Abstract: Container includes a base portion having a plurality of item receiving cavities for supporting frangible items, at least one cover portion having at least one item covering concavity for covering the frangible items, a first hinge between a first longitudinal edge of the base portion and the cover portion for rotating the cover portion onto the base portion to hold the frangible items captive in the item receiving cavities, and a hollow ring projecting upwardly from a bottom surface of at least one of the item receiving cavities to define an annular contact surface for an item received in the item receiving cavity.
Abstract: A corrugated paper sheet buffer article for package comprising two tubular upper corner columns arranged in parallel, two tubular lower corner columns arranged below and in parallel with the two upper corner columns, and a plurality of spacing members arranged in parallel between the upper and lower corner columns. A plurality of first insertion grooves are provided along lengthwise directions of the upper and lower corner columns, respectively, and four corner ends of each of spacing members are inserted into the first insertion grooves on the upper and lower corner columns, respectively.
Abstract: A package for transporting eggs includes a body having individual recesses dimensioned to receive an egg therein. Each recess is connected to the body via a spring means, preferably corrugate regions, which permit movement of the recess relative to the body. Rigid perimeter portions of the package, and/or additional load bearing members spaced inwardly from the perimeter wall may be used to assist in transferring vertical load from one package to another in a stacked array.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an eggs packing container, and more particularly, to an eggs packing container using paperboard to produce box structures and packed-material supporters provided therein, thereby preventing the environments from pollution and effectively preventing received eggs from the damages due to any external impact. The eggs packing container according to the present invention has a receiving portion 100 and a lid portion 200 like the shape of the conventional synthetic resin packing container, thereby making use of the existing egg packing production automation facilities.
Abstract: This invention provides a novel packaging system comprising a packaging frame and one or more suspension membrane suspended from the frame, which membrane comprises a flexible membrane material that forms a pocket area shaped to accept an item. The shape of the pocket area allows the area to be self-sizing to accommodate irregularly shaped objects and a variety of sizes in the same package. The flexible pocket area also minimizes pressure points on the packaged item and keeps the item from contacting other items or potentially damaging surfaces.
