The wrappers comprise at least two different printed elements, and the appearance of the individually wrapped articles can vary within a single package. Methods for individually wrapping a plurality of articles are also described.

Abstract: A label for removable application to an article such as a beverage bottle includes a backing layer (2) comprising a laminate of a bi-axially oriented polyester such as PET (12) and a bi-axially oriented polypropylene (14). The polyester film (12) has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the polypropylene film (14). Consequently, when the label is heated, it will tend to curl and this effect can be used to assist in the removal of the label from the article in a hot washing bath during recycling of the article.

Abstract: A decorative container assembly and method are provided for storing traction-enhancing materials such as salt pellets or tablets, sand or gravel. The decorative container includes a container cover and a container base configured for mating together, where at least the container cover has a decorative outer shape and/or surface ornamentation, such as in a winter theme. The base defines an inner storage cavity for holding the traction-enhancing materials, and has a lower mating element for cooperatively engaging an upper mating element of the cover. The upper mating element is removably attachable to the lower mating element in a manner that substantially seals the inner storage cavity. Optionally, the base has a decorative outer shape or ornamentation that cooperates with the cover so that the assembled container forms a complete winter theme. Optionally, the container base may be substantially non-decorative, such as part of the original packaging of the traction-enhancing material.

The individual bottles can be manufactured out of glass, metals, alloys and various plastics and sizes of the individual bottles, in the nested unit, are not limited. Container contents determine the fractional proportions of unit and bottle sizes therewith. Said unit accommodates the end user with prepackaged quantities of contents. Abstract: The present disclosure describes a process for applying a design to a sheet metal for use in a portion of a container, for example a cap or an end of a food container. Embodiments provide for applying a multi-color design in a single printing step to a sheet of metal to create a printed metal sheet that can then be rolled into a printed coil or cut to length. The printed metal sheet can then be cut pressed into can ends or caps. The ends or caps with the multi-color design can then be used to manufacture containers, such as a beverage container.

A visible surface of each of the dials features letters, numbers, or symbols near its outer edge. The cap housing has a cutout that allows the user to rotate the dials using his or her fingers. When the dials are rotated, a combination of letters, numbers, or symbols are displayed, enabling the user identify his or her bottle or contents within the bottle. The present invention fits over standard size valves of various conventional bottles and containers.

Abstract: A system and method for coordinating designs on a device cover and an electronic display. The device has a front face having an electronic display and a rear face. The cover at least partially covers the rear face of the device. The cover has an exposed face which is at least partially transparent. A design insert having a design is inserted between the rear face of the device and the exposed face such that the design insert is visible through the exposed face. A server is coupled to the device such that the device can retrieve electronic displays. This allows the electronic display to coordinate with the design insert visible through the exposed face. As such, the front of the device can coordinate with the back cover of the device.

Abstract: Gift card carriers are disclosed. More particularly, a first aspect pertains to a gift card carrier that also operates as a greeting card. In a first folded configuration, the gift card carrier presents the gift card for purchase. In a second folded configuration, the gift card carrier acts like a greeting card that encloses the gift card, and possibly supplies a greeting or message. A second aspect pertains to a gift card carrier with a depression for receiving a gift card therein. The depression may make the gift card appear as if its flush mounted within a panel of the gift card carrier. A third aspect pertains to a gift card carrier with an image of hardware device that includes a display, and a gift card that includes an image associated with the hardware device. The gift card is positioned over the display region of the hardware device image making it appear as if the gift card is the display, and the image thereon is being displayed.
