Thus, the media package enables print media and other products, such as those that appeal to readers of the print media, to be marketed together with the print media to increase sales of the print media. The products may be, but are not limited to, lotions, body cleansers, soaps, makeup, and sun care products.

Abstract: Techniques for providing cost effective and tamper evident prepaid card packaging are described. By containing a relatively wide glued area by gluing two relatively tin side panels together, the resulting package is highly resistant to being slit open on an edge without the effort to open the package being highly evident. A foldover magnetic stripe panel provides additional thickness to a portion of the package typically read by a magnetic strip reader while allowing very thin side panels.

The drinking containers are each engraved with a unique identifier indicia, serving as a user name, and a password for connection to a website to be used by the giver and recipient. Intentionally designed as a re-gifting method, the first recipient then becomes a giver, and gives the box as a gift with a beverage and a second set of drinking containers engraved with the next number in the sequence to a second recipient. Each recipient/giver retains the numbered set of beverage containers that were received from the previous giver of the kit. A journal and pen is maintained in the kit for each of the givers and recipients to record the gift and setting as the beverage is opened the drinking containers are used.

The skin sealant is positioned adjacent the prepped skin and the incise drape is positioned over the skin sealant and the prepped skin. The Remembrance Booklet appears as a conventional book having a concealed compartment for placement of a ring. A light may be used to highlight the compartment and a preprogrammed memory chip can activated for replaying prerecorded songs, sayings or jingles. The first part of the booklet contains sayings that a person may otherwise be at a lost to present during a critical presentation.

Abstract: A greeting bag is described that is includes a gift bag and a greeting card. The gift bag and greeting card connect together to form the integrated assembly of the greeting bag that has a purposefully coordinated single decorative style. The gift bag and greeting card have individual decors that define alternative aspects of that particular theme of a decorative style. An attachment mechanism can also be included in the greeting bag that further fixes the greeting card to the gift bag. The attachment mechanism can have a third decor as well as a size and dimensions that can include an image or sentiment. A method is described wherein a greeting bag is selected by selecting a gift bag from a set of one or more gift bags that share a common decorative style. A method of packaging a compact disk is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention provides an improved kit for the collection of umbilical cord blood and placental blood, and collection of the placenta from which such blood is obtained. The kit improves upon existing kits in that it provides for improved user convenience, provides for the collection of the placenta itself, and better maintains the internal temperature of the container in which the collected blood and placenta are shipped to a blood bank or registry. The invention further provides a method of collecting umbilical cord and placental blood, and the placenta from which such blood is obtained, comprising using the kit described herein.

Abstract: A cardboard box for protectively storing perishable paper products that includes protective materials that protect the box and its contents from any of a number of threats including water damage, fire damage, insects, mold and fungi. The box comprises a bottom wall, side walls and a lid that surround and define an interior cavity in which the paper products are stored. Each of the bottom wall, side walls and lid are made from cardboard. Protective materials are applied to one or more of the bottom wall, side walls and lids by either impregnating the cardboard with a suitable chemical, applying a film over the cardboard or spraying a coating thereover. Suitable chemicals that produce the desired properties include, but are not limited to wax, oil, plastic, polybrominated diphenyl ether, polybrominated biphenyl, brominated cyclohydrocarbons, boric acid and hydrogen peroxide.

Abstract: Carriers for flat objects such as sheet music are described which supplement the capacity of musical instrument cases having at least one handle. An adjustable hanger strap or straps are provided so that the carrier can be used on cases having different sizes, shapes and thicknesses. The case handle fits through one of a plurality of elongated slots on the hangar strap of the carrier with the carrier positioned against the case. The particular slot used depends on the shape and size of the case. The carrier has one or more compartments for storing articles placed therein, with the carrier draping over one of the sides while being transported about as a single unit by virtue of the case carry handle. Loops engaging the strap are also provided to provide stability.

One of the outer layers 14, 18 may be provided with a printed, perforated portion, overlying the void space in the middle layer.

The invention permits the cover to lock in place, either over the cell in which the tooth is placed or over a non-cell surface so that all the cells for the teeth are completely covered and protected. Abstract: This invention concerns a Small Hive Beetle control harbourage, that is a passive trap that will naturally attract the beetles to enter it. The harbourage comprises an insecticide treated corrugated cardboard sheet. A shell around the cardboard sheet to prevent access to the sheet. At least one opening in the shell, the opening being sized to allow entry to Small Hive Beetles but to prevent entry by bees, and the opening being arranged relative to the cardboard sheet to allow beetles entering the shell to enter the corrugations in the cardboard.
