Abstract: A woman's multi-tummy layer body shaper with variable density mesh undergarment which includes breast pockets and buttocks pockets made of flexible lace patterned mesh, includes a top region and a multi-layer compression abdominal region below the breasts. For women, the garment has a crotch area made of two overlapping pieces of fabric, leaving a gap to use in the restroom. The garment also includes a pair of arm coverings which cover at least a shoulder clavicle area of the wearer, with optional short sleeves, half sleeves or full sleeves, and optional leg coverings of variable lengths. The body shaper undergarment also includes an abdominal compression area, which includes an inner skin contact compressive breathable, sweat-porous layer therethrough, a middle textured, breathable, sweat-porous compressive layer and an outer breathable, sweat-porous, compressive layer. An optional front openable corset may be provided to the body shaper undergarment.

Abstract: A chest protector includes a protective vest portion and a harness portion to hold the vest portion on a user. The harness portion includes a first side strap and a second side strap, each of the first and second side straps being connected to the vest portion on opposing sides of the vest portion; a first slide connected to the first side strap; a second slide connected to the second side strap; a central strap passing through the first slide and the second slide and forming a loop connecting the first and second slides; a vertical strap connected to the central strap; and a strap adjuster connecting the vest portion and the vertical strap. The vertical strap passes through the strap adjuster and a free end of the vertical strap can be pulled to tighten the harness portion around a user. The vertical strap may be the only adjustable strap.

Abstract: Pajama wear, in the form of pants or shorts, with an easy accessed, manipulated and released covered front flap-opening for males with urinary urgency or incontinence and or impaired hand co-ordination or physical challenge. This U-shaped flap extending from immediately below the waistband to the crotch, when unfastened, falls downward to allow quick and convenient access to the male genitalia to allow for, but not limited to, urination into a hand-held urinal or a commode. A convenient access for patients and caregivers this route may also be implemented to facilitate urine collection via a hand held urinal, as well as but not limited to, catheter insertion, use care and removal and allowing for medical inspection of the genital area.

Abstract: An undergarment for use with a cast tape to form a hip spica cast, such as a pantaloon-type hip spica cast, The cast includes at least one layer of a 3D spacer synthetic padding material formed into a fabric of monofilament yams and fabricated into an anatomically correct undergarment structure for being positioned around a torso and residing directly against the skin of a hip spica cast patient. At least one fabric perineal panel is attached to the undergarment in the perineal area of the undergarment and adapted for being positioned on an overlying cast material defining a perineal opening in the cast.

Abstract: This improved form fitting girdle consists primarily of thigh members having fabric panels being connected to top and bottom crotch pieces. The crotch pieces are a part of the front section and the back section of the girdle. Closing members are positioned along the inner edges of the panels. The closing members fasten the thigh members while leaving an opening between the free edges of the bottom crotch piece and the top crotch piece. The top and bottom crotch pieces have a generally rectangular configuration and overlap in the crotch area of the wearer.

The top slider separates the zipper teeth when moved in a direction away from the top end toward the bottom end and closes the zipper teeth when moved in the opposite direction. The bottom slider separates the zipper teeth when moved in a direction toward the top end and away from the bottom end and closes the zipper teeth when moved in the opposite direction. The pants allow a wearer to excrete urine while in a sitting position, particularly such as when the wearer is operating an aircraft.

The innermost layer may include a closed configuration where the first and second inner portions are attached to one another with at least one fastener. In the closed configuration of the outermost layer, the first and second outer portions form a bow.

Abstract: A toilet training assembly for training a toddler to urinate with the toddler's pants pulled up includes a diaper that may be worn thereby facilitating the diaper to capture human waste. The diaper has a flap thereon. The flap may be manipulated thereby facilitating a user to urinate in a toilet without removing the diaper.

Abstract: A lower garment with a crotch opening is provided. A front cover is releasably attached to the front side of the lower garment and is sized to cover a front portion of the crotch opening. A rear cover is releasably attached to the rear side of the lower garment and is sized to cover a rear portion of the crotch opening. The front cover and the rear cover are removable from the lower garment independent of each other. Therefore, only a portion of the patient's body that needs to be exposed is exposed, while other portions are covered.

