Abstract: A garment belt features an elongated strap and a V-shaped closure member having first and second legs interconnected at joined ends thereof and diverging from one another away from the joined ends. The closure member is connected between effective ends of the strap to close the belt and form a waist loop being defined by the elongated strap, the V-shaped closure member and the connections therebetween. A garment to be worn about a wearer's waist features an open triangular notch depending into a waist portion of the garment from an upper boundary thereof on the front side of the garment. The belt, or a V-shaped accessory of similar appearance to its closure member, is wearable with the garment to provide a unique appearance, revealing an exposed triangular section of skin. The V-shaped closure or accessory may carry an ornamental jewelry piece suspended between the legs of the member.

Abstract: A waistband device has a rectangular cushion, a first connecting band disposed on a first lateral of the rectangular cushion, a second connecting band disposed on a second lateral of the rectangular cushion, a first belt connected to the first connecting band, a second belt connected to the second connecting band, a first keeper disposed on the first belt, a first soft pad disposed on the first belt, a male fastener disposed on a distal end of the first belt, a first loop hole defined by the first belt, a second keeper disposed on the second belt, a second soft pad disposed on the second belt, a female fastener disposed on a distal end of the second belt, and a second loop hole defined by the second belt.

Abstract: An elastic (1) belt with a buckle (2) and having an adjustment slide (3) for waist size adjustment and "Race Number Attachment System" (4 and 5) which consists of 2 small dangling elastic pieces which are stitched (7B and 7C) at one end to the belt. These 2 dangling elastic pieces (4) are fed through the 2 top holes in a race number indicator sign. The 2 dangling elastics (4) are long enough to accept a variety of different size race numbers. The number is held in place and adjustment made using 2 cord locks (5A and 5B).
