Patent number: 12161239Abstract: The invention is a mounted flip frame. The frame includes a mount assembly, slotted, retractable pivot arms, pivot pin(s), and a frame assembly with two sides for display. The pivot arms seat in the mount assembly and are retractable, biasing the pivot arms towards the wall. The pivot pin is connected to the frame assembly through slots in the pivot arms whereby the frame assembly rotates freely in the pivot arm slots when the pivot arms are extended. The frame assembly is rotated by swiping the frame assembly from either side of the mount opposite the pivot arms, using a single finger. The inertia of the swipe turns the frame beyond its perpendicular orientation causing the pivot arms' retraction mechanism to quickly bring the frame back to a flat, level position above the mount assembly showing the other side of the display item.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 2024Date of Patent: December 10, 2024Inventor: Steven Jewell

Patent number: 7921890Abstract: A credit card case mainly has a case body and two self-restoring parts disposed within the case body. The case body is formed with an inlet disposed at one end thereof and has two nicks disposed respectively at the upper and lower ends of the inlet. Each of the two self-restoring parts has a locking point disposed at the end thereof that is near the inlet. By means of such a structure, the credit card can push the locking points toward the side ends of the inlet after being placed into the case body till it is fully contained in the containing space within the case body, and the self-restoring parts can be restored elastically and thus lock the edges of the credit card with the locking points.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 2008Date of Patent: April 12, 2011Inventor: Wei-Teh Ho

Patent number: 7918335Abstract: An electromagnetic shielding carrying case comprising a substantially rigid first and second shielding member hingedly connected to one another and each having an inner and outer surface. Each shielding member comprises a card pocket assembly affixed to their respective inner surfaces into which a plurality of contactless smartcards or regular wallet-sized cards can be slidably inserted and removed. A paper currency pocket is disposed along the outer surfaces of first and second shielding members, and a releasable locking means keeps the first shielding member pivoted closed over top of the second shielding member so the case cannot accidentally open, and shields contactless smartcards contained inside the card pocket assemblies from being powered up by an RFID reader, while also preventing the cards from sliding out of the case.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2010Date of Patent: April 5, 2011Inventor: Michael Kitchen

Publication number: 20100270181Abstract: By providing a pre-printed promotional holding system which can be produced in a wide variety of alternate forms and/or configurations and which employs a pre-folded, fully assembled panel system which is quickly and easily converted from a substantially flat configuration into a three-dimensional, fully constructed configuration, a hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product and holding system is attained. This previously unattainable result is realized in the present invention. In the preferred embodiment, the panel system automatically produces, when moved into its three-dimensional configuration, a fully enclosed, rectangular shaped box incorporating an arcuately pivotable cover plate preferably associated with the top surface of the box.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 19, 2010Publication date: October 28, 2010Inventor: Elizabeth Morgan