Abstract: A pant-type article having a boxer-short configuration. The article includes first and second panels which are joined via a crotch region joining. Folding and inverting the panels, and sealing along side-seams and inner legs seams provides a boxer-short. Methods for manufacturing the pant-type article are also provided. The pant-type article can be manufactured in a continuous side-by-side fashion.

Abstract: A diapering assistance system utilizes a diaper and a diaper holding member which retains the top end of the diaper and suspends its bottom end. A belt member attached to the diaper holding member, encircles the waist of the individual being diapered. The belt member has connection devices, such as hook and loop connectors, and constitutes the sole component used for attaching the system to the individual. The method of use includes securing the top end of the diaper to the diaper holding member, suspending the diaper therefrom and behind the individual to be diapered, encircling the individual with the belt element, and securing it around the individual's waist. The bottom end of the diaper is then lifted between the legs and to the front of the individual. The diaper is attached to the individual and the diaper holding member and belt member are removed.

Abstract: Security underwear is a protective cover for female genital and anal opening against illicit sex and risk of contracting venereal diseases. It is made up of a unit for the genital which has an opening for urine passage and another unit for anal opening which allows free passage of stool. The cover for the genital is further composed of urine receiving channel and flaps to cover the said opening. The cover for anal opening has a lid which is hinged to a frame around anal opening which is in turn fastened to the back side portion of the belt. The two units are connected at the crotch. The channel, the flap and the lid, each opens and closes on its own by spring action. This enables the wearer to urinate and pass stool without taking off the protective covers. The unit for the genital can be worn either in combination with the anal cover or without it. In deployment the unit for genital cover is fastened by a strap to the front portion of the belt.

This covering for the external vaginal area of the user is anatomically-compatible.

Abstract: The unisex active wear garment with modified fly-flap and storage pockets is a pair of shorts or pants for the lower body having a crotch opening covered by a completely removable or partially openable pocketed fly-flap. The crotch opening is designed to expose both the male anatomy and female anatomy. The wearer either partially removes or completely removes the fly-flap from the crotch opening to modestly perform bodily functions without having to entirely disrobe. Pockets on the fly-flap allow the wearer to carry necessities such as toiletries or key.

Abstract: A women's waistless and seamless clothing adherable underwear includes an oval pad made of a soft absorbent material, wherein the pad has double sided strips of adhesive tape with removable peel-off cover strips to attach to the inside crotch area of low slung clothing pants, such as tight pants, leotards or dungaree jeans facing upward to the skin and crotch of the wearer. The material is preferably a soft, non-woven, absorbent material. The underwear is particularly suited for women who wear tight pants, or low waist hip hugger pants, which widely reveal waist bands and seams of panty underwear, or expose underwear waist bands. The underwear is minimally intrusive and is attractive for women who like to wear jeans without underwear but who fear bacterial infection or exposure to clothing dyes or irritating stitching.

Abstract: Undergarments, such as panties and pantyhose, having a highly-ventilated crotch panel which has one or more apertures therein in order to provide adequate light and ventilation to prevent the conditions that are favorable to vaginitis or other infections. The openness of the crotch panel enhances air flow, allows for the dissipation of heat and moisture, and yet, is not so large as to cause binding, discomfort, or an uncomfortable feeling of exposure to the wearer. In some embodiments, moisture is further absorbed or dissipated around the aperture(s) by a surrounding trim, such as elasticized lace, which also provides the illusion of covering to the wearer. Abstract: An adaptive undergarment is provided for persons with specialized urological needs. The adaptive undergarment provides an elongate pocket for storing specialized urological articles. The elongate pocket is located preferably in a parallel spaced relationship with the waistband of the user's undergarment. The adaptive undergarment may have an additional pocket elsewhere on the undergarment for storing items such as antibacterial wipes. Each pocket is open at one edge to receive and provide access to the stored items. Any type of undergarment conforming to any user's specialized urological needs is adaptable into this adaptive undergarment.
