Abstract: A sports bib, in particular for cycling, having a pair of shorts, which can have either short or long legs, extending into a vest, which ends with a pair of straps. The bib is equipped with a zipper at the housing position of the anus and the genital organs. The zipper is provided with characteristics such as to not produce scrapes or rubbing at the genital areas and crotch on the user during movements and in particular while pedalling.

Abstract: A protective garment with an interior surface indicator to facilitate proper donning of the garment is described. The garment includes at least one indicia on the central portion of the interior surface of the garment to communicate to the wearer which is the interior surface of the garment. This allows the garment to be handled and donned by the wearer, without the wearer touching an exterior surface of the garment. A method of preparing a protective garment for donning is also disclosed.

Abstract: This invention provides a childbirth teaching apparel for a user to demonstrate birth techniques. The childbirth teaching apparel is in the form of a pair of pants with a pair of leg portions and an abdominal portion, and a contiguous interior cavity. The pants have a doll-containing portion; and at least one side abdominal opening allowing access to the doll-containing portion; and a crotch between the leg portions where the leg portions meet the abdominal portion; the crotch having a secondary opening radially expandable to simulate a human vagina. This opening is connected to the doll-containing portion. A user can insert a doll simulating a human baby into the doll-containing portion; via one of the side abdominal openings; and push the doll through the secondary opening to simulate childbirth. A method and teaching kit for using the childbirth teaching apparel are also provided.

Abstract: A multi-pocket assembly attachable to a garment and more particularly to a multipocket system for pants that allows easy access even when a user is in a seated position. One embodiment provides has a first pocket structure having an interior access opening with means for closing the top and at least one vertical side. Additional pockets can be added on top of the first pocket. Additional features that can be added to the invention include reflective tape, securable flaps, zippers, pleats, and the like.

Abstract: A costume assembly has one or more structures such as headgear structures, body structures or single composite structures. Each of these structures has at least one foldable frame member that has a folded and an unfolded orientation. Each frame member can include fabric material covering the frame member to define a panel. A fabric shell can be attached to the at least one frame member, with the fabric shell defining an interior for accomodating the body and head of the user.

Abstract: A protective garment of a type preferably conforming to at least one NFPA standard and worn by firefighters and by emergency rescue workers has a body, which has two sleeve mouths, and has two sleeves. Each sleeve is attached to the body by being sewn thereto, along and around a margin of an associated one of the sleeve mouths, so as to extend in a forward direction when unstressed. The forward direction may be a forward and downward direction, a forward and upward direction, or a forward and lateral direction. The protective garment may be a protective coat, a protective jacket, a protective shirt, or a suit of protective coveralls.

Abstract: A diaper with legs is a lower torso garment worn by a user to retain excreted waste matter. The diaper may have fasteners to close the waist and legs, or may be of the pull-on type. The diaper includes a flat sheet wrapped around the torso with legs extending from the sides of the sheet. A front waist arch and a rear waist arch are disposed at an upper portion of the edges of the sheet. The arches extend the height of the diaper in front and back. An elastic material is disposed at the waist arches, at the junction between the legs and the central portion of the diaper, and at the end of the legs. The elastic material disposed at the end of the legs and at the junction between the legs and the central portion provides double leak protection at the legs.

Abstract: A hunting and sporting garment includes a means of concealing a user's face comprising a hood, a face covering, means for attaching the face covering and the hood so as to form the concealing means, and means for storage of the face covering. The garment further includes a lower portion having a crotch opening between the leg portions thereof, extending from the waist in the front of the lower portion to the waist in the back of the lower portion wherein the crotch opening is capable of being closed by a closure means.

Abstract: A safety harness and techniques for integrating the safety harness into apparel such as a firefighter's turnout suit. The safety harness may include a waist belt having a fastener (e.g., buckle) for adjustably securing the waist belt around a wearer's waist, first and second leg straps for encircling a wearer's legs, and a continuous support strap fixed to each of the first and second leg straps and slideably attached to the waist belt. The continuous support strap has a front middle portion for coupling to a coupling mechanism (e.g., carabiner, ladder hook, knot, clamp, weld, or a combination thereof) and having sufficient slack so as to not impede access to the waist belt fastener. Under no-load conditions, the front middle portion of the continuous strap may hang down below the waist belt fastener, or may be stowed to one side of the waist belt fastener.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to an improved single strap overall. More particularly, the invention relates to an overall garment with a single strap design that remains fastened better than previous double strap overalls. The invention improvements also include a novel portable electronic device, such as a cell phone, holder positioned on the front panel of the overalls for easy and convenient access to the phone in a compartment that retains the phone during bending and quick movements by the user.

