Abstract: A bib includes a pant portion, a torso portion, a bladder pocket and a liquid bladder. The pants portion includes a waist section and a pair of leg sections. The torso portion extends from the waist section. The torso portion includes a front and back panels disposed respectively adjacent the abdomen and lower back when the bib is worn by the user. The torso portion includes an outer surface facing away from the user torso and an inner surface facing towards the user torso. The bladder pocket is between the inner and outer surfaces extending from the front panel around the back panel and to the front panel. The liquid bladder is disposed within the bladder pocket and extends from the front panel around the back panel and to the front panel.

Abstract: A hospital gown including an upper body portion and a lower body portion. The upper body portion includes a neck opening, a front opening extending vertically along the upper body portion and in communication with the neck opening, and a series of complementary closures disposed vertically along the front opening so that the front opening is configured to transition between an open condition and a closed condition. Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a unitary article of clothing, typically referred to as a jumpsuit, comprising a jacket section and a pant section, one connected to the other by means of a joiner band. The joiner band is attached to both the jacket and pant sections and serves to provide additional warmth to a midsection of a user by providing at least three layers of fabric over the user's midsection. In addition to providing additional warmth, the joiner band also gives the jumpsuit the appearance of being a two-piece suit comprised of a sweater independent from the jogging pants. The jacket portion is also comprised of a closeable opening to allow a user to get into the pant section of the jumpsuit and subsequently also wear the jacket portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides shirts, such as shirts that are worn as work uniform shirts, which are configured to provide significant improvements in a wearer's comfort, performance, and mobility over a predefined range of motions. Embodiments of the shirts comprise one or more stretch panels that are configured to provide for stretching of the shirt at an identified micro site in order to provide a wearer with enhanced mobility. In other embodiments, the manner in which the various portions of the shirt are shaped and connected together, and specifically the connection between the sleeve and the rear panel of the shirt, may be adjusted in order to provide a wearer with enhanced mobility.

Abstract: A chemical barrier fabric and a method of manufacturing the fabric is provided. The chemical barrier fabric includes at least first and second chemical barrier layers which have an interfacial region therebetween and which are intermittently point bonded providing a point-bonded area which is in the minority and an un-bonded area which is in the majority in the interfacial region. The chemical barrier layers typically comprise single layer polymer films and/or co-extruded layers. A non-woven layer may also be point-bonded to either the first or the second chemical barrier layer to give support to the fabric.

Abstract: A trouser garment is disclosed. The trouser garment may be a fishing wader. The garment includes a quick-release dropseat to enhance the ease of personal relief, such as a WC break, without completely removing the garment. The garment may include a trouser portion, a bib portion, and a suspension system. A posterior support strap is threaded through a guide, such as a loop, to aid in the mating two ends of a quick-release dropseat buckle. The posterior support strap is coupled to left and right shoulder straps to form the suspension system. The guide and one end of the dropseat buckle are positioned on a posterior surface of the garment. The garment may include cam buckles to enable the adjustment of the left and right shoulder straps and the height of the bib portion. The garment may be worn as a full bib or as a pant.

Abstract: A sensory stimulating garment for engaging the senses of an infant includes an upper body portion defining a head opening and a lower body portion having a pair of leg members. A zipper is in operative communication with the upper and lower body portions, the zipper having a slider engaged with a plurality of teeth and configured to open the garment from the leg opening to adjacent the head opening. A first sensory member is positioned on the upper body portion adjacent the head opening that includes a first tactile surface and a second tactile surface different than the first tactile surface. Additional sensory members may be positioned on the upper body portion—each having tactile characteristics different than any other sensory member so as to stimulate different tactile senses of an infant who may touch them while wearing the garment.

Abstract: Protective garments having first and second elastic straps and methods of manufacturing the same are described herein. The first strap may be positioned partially or entirely along a first strap line that extends from a left shoulder region to a right leg. The second strap may be positioned partially or entirely along a second strap line that extends from a right shoulder region to a left leg. The first and second strap lines intersect at an intersection.

