Abstract: A garment that includes a main body, a waistband positioned along an upper side of the main body, and a pouch positioned centrally and frontally on the main body with respect to the user. The pouch includes an auxiliary pouch, an orifice panel forming an orifice, and a hood covering the orifice panel from an outside surface thereof. The auxiliary pouch is configured to accommodate a first anatomical part of the user. The orifice is configured to accommodate insertion of a second anatomical part of the user therethrough into a separated space. The separated space is defined by an outside surface of the orifice panel and an inside surface of the hood. The hood is attached to said garment at a top side of the hood and upper portions of both lateral sides of the hood. A bottom side of the hood is not directly attached to the garment.

Abstract: An absorbing undergarment includes a waterproof pocket configured to attach to a front side of an undergarment. The waterproof pocket includes a sealable opening to receive an absorbent insert and an orifice adjacent an undergarment opening for urine to pass there through. A front panel of the undergarment is designed to attach to the waterproof pocket so the pocket orifice aligns to a front opening of the undergarment. An absorbent insert is designed in shape to be complementary to a shape of the waterproof pocket to maximize surface area. The absorbent insert is urine retentive. A self-sealing opening for a male genitalia portion to pass there through is also included. The waterproof pocket flays open like a butterfly's wings attached at a crotch of the undergarment and is fastened around a perimeter thereof. The sealable opening includes an interlocking groove and ridge that form a tight seal when pressed together.

Abstract: A seamless postpartum garment is disclosed that is formed from a seamless double layer circular knit tube. The garment is flexible and stretchable throughout, and made from at least two different knit structures. Use of different knit structures at strategic locations on the garment, allow for it to provide compression and comfort at strategic locations on a woman's postpartum body.

Abstract: A fabric assembly attachable to the front side of a men's underwear and a men's underwear having such a fabric assembly are described. The fabric assembly has layers of fabrics having linear slots perpendicular to each other so that the wearer can take his genital organ out through the intersection of the linear slots. The peripheries of the fabric layers are elastically stitched together to make a fabric assembly. The fabric layers have sufficient rigidity such that the linear slots do not open under the pressure of the genital organ, unless the wearer uses his hands to open the slots. The fabric assembly may also have a flap on the inside or outside of the fabric layers. One or two sides of the flap may be attached to the men's underwear and the other sides may not be attached to permit easy opening of the flap by hand.

Abstract: Underwear adapted to add an inner structure to a traditional covering comprising waistband and fabric panels conventionally covering the buttocks, hips, and genital areas. The inner structure may include a fabric panel bearing a ridge intended to occupy the cleft separating the buttocks, with the fabric panel adhering closely to the buttocks. The inner structure may also or instead include a fabric scrotum guard which covers the rear of the scrotum and which separates the scrotum from the inner thighs and separates the right and left perineal folds where inner thighs meet the lowermost trunk. The scrotum guard may include adjustment structure for adjusting tightness of the fit with the Y formed at the scrotum and the entire perineum. The front of the traditional covering may have an opening for retrieving the penis which opening is arranged horizontally rather than in the traditional generally vertical orientation.

The outer panel has an attached configuration wherein the panel covers the genital opening such that the genitals positioned through the opening are covered by the outer panel.

The main body has a front panel section and a rear panel section each formed of knitted or woven fabric. The front and rear panel sections extend downwardly from the waist opening and are joined together to define a crotch region. The front panel section is shaped to define a pouch for containing the genitalia of the wearer.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for an automatic zipper. An apparatus for an automatic zipper includes a first placket tab and a second placket tab located on opposing sides of a zipper. The zipper also includes a slider body. The apparatus also includes a zipper connector permanently coupling the slider body to an anchor location on the first placket tab. The zipper connector is substantially non-stretchable and has a length such that the zipper connector maintains the distance between the anchor location and the slider body to be substantially the same or less than the distance between the anchor location and the slider body in the closed position.

Abstract: A medical undergarment system effective for supporting an ostomy system consists of a first diagonal catheter channel, a second diagonal catheter channel, a first vertical catheter channel, and a second vertical catheter channel. The system consists of tubing, a base undergarment, and a fluid bag. The medical undergarment system provides a comfortable yet stable ostomy system that can easily be slipped on and off by a user. The system enables convenient and easy removal of bodily fluid when using a catheter.

Abstract: My invention is a functional change to disposable male undergarments. Insertion of a fly/opening in the center front of disposable male undergarments allowing the wearer to urinate as he has done since he was potty trained. The fly will be of varied lengths due to varied size of garments.

