Abstract: A conveyor comprises a first conveyor section and a second conveyor section that is foldable with respect to the first conveyor section. Skirting is movable into and out of a deployed state in which it extends along the second conveyor section. A skirting support is coupled to the skirting and is movable into and out of a deployed state in which it holds the skirting in the deployed state. Actuating device is provided for moving the skirting support. The skirting is deformable or foldable so that it does not have to be removed or fitted when the conveyor is folded or deployed, and is less susceptible to damage.
Abstract: A chain drive system for a bi-parting slatted floor in a drive system relies upon two continuous loops of chain, one on each side of the slatted floor that move in opposite directions beneath the slats are arranged side-by-side in the same horizontal plane, at the same level. A single drive motor drives both loops of chain. With the operative portions of the chain sections between drive and idler shafts arranged side-by-side in the same horizontal plane, the vertical amount of space occupied by the chains is significantly decreased compared to the vertically stacked chains of the prior art. This allows the underlying surface onto which items are deposited to be moved vertically upward next to the lower surface of the slatted floor.

Abstract: A feeder-breaker for processing material. The feeder-breaker generally includes a frame, a conveyor supported by the frame and operable to convey material along the axis, a conveyor chain cover removably connected to the frame to enable access to components of the conveyor from an interior of the frame, and a breaker positioned adjacent the conveyor and operable to process material. The conveyor chain cover includes a chain cover member engaged with the side member. The chain cover member includes a cover portion that extends from the side member and over the chain to cover the chain and an access panel is connected to the chain cover member.
Abstract: A cover having at least two elongated members with each member having a hook at one end and a prong at the opposite end. The hook receives the prong of an adjacent member to interlock adjacent members. The members also have downwardly extending flanges that fit over flanges on a conveyor. The cover is connected to the conveyor by one or more brackets.
Abstract: A system for lining a substrate, such as a rock chute, includes a liner with an engagement aperture that is configured to receive an adapter and that includes an internal ledge that enables use of the adapter to secure the liner to the substrate. Such a system may also include a base plate that may be secured to the substrate and that may be assembled with the liner to enable use of the adapter to attach the liner to the substrate. Methods for selecting a suitable adapter and using the adapter with the disclosed liner are also within the scope of the present invention.
Abstract: A bar guiding device in a feeder for feeding a machine tool, composed of two elements that have respective slots and can move with respect to each other between an open position, which allows insertion of a bar between them, and a mutually adjacent position, at which the slots form a longitudinal channel for advancement of a bar to be fed to the machine tool by way of a bar pusher connected to an actuation chain that is external to the channel by means of a bridge that is guided through regions where the elements mate, the regions being in mutual contact, so as to close the channel, and undergoing elastic deformation in order to allow passage of the bridge between them.