Abstract: An innovative sleeping suit for infants, configured to provide warmth, a contained environment, and positive proprioceptive input, and thereby reduce neurological reflexive twitching or habitual waking patterns prevalent when infants are placed on their backs for sleeping and are not swaddled. The weighting in the suit is believed to reduce the neurological reflexive twitching and provides a swaddling effect to infants helping them to fall asleep and remain sleeping when on their backs. At least a portion of an anterior portion of the suit includes the weighting. The weighting may be accomplished by varying the thickness of the materials and/or quantity of layers of materials used on the anterior portion of the suit. The weighting may be distributed uniformly throughout the suit, the anterior portion of the suit, or can be strategically placed at proprioceptive target points along the anterior portion of the suit.

Abstract: There are provided flight suits that can be useful for helicopter pilots, airplane pilots, glider pilots etc. Pilots of such vessels have particular needs in terms of equipment and flight suits. The flight suits of the present disclosure allow, for example, for providing pilots with flight suits that are comfortable when worn in a sitting position. Moreover, these flight suits do not unduly restrict movement of the limbs when the pilot carries out various actions such as taking hold of headphones and reaching for the aircraft dashboard. For example, the flight suits can comprise a torso portion defining two arm openings; two shoulder portions that are extensible, each coupled to a different arm opening of the torso; two sleeves coupled each to a different shoulder portion, each sleeve optionally comprising an extensible elbow panel; and a lower portion comprising an extensible crotch portion and two leg portions.

Abstract: An improved fishing or hunting wader, exposure suit or foul weather pants/bib incorporates a novel waterproof connectable hatch to provide access for urination. The low profile and lightweight waterproof hatch is centered over the groin area and allows the wearer of a fishing wader, or similar foul weather gear pants, to be able to quickly open the hatch and urinate without removing the cumbersome garment. A hinged or connectable lid may swing upwards and downwards and features a hook-and-loop fastener, a magnetic, or mechanical fastener so that the lid is held up in place and out of the way. After urination, the lid may conveniently snap back into place against a seal or O-ring thereby forming a water tight seal.

The zipper is an invisible zipper having two sliders, a first slider which may unzip from the front to the back, and a second slider which may unzip from the back to the front. One or both sliders may tuck into a compartment, which in conjunction with the invisible zipper construction prevent others from knowing the wearer's pants may be unzipped from the rear. A flap may cover the chain of the zipper on the inside of the pants. A system may include pants or shorts with a two slider invisible zipper, and underwear including a flap from front to back forming an aperture sized the same as the aperture in the pants at the zipper.

An opening extends along the trunk portion between a distal trunk opening and along the leg portions to distal ends of the leg portions for facilitating donning and doffing the garment by receiving a user within the trunk opening and leg openings. Two of the three strap attachment buckles are positioned at a front of the bib and one of the three strap attachment points is positioned at a rear of the bib. The wader includes a shoulder strap including two buckles. Each one of the two buckles of the shoulder strap is configured to couple to any one of the three strap attachment points of the bib. Abstract: Trousers and methods for reducing muscle fatigue, and overcoming range of motion restrictions in the legs caused by the friction created by trouser legs rubbing against the knee portion of a person's leg when they are moving are disclosed. In certain embodiments, the trousers and methods use (1) an engineered dart in the mid-thigh region of the trouser, or (2) a zipper to decrease the vertical linear fabric surface in the mid-thigh region of the trouser such that the resulting tension causes the trouser fabric in the knee region to lift out and away from the knee portion of the wear's leg, thusly eliminating or greatly reducing contact between the trouser leg and the wearer's knee and the resulting strain.

For freedom of motion, the upper section has an upper torso stretch panel encircling the waist line. Entry into the garment is provided through a zippered front access opening which departs from an imaginary centerline extending between the neck opening and the crotch of the garment. The zipper path has a first segment which extends along the centerline for at least an inch, and then follows a curved radiused path segment to a second path segment which extends from the centerline less than 90 degrees from the first and which crosses the waist line and descends along the leg to a position about even with the crotch. The curved segment has a radius of at least three times the chain width of the zipper.

Abstract: A breast support device designed to provide the wearer with a high degree of control and support of breast tissue while minimizing the pain and discomfort associated with conventional breast control garments, that can be worn on its own or integrated into garments where breast support is desirable. The garment may be used by a worker, such as a carpenter, with knee pads in compartments in a knee area of the garment, the compartments having apertures operable to permit sawdust and other waste to empty from the compartment. Additionally, a thigh pocket may have a cover preventing waste from entering the pocket, and can provide storage where a hip pocket would be blocked by a toolbelt or rendered inaccessible by kneeling.

