The absorbent product also includes a first packaging component including at least first and second visual characteristics, wherein first and second visual characteristics of the absorbent article are coordinated to the first and second visual characteristics of the packaging component, and wherein at least a portion of one of the garment side outer cover and the body side liner is configured with the article component first visual characteristic and at least a portion of one of the garment side outer cover and the body side liner is configured with the article component second visual characteristic.

Abstract: A trash receptacle device is disclosed that is a trash or storage bin, and that resembles an animal and makes noises to attract and entertain children. The trash receptacle device comprises a housing component with a hollow cavity, a removable trash receptacle component that is inserted into the hollow cavity, and a hinged lid secured to the housing component. Typically, the housing component is shaped to resemble an animal, and the hinged lid is shaped to resemble an animal head. The hinged lid can be controlled by a step pedal component, which can be shaped to resemble a paw or foot of an animal. Additionally, the trash receptacle device can comprise a sound box component and at least one speaker in communication with the hinged lid, such that the sound box component plays a recording of an animal sound when the hinged lid is opened.

A plurality of metal rods are inserted into respective holes in the stem. Each metal rod has is attached to a plastic petal, which also comprises a clip. A piece of candy can be attached to each clip and can be supported by each respective petal. The plurality of metal rods arranged in this manner create a visually appealing arrangement of decorative items or dispenser of candy.

The packaging material is in the form of a flexible sheet which may be wrapped around a product to be packaged. The malleable filling may include, but not be limited to, a plurality of pellets (e.g. beans), a putty, a gel, a stuffing (e.g. straw, cotton) and combinations thereof. The connector may be a magnet, a plurality of hooks, a plurality of loops, a suction cup, one half of a snap, a clip, a clamp, a clasp, and combinations of these. Optionally, first mating connector is a magnet and in another non-limiting embodiment the filled amorphous bag apparatus has a covering, where the connector is a magnet free to move around the surface of at least one amorphous bag between the at least one amorphous bag and the covering. The transparent cover layer encases the container body and fills the pattern. As the second concave surface is indented on the first concave surface, a stepped structure is formed on the outer wall of the container body to become a three-dimensional pattern. Moreover, with the container body and transparent cover layer formed in varying color combinations, a colorful and multi-layer three-dimensional visual effect can be created to enhance aesthetic appeal and quality, thereby increase consumers' purchase desire.

The music or alternative audio can be stopped or restarted by closing and reopening the box.

Abstract: A publication and product delivery package is disclosed which permits product samples to be packaged and displayed along the binding (or “spine”) of a publication, such as a magazine, or an object of similar size, and delivered to a purchaser of that publication utilizing standard delivery services, such as the United States Postal Service, even when such products may be otherwise loose, liquid, or fragile, and despite the stresses and impacts of such packaging, display, and delivery. In a novel marketing method, the publication package allows a product distributor to include additional attractive marketing text and images alongside product sample containers, and coordinated with similar text and images impressed on the delivered product sample containers, to achieve high-impact and memorable promotion with little delivery costs over the cost of delivering the publication alone.

Biodegradable novelty packages as described herein are formed of a biodegradable resin, such as a biodegradable thermoplastic.

Abstract: A container assembly includes sensors to detect events that occur in proximity to the container including thermal energy changes, light variances, and movement. For example, an item placed in or removed from an open end of the container, movement of the container, and shadows that pass over an open end of the container. The sensors detect the event then transmit a signal to a measuring or control instrument to trigger a predetermined illumination and/or audio signal. The sensors embed in a base portion of the container, operatively joining with a processor. Sensors include photocells for light, passive infra-red for temperature, and omni-directional sensors for movement. In this manner, movement, changes in temperature and light cause an illumination portion to emit light, and an audio portion to emit an audio signal to provide animation and safety features for the container.

The retaining tabs are flexible so that a person can intentionally remove a belly band by pivoting the tabs out of the way or by forcing the belly band over the tabs.

The carrying case has a rigid shell operative for protecting the delicate bow.

Abstract: The present invention is a spill resistant tamper evident treat collection container apparatus. Because of the unique shape, size, and functioning of the apparatus, the apparatus prevents spills of contained treats regardless of the orientation of the apparatus. The apparatus further prevents premature withdrawal of treats from the apparatus by the user (e.g. a child) or other unscrupulous third parties so that the collected treats may subsequently and conveniently be inspected after completion of treat collection (e.g. completion of trick-or-treating). The apparatus is preferably adapted such that if the apparatus is opened to gain access to the contents of the apparatus, such opening is rendered evident.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a cosmetic package container, in particular, to a three-piece assembly of a cosmetic package container in a hollow spherical shape, comprising a cap unit and a base unit respectively of a semi-spherical hollow shape assembled in a top-down manner together with as a central ring unit having a net structure and attached to an opening of the base unit. A paste of cosmetic material is filled into the container via a filling perforation at the bottom portion of the base unit. The outer surface of the central ring unit is provided with threads for parts of the container to be fastened with ease to form a complete assembly of the container. The cap and base units are of a double-layered structure formed of different materials such that the outer appearance of the container can be of various decorative designs and is practical to use.

Abstract: Kits, components, and methods for personalizing covers for electronic devices are provided. Device-specific cases are dimensioned and configured to releasably affix to specific devices and to define substrate spaces when affixed to the devices. Device-specific templates are provided with the cases. The templates aid in appropriately shaping user-desired image substrates to fit between the cases and the devices when the devices are affixed to the cases. The templates include specifically placed apertures so that any substrates generated therewith do not occlude or disrupt the functionality of any functional component on the devices when the substrates are interposed between the cases and devices. Instructions for using the templates to generate appropriately configured substrates for use with the cases and devices are included.

Abstract: An effective, physically protective case for small electronic devices is made from repurposed books. The case may conceal the device to make it appear as a less valuable item. The case, being made from old, repurposed books, makes use of items that may otherwise be disposed of, thereby preventing waste. By using an actual book, rather than trying to replicate the look of a book, the case can effectively conceal ebooks, tablet computers, smart phones, and the like, even under the closest inspection. The case is sturdy, has few moving parts, is durable and is produces using only recycled materials.