Abstract: An elongated crotch section is combined with seam construction to provide comfort to the wearer. Two front pieces and two back pieces are formed into or stitched to a waist band. A two piece center section forming a crotch of the boxer is without multiple seams. Seams are only on the sides and a single horizontal seam connects the two pieces of the crotch portion. The two piece crotch component forms an elongated pouch to hold the male genitalia. There is no junction of multiple seams at the groin or inseam.

Abstract: An undergarment containing an boxer short, an inner liner, and single elastic waistband. The inner liner is fabric and designed to offer a level of support in between the support of a brief and the lack of support of boxer short. Preferably, the inner liner is comprised of a mesh or mesh like fabric. The assembly of the components includes a double fly, meaning that there is a fly opening in the front of the boxer short as well as in the front of the inner liner. The look and comfort of boxer shorts is provided along with the added benefits of breathability, comfort and support without the compression, high level of support and lack of breathability of the traditional boxer brief or brief style of undergarment.

Abstract: A footed undergarment for babies and toddlers is disclosed. This one piece undergarment addresses the issue of the lack of leg coverings for little boys which can be worn under their pants. By making the undergarment as one piece with the feet attached ensures that the child will have his legs covered and warm when taken outside in the cold months. The undergarment consists of a body portion with an elastic waistband and pant leg openings, a rear panel to give a better fit over a diaper, a band of stretch fabric encircling the ankle and the attached feet consisting of a top, bottom and heel section.

The central adhesive strip extends for between 40 percent and 60 percent of its length through the cross section. Abstract: Cooling apparatus (and method) for reducing the risk of, and/or alleviating, male infertility, particularly in a heated environment, includes: a pouch to enclose the scrotal area of the male user; a thermoelectric cooling device to be worn by the male user at a distance from the pouch; and a fluid pump also to be worn by the male user for pumping a cooling fluid from the cold side of the thermoelectric cooling device to the pouch, and a cooling fluid over the hot side of the thermoelectric cooling device to dissipate the heat generated therein to the atmosphere. The thermoelectric cooling device and pump are incorporated in a waistband to be worn around the waist of the male user.

Abstract: An underwear garment for use by a male, that is, a person having a penis and a scrotum, may be characterized as including a genital pouch and a pair of side panels collectively formed in a mid-section of a front wall depending from a waistband so as to bisect said front wall. The pouch may be pear-shaped when viewed from the front. A lower extremity of the pouch extends under and rearwardly of the front wall so as to form a perineum portion for covering rearwardly past the scrotum and to the perineum of the user. The pouch also has a phallus supporting portion extending forwardly of a plane generally containing the front wall and forming therein an apex portion for containing the head of the penis of the user when the penis is hanging at rest. The pouch also has a scrotum supporting portion extending from and between the phallus supporting portion and the perineum portion for containing at least a portion of the scrotum of the user.

Abstract: The invention relates to men's underwear that provides options with respect to waist size and pouch size. The pouch size may vary in order to accommodate males of varying genital sizes. For a given waist size there may be at least two pouch sizes, wherein each pouch size is different from the other. The present invention provides multiple options for pouch size within each waist size. Therefore, rather than being limited to selecting from waist size only, providers and/or user may also select from varying pouch sizes. This effectively increases the number of undergarment options.

Abstract: An athletic undergarment and a protective cup assembly is provided. The undergarment includes a cup pocket for holding the protective cup over the groin of the wearer. The cup includes an attachment location in a lower portion to secure a first end of a strap. The cup pocket defines a slit in a bottom portion of the cup pocket sized to allow the strap to pass therethrough. The coupling mechanism is provided having a first portion on the strap and a second portion disposed in a rear portion of the undergarment proximate to the waistband. In use, the strap extends between the legs portions so that the first portion and the second portion of the coupling mechanism can couple in a secure manner to inhibit displacement of the cup when exposed to upward forces.

Abstract: A positioning structure for the male reproductive organ, and more particularly provides a positioning structure which contributes to the hygiene, health and comfort of the male reproductive organ, and mainly includes a main body, a spacing portion, a holding portion and a positioning portion, wherein the main body further comprises at least one lower retaining portion and a waistband portion. The present invention is able to avoid the pants crotch, and enables upwardly centrally fixing the position of the penis to prevent it from falling down to one side, thereby resolving the problems of ill health, unhygienic state and discomfort of the penis resulting from constant skin contact between the penis and the scrota, while at the same time effectively preventing the problem of compression deformation of the penis when an erection occurs when wearing tight-fitting pants.