Abstract: A kind of wader includes a wader body and an air ventilating arrangement. The wader body is shaped and sized for a wearer being fittingly worn, wherein the wanders body includes a waterproof outer layer, an inner lining, and a heat insulating layer affixed between the outer layer and the inner lining. The air ventilation arrangement contains a plurality of air ventilating channels indently formed on the inner lining of the wanders body for allowing air to circulate within the wanders body through the air ventilating channels so as to provide adequate air ventilation to the wearer's body when the wanders body is tightly worn.

Abstract: A protective garment configured to facilitate easy donning of the garment is described. The garment includes one or more foreshortening structures within the garment that allows for the arms and legs to be shorted into a donning configuration. This allows the garment to be handled and donned by the wearer, without the wearer touching an exterior surface of the garment or allowing any portion of the garment to touch another surface. A method of preparing a protective garment for donning and a method of donning such a garment is also disclosed.

Abstract: A garment for sport activities prevailingly made of substantially inextensible materials comprises additional flaps (140) of extensible elastic materials supplementing the conventional stretchable inserts (130). When the wearer of the garment is of anormal anatomic typology, the supplementary flaps (140) are concealed inside the garment but are adapted to be freely exposed on the garment outer surface by a manual actuation of zippers (135) in case of a different anatomic typology. Each additional flap (140) is attached at a first lateral side (136) to an insert (130) and at the opposite lateral side (137) to a zone of the garment wich is made of substantially inextensible materials. Thus, the garment fits adequately and comfortably to the wearer's body also in correspondence of parts of the body which can be of various shapes and/or dimensions.

Abstract: A disposable protective apparel garment having an angled elastomeric panel present on the back side of the garment is described. The garment, such as protective coveralls, includes an elastomeric panel in a V-shaped configuration that extends from the lower back upwardly toward the underarms and along the sleeves. Such an elastomeric panel allows the wearer a greater degree of movement when wearing such a garment.

Abstract: A garment having an opening in the crotch area, which can be along the crotch inseam, to allow for convenient access to the restroom without having to undress if wearing a one-piece garment or remove belts and untuck other clothing if wearing pants. The opening has a concealed closure device to open and close an opening in the crotch area. When open, the opening will allow the wearer to use the restroom with ease. When the opening is closed, the opening is inconspicuous.

Abstract: A garment outer shell and liner system including a garment outer shell and a first liner having first protective properties and having a protruding portion. The system further includes a second liner having second protective properties differing from the first protective properties and having a protruding portion. Each liner is adapted to fit within, and is removably securable to, the outer shell. Each protruding portion is arranged to protrude from the outer shell when the respective liner is secured within the outer shell. At least a portion of the protruding portion of the first liner is a first color so as to indicate the first protective properties, and at least a portion of the protruding portion of the second liner is a second color so as to indicate the second protective properties.

Abstract: Outerwear that substantially protects the wearer from the elements during extended athletic activity events and is sufficiently inexpensive to be considered disposable, and a method for using the outerwear in such events wherein the events include a defined route, such method comprising distributing the outerwear to participants in the events, providing a plurality of containers along the event route, using the containers to collect the outerwear that is discarded by participants, and recycling the discarded outerwear.

The integrated pads are enclosed exteriorly by a low friction cover to protect the infant's knees and facilitate sliding movement during crawling.

Abstract: Provided is protection gear against harmful insects that enables controlling and capturing of harmful insects in addition to protection against harmful insects. The protection gear against harmful insects includes a protection net made of ventilative cloth, woven fabric, or nonwoven fabric, the protection net being worn to cover the head, trunk, arms, hands, legs, and feet of the human body; and a fastener for fastening the protection net to the human body. Since the protection net is coated with an insecticide and/or a repellent, the effect of and insecticide and/or repellent lasts. Also, good durability is ensured since a washing is not required. Even if the sizes of ventilation holes of the protection net are larger than harmful insects, harmful insects can be dissuaded from settling on it. Furthermore, due to comfortable wearability, it can be used as a substitute for pajamas outdoors.

