Abstract: The invention is a medical program providing general information for self-recognition and treatment of an acute stroke and directions to access emergency services. The instructions and medication are held in a transparent plastic pouch containing two depressions for holding medication. The instructions include identifying signs and symptoms of stroke onset, instructions for taking medication, instructions for requesting an evaluation by emergency medical service personnel and a test for stroke likelihood.

In an exemplary embodiment the container is formed from a single blank than contains a plurality of body panels and flaps. Abstract: Label packages including a backing sheet and inner face paper housing the labels are flimsy and thereby susceptible to damage due to flexing. Several embodiments for sturdy foldable packaging of printable labels are disclosed. The packaging includes a heavy, sturdy backing sheet in one embodiment to preclude the packaging from flexing, thereby damaging the labels. In another embodiment a sturdy insert card is placed in the packaging. In a further embodiment, a sturdy and thick backing card is placed in the packaging. In a still further embodiment see-through windows in the design allow the customer easier viewing access to choose the style of labels based on his/her preference. In another embodiment, the labels and the surrounding matrix are patterned differently for ease in identifying the labels from the matrix for easier peel-off of the labels.

This method includes providing at least one product guide apparatus that includes transparent, flexible material formed into a set of pockets of sufficient size to receive and retain any one of the set of products. Abstract: The present invention is directed to a credit card-sized carrier for a medicament. The carrier is composed of a lower housing having a cavity which houses a medicament wafer. The cavity of the lower housing is defined by a flat base and connected sidewalls, which terminate in a flange. A cover is removably attached to the lower housing to enclose the cavity. The carrier may be combined with an instruction card and alert to form a portable medicament kit. The invention also is directed to a method for enabling a person to carry a medicament during everyday including the step of providing a credit card-sized carrier that houses a wafer.
