abrasive element is attached to the brush head. Abrasive elements include bristle and porous structures. The variable length handle is both extendible from and retractable into a storage cavity within the brush head. The variable length handle is telescoping. One embodiment consists of fixed length tubular members slidably disposed and extending to form a rigid handle structure. An alternate embodiment consists of a coiled member slidably disposed along its length and extending to form a rigid handle structure.
