Abstract: The dishwasher tray has a base module including a bottom wall and perimeter walls. The bottom wall has a grid on which table utensils are placed and a drag element intended to be engaged by a dragging member of a dishwasher when the base module is introduced in the dishwasher. The perimeter walls also have grids. The dishwasher tray further includes at least one side lid intended to be detachably mounted on at least one of the perimeter walls covering one grid of the perimeter wall. Optionally, the side lid comprises protrusions that snap fit in complementary cavities provided in the perimeter wall. Optionally the side lid is colored or marked according to a color or mark code identifying the content of the dishwasher tray and/or the grids of all the perimeter walls can be covered with corresponding side lids when the tray is used for storage of table utensils.

Abstract: The present invention provides processes for die casting metals which are more energy efficient and less expensive than the current metal die casting processes. The die casting processes discussed herein utilize a water-soluble die release fluid and hydraulic equipment which uses water-insoluble hydraulic fluid. By doing so, the hydraulic fluid and die release fluid present in the waste collected from the die casting process can be collected via separation techniques. One or both of the collected hydraulic fluid and die release fluid may then be re-used in the same die casting process, another die casting process, or another processes altogether.

Abstract: A first aspect pertains to a gift card carrier that also operates as a greeting card. A first folded configuration, the gift card carrier presents the gift card for purchase. In a second folded configuration, the gift card carrier acts like a greeting card that encloses the gift card. A second aspect pertains to a gift card carrier with a depression for receiving a gift card therein. The depression may make the gift card appear flush mounted within a panel of the gift card carrier. A third aspect pertains to a gift card carrier with an image of hardware device that includes a display, and a gift card that includes an image associated with the hardware device. The gift card is positioned over the display region of the hardware device image making it appear as if the gift card is the display, and the image thereon is being displayed.

Abstract: A label assembly for a customizable gift box. The label assembly includes a label and a back sheet having alignment tabs for aligning the box blank to the label. The alignment tabs are raised to expose adhesive material of the label. The box portion is aligned on the adhesive with the tabs, and then the partially adhered label can be fully exposed and wrapped around the box portion. The label can be used as a box bottom or top wrapping, or can form a top for a bottom box portion.

Abstract: A medicine dispensing record system that joins with a medicine container and records and displays content and administration information about a medicine to ensure the proper administration of the medicine. The medicine information that is recorded may be erased and updated when a subsequent dose of medicine is administered. The medicine dispensing system includes an identification portion that affixes to the medicine container and includes a dry-erase surface that provides a receptive and erasable surface for a user to record and review information about a last medicine dose with information such as: time and/or date the last dose was administered, amount of medicine administered, current daily intake amount, contents of the medicine container, scheduled administration of the medicine, and warnings about the medicine. The information displayed on the surface is constantly revised with each subsequent dosage of the medicine with an attached dry-erase marker.

Abstract: An improved sealable pouch has an interior volume for receiving products for sterilization and an integral, foldable flap sealable to the pouch to provide a fully enclosed interior volume. Included on one or more portions of the pouch are indicia, preferably at least a first and second spaced apart indicia, to aid in proper folding of the flap. The indicia provide alignment means so that when the flap is properly folded to provide a leak proof seal, a predetermined portion of the indicia is covered by the flap. An improper seal can be visually determined to exist if all of the indicia or none of the indicia is visible after the seal is made. A proper seal is evidenced by only a portion of the first and second indicia being covered by the flap.

Abstract: A printed packet adapted to hold a transaction piece such as a hotel key card in conjunction with an information enclosure. The transaction holder is comprised of two layers of material bonded with a glue pattern to form a pocket designed to hold a transaction piece. The information enclosure includes an information piece, consisting of a sheet, multiple sheets, a folded pamphlet, or booklet. The information piece is secured to a base layer of the packet by means of a self-adhesive overlaminate enclosure disposed over the information piece and extending beyond two opposing edges of the piece. The enclosure is designed to hold expansive amounts of printed information in a secure, protected manner. The information enclosure and the transaction holder share the same base layer sheet of material.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing multiple transaction cards in a single package are described. According to one aspect, a carrier package arrangement includes a holder and a plurality of transaction cards. The transaction cards are retained on the holder, and are arranged to be transitioned form an unactivated state to an activated state using a first activation code. The carrier package arrangement can also include a case that can contain the holder and the plurality of transaction cards.

Abstract: A spice rack for attaching to the inner surface of kitchen cabinet doors provides a low profile support and spice containers that may fit substantially within the gap between the cabinet door and the front of the shelves defined by a thickness of the face frame and a small clearance gap between the shelves in the rear of the face frame.

Abstract: A method that includes providing a plastic container with an exterior surface and a polyester substrate with a first face and a second face. A coating of repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive is provided to substantially all of the second face of the polyester substrate. The polyester substrate is adhered to the plastic container by contacting the second face of the polyester substrate and the coating of repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive with the exterior surface of the plastic container. The polyester substrate and all of the coating of repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive may be removed from the plastic container prior to recycling the plastic container by peeling the polyester substrate away from the exterior surface of the plastic container.

The packaging is designed to prevent individuals from gaining access to the enclosed product through tampering with the packaging while at the same time meeting or exceeding federal child-resistant and senior-friendly guidelines. The packaging incorporates plastic material and multiple cuts to be tear-resistant and to halt the propagation of a tear, if one should occur.

Abstract: A fluid container and method of manufacture. The fluid container may be a drinking vessel, and may include an opening in a bottom surface thereof and a coupling device around the opening. The coupling device may include a first component in contact with the bottom surface of the fluid container around the opening and a second component in contact with the first component in a fluid-tight closed configuration. The second component may include a magnetic material. The coupling device may be biased in the fluid-tight closed configuration via magnetic attraction of the first and second components.

In one aspect, at least one portion of a vaporized metal stream is shielded from contacting a sheet of packaging film during the metallization process. The partially metallized packaging film can be used with a form, fill and seal machine or other packaging machine to create a food package with a product viewing window. In one aspect, the barrier web comprises a bio-based film.

The base label may have a front surface, with a plurality of sets of measurement information in numerical form and graphical form printed on the front surface. The top label may have first and second transparent windows displaying at least one of the sets of measurement information.

Abstract: A reusable, liner-free labeling system, which allows labels to be wound without the use of a release liner, is described herein. The absence of a liner reduces inventory requirements, roll-changeover time, cost of production, and waste. Additionally, the labeling system described herein provides labels that remove cleanly, which reduces the time required to remove the label and eliminates the necessity of cleaning the substrate after removal. The labeling system provides labels that can be easily reused and reapplied, which can reduce time and costs associated with user labeling error. The labeling system is compatible with labels of all currently available facesheets, regardless of composition or physical characteristics, and allows for large quantity batch printing. The implementation of the labeling system does not require any changes to the pre-existing label printing infrastructure.
