Abstract: The invention provides portable bags having integrated displays. Disclosed embodiments include apparatus and associated methods providing integrated electronic displays providing one or more illumination, audio, or radio frequency capabilities. Chemical displays include illumination and scent dispersal capabilities. Embodiments of bags with integrated displays also include electronic displays having at least one associated charging element for charging a charge storage element for powering the display.

Abstract: A gift wrapping package is provided which furnishes enhanced ornamentation and ease of wrapping of gifts for special events. The gift wrapping package includes a housing which is retractable and expandable for forming a central cavity. In a retracted condition, gifts can be placed within the central cavity. Thereafter, the housing can be closed by expanding and rotating the housing's body portion 360 degrees until an enclosed structure is formed. In preferred embodiments, the gift wrapping package includes various ornaments and features including fanciful appendages. In addition, the gift wrapping package may include a hook or handle or other construction for enabling persons to carry a wrapped gift or to hang the gift wrapped package upon objects, such as a holiday tree.

Abstract: A decorative caparison engaging a cooler or ice chest. The caparison is devoid of insulating material and provides a changeable decor that can fit different tastes and environments and is removable for care, storage, and cleaning. An upper section of the caparison is adapted to engage the cover of the cooler, the upper section covering the top surface of the cover and a portion of the body of the cooler. A lower section of the caparison is adapted to engage the body of the cooler, the lower section covering substantially all of the visible body of the cooler. The present invention further includes a cooler having fastening elements which engage corresponding fastening elements on at least one of the upper or lower sections of the caparison to releasably engage the caparison. Finally, the present invention still further includes a method of decorating a cooler packed with perishables and cooling medium.

However, the lid can be non-connected. Decorative fabric surrounds the outer surface area of the sidewall. Decorative ornaments are attached at predetermined locations to the decorative fabric.

Abstract: A free standing or attachable designer form is disclosed. According to one embodiment a front section comprises a first piece of material, the first piece of material having a first front side and a first back side. A back section comprises a second piece of material, the second piece of material having a second front side and a second back side. A middle section comprises a flexible sheet having a third front side and a third back side, wherein the third front side of the flexible sheet is attached to the first back side of the first piece of material and the third back side of the flexible sheet is attached to the second back side of the second piece of material. A first end has a first closure attached thereto, a second end having a second closure attached thereto, and the first end and second end attach using the first closure and second closure.

Abstract: A gift wrapping package is provided which provides enhanced ornamentation and ease of wrapping of gifts for special events. The gift wrapping package includes a flat base and a dome-like cover which forms a central cavity. The dome-like cover is retractable and expandable. In a retracted condition, gifts can be placed within the central cavity. Thereafter, the cover can be closed by expanding and rotating the cover until the dome-like structure is formed. In a preferred embodiment, the gift wrapping package includes a hook or handle for enabling a person to carry a wrapped gift or to hang the gift wrapped package upon objects such as a Christmas tree.

The at least one side wall having an interior surface and an exterior surface. The container also includes a liner having an interior surface and an exterior surface. The liner includes at least one light source coupled to the exterior surface of the liner. The liner is coupled to the shell. At least a portion of the exterior surface of the liner is adjacent to the interior surface of the shell, and the at least one light source is aligned with the at least one opening for emitting light therethrough.

Abstract: A bowl having one or more grooves defined around the interior perimeter thereof, the grooves representing a specific measure of a material placed into the bowl when the bowl is filled to the level of one of the grooves. Each of the grooves have an indicia locate nearby that indicates the quantity associated with each groove.

Abstract: A package includes a refill for a device and a configuration of the package that resembles at least a portion of the device with which the refill functionally interacts. The configuration of the package is indicative of the device and does not include same. In addition, a method of identifying a renewable item for a rechargeable device includes the steps of providing a package including a structural configuration that resembles at least a portion of the rechargeable device with which the renewable item interacts and packaging the renewable item within the package. The rechargeable device is not carried by the structural configuration. Further, a packaging includes a first item and a structure that carries the first item and that resembles at least one portion of a second item with which the first item functionally interacts. A characteristic of the structure identifies the second item. The second item is not carried by the structure.

Abstract: A novelty device is linked to a piece of luggage for identifying and adorning the luggage. The novelty device comprises an axial, elongate torso-like structure comprising a series of fabric panels. Deep to the panels is certain fill material for providing elastically compressive bulk to the novelty device. Ventro-laterally extending linking panels extend from the ventral medial axis of the torso-like structure, the terminal ends of which comprise cooperable or matable fasteners. When the linking panel terminal ends are selectively fastened to one another via the fasteners after having been wrapped around an axial luggage handle or similar other luggage appendage, the linking panels function to attach the torso-like structure to the piece of luggage. Once attached to the luggage, the novelty device readily identifies the luggage. Certain methods for the manufacture of the novelty device are further disclosed.

