Abstract: The invention relates to a trailer coupling for a motor vehicle, with a coupling arm (11, 111, 211), on the free longitudinal end region (12) of which a coupling body (13), in particular a coupling ball (14), for the coupling of a trailer (190) or a load carrier (290) is arranged, and the other longitudinal end region (15) of which forms a holding end (16) for holding and/or movable mounting on a supporting structure (70) of the motor vehicle (90), wherein the coupling arm has supporting straps (20, 21) which extend along a longitudinal extent of the coupling arm at a transverse distance (22) to each other between the longitudinal end regions (12, 15). It is provided that the supporting straps (20, 21) are connected to each other by a plurality of connecting struts (26-31) in the manner of a lattice structure (24) or rib structure (25).

Abstract: A fastening system is configured to be securely fastened from one side of at least one component. The fastening system includes a fastener including a shaft having a distal end extending from a head. A first channel is formed through the fastener between the head and the distal end. A nut is configured to be connected to the fastener. The nut includes a second channel that is coaxially aligned with the first channel.
Abstract: The device and method are for one shot greasing of tractor trailer fifth wheels and other structures. The device has an upper tube and a lower tube where the upper tube acts as a piston to push down on the lower tube to dispense a grease supply. The lower tube bottom, or a bottom cap connected thereto, has a plurality of dispensing orifices. Preferred embodiments include a stop mechanism to prevent relative movement of the upper tube and lower tube prior to dispensing, and a removable seal on the bottom that prevents grease release until the seal is removed.
Abstract: A container includes a body, a bag, and a bottom cap. The body includes a top opening, and a bottom end, opposite the top opening. The bag is positioned inside the body and includes an opening at the bottom end of the body. The bottom cap includes a hole. The bottom cap is removably connected over the opening of the bag. The hole in the bottom cap allows air in the bag to escape.

Abstract: A tool for unseizing and/or lubricating a valve having a protruding valve stem on an exterior periphery. The tool possesses a hollow tubular member, having at one end thereof an open, hollow, cylindrical flexible member adapted to be placed over and contain therewithin a portion of the valve stem. A circumferential tightening member, encircling one end of the flexible member, is provided, to permit the flexible member to sealingly engage the valve stem about the outer periphery thereof when the flexible member is placed over the valve stem. The tool further possesses a fluid inlet port, situated along a length of the tubular member, in fluid communication with an interior of the tubular member, and a pressurized fluid inlet port likewise in fluid communication with the interior of the tool.
Abstract: A plug assembly configured for installation in a hammer assembly, the plug assembly comprising a cylindrical plug and an anti-rotation component. The cylindrical plug may include a plug head and a plug body. The plug head may include a first hole and a second hole opposite the first hole, each hole extending from the outer surface of the plug head. The anti-rotation component may include a first linear portion and a second linear portion. The first linear portion and second linear portion may both be configured to fixably engage with the hammer assembly.
Abstract: An elastic connector (ES) having at least two ends, each of which includes attachment means for reversibly attaching said ES to at least two components; wherein said ES is characterized by a predetermined default configuration: and, a queue-like configuration in which said ES is adapted to provide simultaneous queue-like insertion or extraction of said at least two components through a tube or endoscope's working channel or a trocar into or from a body cavity; said ES is adapted to be reversibly transformed from said predetermined default configuration to said queue-like configuration and from said queue-like configuration to said predetermined default configuration.
Abstract: The apparatus and method of the present invention provide a crewmember with the ability to lubricate the sheaves at the head of a mast of a contemporary sailing vessel from the deck. A cylinder that may be secured to existing halyards is filled with a lubrication fluid. The cylinder is raised in the usual manner and, once at the top of the mast, a plunger deploys the lubricant through a bifurcated stem to each side of the sheave.
Abstract: An air tool oil apparatus is disclosed that may be used by all automotive mechanics to provide easy and convenient maintenance of all air tool equipment. The air tool apparatus may include a holding tank, a top portion and a bottom portion. The top portion may include a vent and a fill plug. The bottom portion may include a nozzle and a drain valve positioned above the nozzle. The apparatus may further include a valve actuator configured to open and close the drain valve. The valve actuator may be embodied in different forms including a side mounted push-button, a lever, and a movable nozzle.
