A plurality of stacked vials is introduced into the main container body when the second lid is open. Each of the stacked vials is filled with a pre-measured dosage of liquid medication and configured to allow the pre-setting of time for the user to take a particular medication dose. The vials may be secured and stacked within the main container body in a non-square or square matrix configuration.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a children's first aid kit suitable for treating minor scrapes and cuts. The compact kit is integral with a reusable cooling mechanism designed to provide a cooling sensation to the injured area. The kit is further integral with a supply of antiseptic medicine and bandages, and can be easily carried and made available in any situation. An optional applicator to dye the skin surrounding the wound to create a temporary design can be supplied.

Abstract: A retail or advertising display contains visual cues which convey the area of use and the method of use of a novel vertical pump-up dispenser to the consumer. Having a sponge or other substrate on top of the dispenser conveys the area of use of the dispenser. The dispenser has a large actuator surface designed to convey that it can deliver a composition to a broad substrate area, such as a sponge, in the consumer's hand without the consumer having to pick up the pump dispenser. Having a hand over the substrate and dispenser conveys the one-handed method of cleaning that the dispenser allows. There may be additional indicia of use, such as arrows pointing down. The retail display may contain the dispenser and the substrate packaged together.

The tissue roll core includes a void for receiving a rod of the standard sized bathroom tissue roll dispenser. The tissue roll core may be substantially impermeable to moisture and include an aperture. A dry tissue roll is wound about the tissue roll core. An opening in the wound dry tissue roll extends to the aperture. A wet tissue roll is housed within the tissue roll core, and may be accessed through the opening and aperture. The wet tissue roll may rotate independently of the dry tissue roll. The wet tissue roll may be pre-moistened with any suitable solution including at least one of a saline solution, alcohol, amphoteric surfactants, humectants, thickeners and preservatives. The bathroom tissue roll includes a weight, or the void is off-center, for orientating the bathroom tissue roll such that the opening is accessible.

Each of the urinary devices may include body that tapers from an inlet opening having a curled edge to an outlet opening. The dispenser may provide an enclosure which permits the stacked urinary devices to be transported without damage during ordinary handling and to provide a sanitary covering for the urinary devices during storage. The dispenser also includes a retainer to allow the urinary devices to be withdrawn one by one, while providing a sanitary storage enclosure for the remaining urinary devices.

Abstract: The corrosion inhibiting mildew remover kit includes a premeasured amount of sodium perborate, a premeasured amount of a liquid inhibitor and a premeasured amount of a liquid blend. The premeasured amount of sodium perborate, the premeasured amount of liquid inhibitor, the premeasured amount of liquid blend and water combine to form an aqueous solution that can be applied to a mildew infected area. The aqueous solution removes mildew from a mildew infected area and does not cause corrosion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a dispensing package that has a plastic backing for maintaining the package in a substantially flat orientation. The plastic backing is adapted to have a label placed on its surface. A score through the label, which extends into the plastic backing, causes the package to open upon flexure. At least one additional score on the opposite side provides at least one metered opening in the package, where the number of scores and metered openings depends on the contents being dispensed. An additional seal can be placed over the score to prevent accidental opening or provide resealing of the package. Promotional pieces can be used as the additional seal. Absorbent material can be placed adjacent or over the score to provide controlled dispensing and application of the contents. The ends of the plastic backing can be configured as an applicator and/or a handle.

At least one buoyant member is coupled to one or more of the reeds. The porous reeds, buoyant member(s) and the fragranced liquid are put in the container and placed in contact with each other prior to sealing the container. To commence use of the fragrance dispensing assembly, the sealed container is opened and the buoyant member(s) elevate the coupled porous reeds within the liquid, thus providing additional portions of the pre-soaked porous reeds to extend from the opened container and begin instant and continuous fragrance dispensing to a room upon opening the sealed container.

Abstract: The invention provides a breath testing device which includes a visual indicating agent which changes color in the presence of an odor associated with bad breath, such as sulfur and ammonia odors. An example of the visual indicating agent is 4,4?-bis(dimethylamino)-benzhydrol (Michler's hydrol or BDMB) and related dyes having a similar chemical structure. The indicating agent is applied to a substrate which is then inserted into a tube or straw, or which covers one end of a straw. When a user with bad breath blows into the tube or straw, the indicating agent will change color. The breath testing devices provide a quick and affordable means for a user to test their breath, and they may be packaged in discreet, pocket-sized dispensers which can be carried in a pocket or purse.