Abstract: A rainwater collection and storage system includes at least one rainwater collector and a rainwater storage unit. The rainwater collector includes a bucket, a rainwater collector plate, and a decorative item. The decorative item camouflages the rainwater collector and makes it more pleasant to see. The rainwater collector also includes one or more filtering elements, filtering out leaves and debris and preventing intrusion of insects into the bucket. The rainwater collected is pumped to the rainwater storage unit. The rainwater storage unit has a support structure and a flexible rainwater container attached to the support structure. Because of the flexible rainwater container, the rainwater storage unit can be placed in a terrain that is not flat. The rainwater storage unit is also camouflaged to resemble a tree.

A strap engages the web at two spaced apart locations. A fastener such as hook and loop material selectively holds the web in a coiled configuration. The pockets all face upwardly and optionally have windows and individual closures.

A generally cylindrical drinking vessel being entirely clear or having a clear section and a picture at the bottom of the cylinder. An insert that floats on the liquid displaying a picture located on the outer surface of the insert corresponds to the picture on the vessel and lowers with the liquid as it is consumed causing the pictures to mesh into an end result. Such insert can contain a hole in the middle for a straw. Both vessel and insert can contain the means for guiding the insert to mesh with the picture.

Abstract: A double-layered rotary cup includes an outer receptacle in which an inner container is received. The container has an open top along which a circumferential lip carrying a seal ring in an underside thereof is formed to be slidably positioned on a top rim of the receptacle. The bottom of the receptacle forms a hole through which a bolt extends to engage an internally-threaded projection formed on the bottom of the container thereby forming a relatively rotatable configuration between the receptacle and the container. A spring biased positioner is arranged between the bottoms of the container and the receptacle for setting the relative angular position therebetween. Films on which patterns are printed are attached to an outside surface of the container and an inside surface of the receptacle and the film of the receptacle forms windows for exposing the patterns of the film of the container.

The tray may have a non-slip removable insert inserted into the retaining portion which may be fitted to the bottom of the retaining portion and may maintain grip on serving tray and food container.

Abstract: A decorative gift card holder is provided for presenting and displaying gift cards, whether of the magnetic stripe or smart card varieties. The gift card holder includes a transparent, fluid-filled chamber in which insoluble white “snow” particles having a density greater than the fluid are trapped. The chamber has a card retention housing within the fluid-filled chamber that is sealed from the latter, and has an access slot at the bottom of the chamber through which a gift card may be inserted into the card retention housing. Once fully inserted, the card can be seen through the water and snow particles. A sheet metal or injection molded polymeric plastic base, which snaps onto a grooved lower projection of the chamber, retains the gift card within the slot, and also provides a stable base for displaying the gift card holder in an upright position.

An elongated, cardboard-like sheet is presented that is die cut to fold into a three dimensional model of the vehicle. The sheet's first end is folded along a first pair of transverse fold lines and secured in a position to present an open cabin, rear deck and tail of the vehicle, whereby the open cabin may provide the container for food and other items. The sheet's central portion is folded upwardly along a pair of longitudinal fold lines to present the sides of the vehicle, and the second end portion is folded along a second pair of transverse fold lines and secured in position to present the hood and front windshield of the vehicle.

Abstract: Multiple artificial wicks can be used in water or solvent based fragrance mixtures that will fully empty the mixture from the container without the need to flip the wicks. The wicks can be made from strands of woven, twisted, braided, injection molded or extruded fibers that are natural or man-made. The length to width ratio of the wick should be a minimum of 30 for effective fragrance release. The wick gets fully saturated and remains saturated while providing continuous fragrance diffusion. There is no need to flip the wick over during use to refresh the fragrance diffusion. The wicks can also be fully dyed or pigmented with color. The wicks can also be partially dyed or pigmented with color. A ceramic bisque can also be placed above the fragrance oil mixture to provide a fragrance boost when in contact with the wick.

One of the bodies (e.g., the container body) has at least one groove with opposing sidewalls and a floor and the other of the bodies (e.g., the base body) has a rib with complementary sidewalls removably mounted in the at least one groove. A fastening means, such as adhesive, can be substituted for the groove and rib in an alternative. The method includes a user selecting a base body and a plurality of container bodies and mounting the container bodies to the base body. The base body is mounted into a basket for completing the collection.

The pusher arm has a push end to contact the cards.
