Abstract: A door body holding structure that can hold a door body at an open position by using a simple configuration. A projecting portion 40, which projects toward a containing wall 38 side, is provided on an outer surface of a bearing portion 32 of a fixed-side hinge at a position facing the containing wall 38 where the projecting portion 40 does not come into contact with an inner surface of a guide portion 34 when the door body 18 is at a closed position but the projecting portion 40 comes into contact with the inner surface of the guide portion 34 when the door body 18 is at the open position. A separation dimension between a projecting end of the projecting portion 40 and the containing wall 38 is set to be smaller than a thickness dimension of the guide portion 34.
Abstract: A tiled display rotational assembly is provided. The system uses panels connected by hinges, the panels configured to mount at least one display on each panel. A first panel has an extending hinge portion with a first bearing surface attached to an edge while a second panel has a receiving hinge portion with a second bearing surface attached to an edge. When the extending hinge portion is inserted into the receiving hinge portion the extending hinge portion and the receiving hinge portion together define an axis of rotation about which the panels may rotate.

Abstract: A damping assembly for a pivoting stowage bin includes a rotary hydraulic damper that is mounted on the pivot axis of the stowage bin. The rotary hydraulic damper includes a damper body that receives a rotor having at least one vane moved through contained hydraulic fluid. Preferably, an exterior bearing surface on the damper precludes the active damping elements from radial loads, while a distributed attachment of the rotor to the pivoting bin enables reduced torque loads. The damper can include an integrated flow-control valve for controlling the opening rate of the pivoting bin as well as an integrated mechanical stop for the bin.

Abstract: A Signal Activated Door Hinge is typically a three-hinge door's central hinge. The lower part of the hinge plates attaches to an upper sprocket pinned to a lower sprocket which supports a central drop shaft extending to the bottom of the cover tube. An annular drop weight slides on the drop shaft, latching to a pivoted release lever near the drop shaft top. A bi-metallic muscle wire controls the pivoted release lever. As electric signal reaches the muscle wire, the release lever rotates away from the drop weight which unlatches and slides down the drop shaft under gravity, impacting the bottom of the drop shaft and pulling it down to open the sprocket connections. A coiled spiral activation spring inside the upper sprocket unwinds, rotating a hinge plate. To reset, the signal is canceled and the drop weight raised to the latched position in the release lever.

Abstract: A hinge is mounted between a cover and a base of a portable device and has a first connecting element, a second connecting element and a pintle. Abstract: A hinge device 100 includes: a one-piece hinge base 20 such that connecting hinge bases 21a, 21b in which rotational shaft portions 23a, 23b are protrusively provided in the same direction by a burring process are connected together through a hinge base connecting part 22; and a one-piece holder 10 such that connecting holders 11a, 11b having click washers 30a, 30b attached thereto are connected together through a holder connecting part 12, wherein the one-piece holder 10 is assembled to the one-piece hinge base 20 from one direction.
Abstract: The invention is a device for a movable furniture part, such as a door, shutter or drawer, that includes a first attachment part fitted on a basic structure and connected, via an articulation mechanism, to a second attachment part fitted on the movable furniture part that pivots the movable furniture part, and a damping device for damping the relative movement during pivoting of the movable furniture part. The damping device includes a damper housing and an internal part accommodated on the damper housing that are movable in relation to one another, where the damper housing or the internal part serves as a contact part which contacts, at least temporarily, a portion of the device during pivoting of the furniture part. An adjusting arrangement adjusts the damping. The adjusting arrangement is mounted to a predefined fitting position that is changeable and the damping device is secured in the predefined fitting position.
Abstract: The hinge structure for a furniture with a foldable shelf (1) reversibly turnable downwards from a closing position of the furniture to a substantially horizontal opening position comprises a first and a second rocker arm (2, 3) hinged at their ends by means of a first, second, third and fourth pin (4, 5, 6, 7) to a first plate (8) able to be fixed to a stationary portion (9) of the furniture and to a second plate (10) able to be fixed to the shelf (1), first decelerating means (11) mainly of the final portion of the opening stroke of the shelf (1) independently from second decelerating means (12) mainly of the initial portion of the opening stroke of the shelf (1).

Abstract: The invention relates to a damper (1) for furniture, especially hinges, comprising a housing (2) in which a piston (8) is connected to a piston rod (3) and can be displaced. A fluid flows through at least one flow channel (11) on or in the piston (8) during a movement of the piston (8) inside the housing (2). A connecting element (4) having a seat (5) for coupling a drive element thereto is provided on the piston rod (3) on the end section projecting from the housing (2). The seat (5) has a cut-out section (18) on the face of the of the piston rod (3) accommodated therein, said cut-out section allowing the direct mechanical contact of a face (17) of the piston rod (3) and a drive element accommodated in the seat (5) so that there is a direct flux of force in the axial direction from the drive element accommodated in the seat towards the piston rod (3) when pressure is applied.

Abstract: A hinge assembly includes a mounting sleeve defining a pivoting hole, a fastening seat, an elastic member, and a right side cover. The pivoting hole is enclosed by an interior peripheral wall. The interior peripheral wall defines a stopping slot. The fastening seat defines a fastening hole. The elastic member is received in the mounting sleeve. The right side cover includes a pole. The pole includes a first resisting bar and a second resisting bar. The pole is received in the pivoting hole and the fastening hole. The first resisting bar is slidably embedded in the stopping slot. The elastic member compresses the first resisting bar to abut against the fastening seat. When the first resisting bar slides out of the fastening hole and abuts against the fastening seat, the second resisting bar is slidably embedded in the stopping slot.
Abstract: Hinge for a panel door, in particular a glass door, for sealing a space, such as for example a cooling cupboard, wherein the hinge (1) includes a sill/lintel-attachment part (2), two mutually connectable clamping parts (3, 4) for clamping a panel (21) in between them along an edge of the panel (21), a pivot pin (6) which connects, on one side, to the sill/lintel-attachment part (2) and, on the other side, to the clamping parts (3, 4) in such a manner that they can pivot with respect to one another, and tensioning parts (7, 8, 9) which force the sill/lintel-attachment part (2) into a neutral position with respect to the clamping parts (3, 4), wherein, in the neutral position, a mirror plane (Ls) of the clamping parts (3, 4) and a longitudinal axis (Lo) of the sill/lintel-attachment part (2) are at an angle of 5-15 degrees.