Adjusting the belt to pull the garment inward toward the wearer and closing the garment to cover the belt will minimize the risks associated with snagging the belt or garment on moving equipment. The coverall garment is worn by opening the jacket section, stepping into the trouser section, positioning the jacket section on the wearer's upper body, fastening the internal belt around the wearer's waist, tightening the adjustment strap, and closing the jacket section opening over the belt.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a compression garment comprises obtaining a plurality of model measurements at various locations on a model body. Thereafter, a plurality of garment dimensions are calculated for various locations on the garment. Each calculation of a garment dimension is based at least in part on one of the plurality of model measurements and at least in part on a target elongation for the garment. In at least one embodiment, calculations for various garment dimensions are performed by inserting the plurality of model measurements into a pattern equation that includes a model measurement variable and a target elongation variable. After calculating garment dimensions, a plurality of fabric segments are prepared for the garment based on the calculated dimensions. Each of the plurality of fabric sections comprise elastane and are characterized by a modulus of elasticity.

Abstract: The invention generally relates to a unitary garment comprising a top bodice element having an elastic waistband, secured to a bottom trouser element having an elastic waistband. The two separate waistbands extend around the lower periphery of the top bodice element, and the other waistband extending around the upper periphery of the bottom element. The waistbands are aligned, contiguously front to back with respect to each other and are secured to each other in their contiguous state by any suitable means. The garment may have a front side covering the front portion of the pelvis region and a rear side covering the rear portion of the pelvis region. The garment may have attachment points located on the front side. The rear side may have a rear flap that when closed covers the rear portion of the pelvis region and when opened exposes the rear portion of the pelvis region and extends around the pelvis region to secured at the attachment points. The rear flap may hinge along the top portion of the rear flap in such a way that when opened extends around hips of the wearer and is secured at the attachment points.

Abstract: An article of apparel may include a waistband for extending around a waist of the wearer. The waistband may have a first layer and a second layer that lay adjacent to each other, and the waistband may have a plurality of strand segments located between the first layer and the second layer. The strand segments extend at least partially around the waistband. Additionally, the strand segments may lay substantially parallel to surfaces of the first layer and the second layer for distances of at least five centimeters. Abstract: An exercise suit which includes a resilient band extending through a guide pocket in a first direction along a pant leg or sleeve of the suit. The band engages a direction changing means near the end of the leg or sleeve and at least a portion of the band extends there beyond in a second direction. A free end of the band is releasably engaged with a tension adjustment mechanism provided on the exterior of the leg or sleeve a distance away from the direction changing means. The wearer adjusts the tension in the band by moving a length of the band through the direction changing means and repositioning the free end on the tension adjustment mechanism. A cover is removably disposed over the tension adjustment mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgement of the free end of the band.

Abstract: A medical undergarment system effective for supporting an ostomy system consists of a first diagonal catheter channel, a second diagonal catheter channel, a first vertical catheter channel, and a second vertical catheter channel. The system consists of tubing, a base undergarment, and a fluid bag. The medical undergarment system provides a comfortable yet stable ostomy system that can easily be slipped on and off by a user. The system enables convenient and easy removal of bodily fluid when using a catheter.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a clothing article that facilitates a wearer's ability to use the bathroom while wearing the clothing article. Such a clothing article may include a garment that covers a pelvis region of a wearer. The garment may have a front side and a rear side such that the front side covers the front portion of the pelvis region and such that the rear side covers the rear portion of the pelvis region. The rear side includes a rear flap that, when closed, covers the rear portion of the pelvis region. When opened, the rear flap may expose the rear portion of the pelvis region and is capable of extending around the pelvis region and being secured at attachment points on the garment.

Abstract: One possible embodiment of the invention could be a wader retention system comprising of a front leg securing portion and a back leg securing portion, the front leg securing portion attaches to an interior wall of a wader; the back leg securing portion comprises a belt, the belt having two ends, a first end permanently connects to the first leg securing portion while a second end adjustably and reversibly connects to the front leg securing portion to allow the two portions to form a leg channel through which at least a portion of an operator's leg and foot may be reversibly pass though when inserted into the wader; wherein the placement of the belt upon the front leg securing portion adjusts the circumference of the leg channel to allow the portions to reversibly and securely envelope a leg of an operator as located within the leg channel.