Abstract: The invention relates to overalls, manufactured by polypropylene and polyethylene, usable as protective clothing, in particular suitable as barrier against biological agents. The upper portion and the lower portion of the body are secured together to prevent access between the upper body portion and the lower body portion. The upper portion has a peripheral sidewall with elongate arm accommodating sleeves. A liner lines the upper portion. An internal pocket is formed by circumferentially securing the liner to the peripheral sidewall of the upper portion a spaced interval below the sleeves. The sleeves of the liner are independent of the sleeves of the upper portion. When the wearer withdraws his or her arm from one of the sleeves of the upper portion, the sleeves of the liner continue to engage the arm and the wearer's internal access to the body is restricted to the internal pocket.

Abstract: An apparatus for infant pants having knee pads permanently or removably mounted to an inner surface of the pants or to an infant pants inner liner. The infant pants or pants liner have internal pocket panels that extend substantially horizontally from seam to seam and are sewn by vertical, substantially parallel stitching to define generally rectangular pad pockets of desired dimensions with upwardly facing pocket openings. The pockets have retainer panels to secure a replaceable protective pad within the pad pocket. The pants have replaceable protective knee pads that are removably contained within the internal knee pockets to provide protection for crawling infants against bruises and abrasion of the knees during crawling activity.

Abstract: A protective garment, such as a surgical gown, includes a body having a closed front, an open back, and sleeves. The closed front extends below a wearer's knees when the garment is donned. The closed front incorporates a section of elastomeric material that extends generally from an upper chest region of the garment to a location above a bottom edge of the gown that is also below the wearer's knees when the garment is donned. A border region of non-elastomeric material extends generally transversely across the closed front between the bottom edge of the garment and a bottom of the elastomeric material.

Abstract: An article of safety clothing is disclosed, and comprises a pair of trousers, of the type including a trunks part adapted to securely receive the lower region of the torso of a wearer in use and having apertures through which the legs of said wearer protrude in use; and a pair of tubular pant leg parts, each adapted to receive therethrough a respective protruding leg of said wearer in use and extending between an upper end, connected to said trunks part, and a lower end. Abstract: A jumpsuit is provided for meeting the needs of a woman. The jumpsuit has a cicumferential fastener which when closed fully connects upper and lower portions of the suit. When the fastener is fully opened, the lower portion is partially separated from the upper portion. When the woman then squats, the lower portion may be pulled down the thighs away from the crotch.

Abstract: An outfit having attached jacket and waders. The jacket portion has at least one zipper to facilitate a wearer's entry into the outfit. Because the waders and the jacket are attached to each other, the elements cannot get in between the waders and the jacket, i.e. above the waders and below the jacket. Further, the combination will prevent the separation of the waders and the jacket and the inconvenience which may occur (i.e. by misplacing one) from their separation. The instant invention insures that the waders and the jacket are always together. The instant invention also provides a flap over the zipper and accordioned material inside the zipper to increase the water resistance of the outfit.

Abstract: A net matrix defines the shape of a ghillie suit and carries elongated strips of camouflage material in sufficient numbers and arrangement to define a three-dimensional camouflage layer. A band of flexible material is woven and sewn to the perimeter of the net in order to strengthen it and carry all substantial loads or rough handling. The band is shaped to define one or more handling loops along the perimeter, especially at corners. Mechanical fasteners are attached at spaced positions along the band for configuring the ghillie suit to a human wearer and adapting for use in a larger array. The fasteners also reinforce the handling loops where the band crosses itself. An optional liner attaches to the suit by a different fastening system but also duplicates the mechanical fasteners of the main suit.

Abstract: A waders and jacket combination in which the waders and jacket are attached to each other. Because the waders and the jacket are attached to each other, the elements cannot get in between the waders and the jacket, i.e. above the waders and below the jacket. Further, the combination will prevent the separation of the waders and the jacket and the inconvenience which may occur (i.e. by misplacing one) from their separation. The instant invention insures that the waders and the jacket are always together. The attachment will preferably be made by heat sealing the waders and the jacket together. However, it is noted that any manner which accomplishes the attachment of the waders and the jacket is contemplated by this invention.