Abstract: An air freshener package for containing an air freshener and a fragrance emitting substance. The blister type package has one compartment for the air freshener unit and another sample compartment forming a bubble or blister for a separate sample of the scent emitting material. The air freshener unit and sample compartment have a corresponding fragrance. The sample compartment forms a pressure responsive selected area on the package and is designed of a rupturable ventable material. The sample compartment can be deformed by finger pressure decreasing the volume of the compartment and thereby causing a puff of scented air to exhaust to atmosphere through a discharger opening. In an alternate embodiment, the finger pressure is sufficient to rupture a fragrance containing bead filled with fragrance air or liquid which emits a fragrance which is released through a vent or a pin hole formed in the second sample compartment to the environment.

Abstract: A packaged kit for storing an instant fragrance dispensing assembly includes a storage container having a sealed interior chamber containing porous reeds in a fragranced liquid. The porous reeds and the fragranced liquid are put in the storage container, placed in contact with each other, and the storage container is sealed. The packaged kit provides instant and continuous fragrance to a room by opening the sealed storage container and transferring the porous reeds and the fragranced liquid from the storage container to a holding container. A portion of the porous reeds extend from the holding container and release the fragrance from the exposed fragrant liquid into the surrounding area.

The container comprises a preformed deformable body, preferably made of sheet material, defining a filling cavity which body has an opening (6) and an integral planar circumferential rim (5) surrounding said opening, which opening is closed by a cover sheet (7) which is sealed to the circumferential rim (5) by means of a circumferential sealing seam (10). The container with the substance is opened by making use of the deformability of the cover sheet (7). A support surface supports the cover sheet (7) except at the position of a recess (10b). The recess (10b) is positioned at least over a part of the circumferential sealing seam. Upon compression of the container body the substance is pressurized and the cover sheet (7) bulges out into the recess (10b) such that the sealing seam (10) is broken at the location where the bulge is formed resulting in the container being open.

The replaceable core component can be constructed with bending stiffness characteristics making it easier to install in a diaper chassis. In other instances, a relatively stiff insertion tool may also be used to engage a relatively flexible replaceable core component to aid with insertion of the replacaeable core component into the diaper chassis. Aspects of the present disclosure involve replaceable core components alone or in combination with insertion tools having bending stiffness characteristics that reduce the likelihood of buckling and/or folding while installing the replaceable core component into the diaper chassis. The present disclosure also provides methods for testing replaceable core components and/or insertion tools to evaluate the bending stiffness characteristics associated therewith.

The connector is configured such that when the closed end of the connector is broken, the connector defines a passage from the first region to the second region.

Abstract: A cosmetic sampler used for both the application of a cosmetic product and for the subsequent blending of the applied cosmetic product is disclosed. The cosmetic sampler is comprised of an applicator formed of a shaft with two opposing end sections. One of the end sections is coated (preferably saturated or impregnated) with at least one desired cosmetic product, for example eye shadow and/or face powder, while the other end section is clean and uncontaminated. An applicator that contains a pre-loaded cosmetic product (such as lipstick) on an end of the applicator, and that further comprises a top that is used to cover the sample cosmetic product and to also reverse to go on the other end to extend the handle is also disclosed. A preloaded applicator that contains a cosmetic product (such as powder) already on/in the surface of the applicator and that is also contained in a clear top pouch or bag is further disclosed.

The mascara kit includes a kit container for holding: a mascara container, a cleanable palette suitable for receiving mascara, and a brush having bristles arrayed in a concave shape. In one form, the brush includes a handle with an axis such that the axis aligns with a focus of the concave shape of the bristles. To use the mascara kit, an amount of mascara is transferred from the mascara container to a clean palette. Next, a user applies the amount of mascara from the palette to her eyelashes with a clean applicator. Further, for another mascara application another user can transfer an amount of mascara to either the cleansed palette or that user can dispose of the palette and use another palette to transfer an amount of mascara from the mascara container to the palette.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a deep-set paint tray 22 having a cover 24 with a lip 32 positioned on the periphery for engaging the lip 26 of the deep-set paint roller pan 22. The deep-set paint roller pan 22 has a depth on the shallow end exceeding the diameter of a paint roller handle 34 thereby providing means for positioning a paint roller 18 within the tray prior to sealing the cover 24 to the tray. The flexible cover 24 provides means whereby air can be expelled from the interior by pressing on the middle of the cover as the cover is snapped onto the deep-set paint roller pan lip 26. The present invention 10 eliminates the need to clean the pan 22 and the roller 18 intermittently during a painting job. In addition, the pan 22 and roller 18 are more environmentally friendly because the pan and roller do not need to be cleaned since the cover 24 hermetically seals to the deep-set paint roller pan, therefore enabling the paint 14 to be stored with the roller in the tray for extended periods of time.