The fly may have a generally L-shaped opening and an overlying cover panel which significantly overlaps the opening it covers. The overlying cover panel may have a pull tab. Closure may be magnetically enhanced. Pants having the fly may include front and/or rear discharge suppressing panels. Constituent material of garments may comprise nylon and polyester generally, with cotton portions and a spandex waistband, and may be sufficiently rigid in places to avoid bunching and to automatically align the overlying cover panel with the opening when released from manual grasp. Short pants such as underwear may be long enough to oppose spontaneously riding up in the course of use.

Abstract: A pair of men s shorts, including under shorts, has a typical chassis with an abdomen opening, a right pant leg and a left pant leg. The user's genitals pass through an opening on the front of the chassis whenever the shorts are being worn. A hammock overlies the opening and is anchored to the chassis at two points on the right out seam, one point below the other, and two points on the left out seam, symmetrical with the right out seam attachment. The hammock is also attached to the chassis at the waist band and at the lower edge of the opening just above the left and right inseam joinder area. The hammock by being anchored at the out seams and being non-stretching in a transverse direction, acts as a sling in supporting the genitals of the user.

Abstract: A brief style undergarment for men is constructed of spandex or the like and is adapted to fit tightly against the abdomen, perineum, and pubic areas. Thereby providing force against internal organs protruding through hernial openings of the abdominal wall. The snug, forceful, fit of the garment is facilitated by having a hole in the garment front to pass the wearer's penis and scrotum, thereby permitting the elastic to pull the garment panels tight against the wearer's body. Abdominal control is enhanced by forming an elastic waistband that encircles the body high in the back and low, at least under the navel, in front. A second optional band encircles the body across the wearer's navel to support hernias in the navel area.

The penis pocket portion is made of three separate pieces of material sewn, folded and assemble in male pants and the like of such garments to form a leak-proof barrier to prevent the visible appearance on the outside of garments of accidental sprinkles, tinkles, and leaks that can occur due to urinary incontinence. The penis pocket is designed to absorb a light amount of bodily fluids and prevent seepage to the outer layers of the pocket.

Abstract: A pair of underwear for use by a male includes a fabric fashioned to form a boxer-brief type undergarment, the fabric having a bilateral symmetry and including a front panel. A rear panel is formed within the fabric and positioned immediately behind the front panel to form an internal pocket. A slit-shaped portal is formed within the rear panel for providing access to the internal pocket for depositing a scrotum and genitalia of the male. Finally, an external pouch extending outward from the front panel is provided as a depository for the genitalia of the male. The boxer-brief type undergarment minimizes perspiration and irritation, absorbs accidental leakage of fluid body waste, and eliminates exposure to the fluid body waste and stains on the body of the male. A thin layer of absorbent material can be included to minimize the effects of accidental leakage.

Also, an embodiment of the present invention includes a bodysuit comprising a torso section and an undergarment section. Undergarments of the present invention comprise a crotch panel for covering a crotch opening. In a closed position, the crotch panel is fixably attached to a back panel and is releasably attached to a front panel. The crotch panel is slidable from front to back which permits bodily waste elimination without the need for disrobing. In the open position, the crotch panel can be secured to the back panel. Methods of facilitating elimination of bodily waste are also provided by the present invention.

Abstract: An article of clothing of shorts or pants type, having a pair of front panels, overlying a vent backing panel. The joined central sides of front panels having unjoined portions defining dual vents. The dual vents provide access to the penis through two separate pathways. The dual vent shorts while providing easy access for right-handed individuals as well as left-handed individuals also provide a secure housing to contain the penis during the normal course of activity. The unique design also provides a vent backing panel to serve as a moisture barrier to prevent moisture from soiling the outer garment. Embodiments include applications for boxer shorts, boxer-briefs, and briefs. Fabric for the shorts include woven, knit, and a combination of both woven and knit components.

Abstract: An undergarment including waist and leg apertures and openable front panel with a closure. The undergarment including similarly shaped overlapped superposed half width segments bonded to each other in preselected area to form front and rear panels having a crotch area. The garment also includes non-bonded overlapped portions forming two halves of an openable front panel connected at the top of the opening by a tape. The rear panel overlapped segments are bonded together. Reusable tapes are also used to attach the segments halves together in the front panel. The rear panel includes flap extensions protruding from each side margin and the extension attach to the side margins of the front portion. The garment is folded in the crotch region.
