Abstract: A smart device for the promotion of shelf products exhibited in consumer commercial settings may utilize sound, motion, light, and smell when a consumer is proximate a shelf. The smart may consist of a motion transmission system (T) installed in a box (1), a modular universal gripping system (32), an integrated electronic circuit board (35) on which control and command components are installed; an electronically controlled magnet lamp (24), a smell dispenser (28), an audio system (A) consisting of a loudspeaker (34) and an audio amplifier (37), a motion sensor (29), and communication means (C) for bidirectional transmission/reception of the commands for operation parameters. Operation parameters may be keyed to a consumer's characteristics, reports on the traffic in front of the shelf where the device is installed, and the number of interactions with the consumer. This information may be uploaded on the web platform and provided as a report.

Abstract: A grip strap magnetic mounting device for supporting objects such as water bottles within a strap. The device is configured to magnetically connect to various metallic surfaces, including surfaces of exercise equipment. The strap is connected to a magnet. The strap includes a grip portion for preventing an object from slipping out of the strap. The strap is configured to maintain a bottle in an upright position regardless of magnet orientation.

Abstract: A container candy or game components is provided. The container has an elastic exoskeleton in the shape of an animal or object. A stretchable opening formed in the sidewall of the exoskeleton allows positioning of a housing holding the candy or game components within an interior chamber of the elastic exoskeleton in a biased contact with the exterior of the housing which holds two portions of the housing engaged while positioned within the interior chamber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a puzzle box lid holder device designed to hold the puzzle box lid having a puzzle illustration in a position that is always visible to the user. The holder device has a slot within the body which is dimensioned to receive a puzzle box lid wall and hold the puzzle box lid securely in a substantially upright position. The slot is dimensioned to receive a box lid wall up to a depth of approximately 3? and having a thickness of approximately 0.2?. The slot is recessed across a front portion of the holder device to accommodate box lids of any size. Users can maintain hands-free operation of the box lid while having the puzzle illustration visually available to the user allowing the user to more easily and enjoyably complete the puzzle.

Abstract: The protective packaging product includes superimposed upper and lower honeycomb layers 1 and 2 extending between a pair of flexible side members 3 and 4. Each honeycomb layer is formed of flexible paper strips arranged face-to-face and bonded to each other at a series of spaced attachment locations. The honeycomb layers are expandable to form an array of hexagonal cells which are open at both ends. An item such as a surfboard can be inserted between the layers 1 and 2 so that the layers and the flexible side members conform to the shape of the surfboard and protect it against impact damage.

In each of these environments, other individuals finding one's adult toy can lead to embarrassment. The present disclosure is a container designed to store an individual's adult toy in what appears to be a common household item such as a shampoo bottle, conditioner bottle or soap dispenser. These containers can then be transported to and from the bathroom there the adult toy can be used or cleaned in private and if the container is observed, questions will not be raised as to the contents of the container.

Abstract: A facial mask tray includes a plate-shaped plastic base. An accommodating socket is formed on the base for holding essences. The accommodating socket includes compaaments positionally corresponding to sites of a user's face that need focused skincare treatments. When filled with different essences according to the user's skincare needs, the compartments limit the essences in local sites on the base, so as to prevent the essences from diffusing inside the base and permeating to the whole base. When a substrate of a facial mask is placed into the accommodating socket, the substrate absorbs the essences in the compartments at its different parts locally, so that when put on a user's face, the facial mask provides focused skincare treatments specific to different facial skin parts, thereby improving the overall skincare effects.

Abstract: The invention is a novel pillbox for storing medicines that overcomes the deficiencies in existing commercial products. Unlike existing products, in which medicine is loaded into the pillbox by opening a top lid, the present invention is a pillbox that allows side-loading and unloading, thereby eliminating the lids. Because the lids tend to break after extensive use, the elimination of the lids extends the lifetime of the pillbox. Another objective of the invention is to offer the user medicine compartments with sizes that can be easily modified, unlike existing products that only offer medicine compartments with fixed sizes.

The shape changing apparatus further includes a biasing mechanism coupled to the first and second appendages. The biasing mechanism is configured to bias the first and second appendages to the open position. The shape changing apparatus further includes a release mechanism operatively coupled to one of the first or second appendages. Upon activating the release mechanism the biasing mechanism pivots the first and second appendages to the open position.

Abstract: A hand-held drinking container has a unique shape as a sock. The body looks like a flask and has a screw-on cap on the top into which the liquid drink can be poured. A push spout is located on the “toe” section of the flask. The flask has flat sides and a flat top with curved edge sides joined to the sides and the top. The push spout has a retainer nut thereabout that allows a flexible material in a predetermined shape having a hole therein to be placed over the push spout and secured thereto such as a Xmas sock with a push spout hole therein. This flask and sock combination can then be hung from a hook. In another embodiment, the flask would be made of a flexible plastic bladder material and need not be placed in a sock.

Abstract: Pouchkin is a device used for enabling a user to house prepackaged foodstuff pouches, such as applesauce or other relatively soft food product. The Pouchkin device includes a housing having an internal compartment for the insertion of the prepackaged foodstuff pouch. One end of the housing is formed with one or more openings for the insertion of the prepackaged foodstuff pouch. The Pouchkin device is constructed such that the prepackaged foodstuff pouch may be inserted into the housing thereby allowing the user to open the foodstuff pouch and consume while foodstuff pouch is securely inside the housing. In many of the later described preferred embodiments, the shape of the housing may take on many shapes, such as that of a toy shape making the Pouchkin exceptionally attractive to children.

Abstract: Display packaging for plush toys or dolls that allows the packaged toy to be neatly displayed on a retail shelf in an upright, sitting position so that the toy's features can be readily seen is described. In particular, the display packaging facilitates, and encourages, a child accompanying an adult purchaser at a retail location to hug or cuddle the toy without the display packaging impeding that experience. The display packaging also uses much less packaging material than previous packaging for similar products.
