The alarm sounding retail display system is operable to provide an audible tone upon the movement of retail merchandise carried within the retail display system. The audible provides an indication of enhanced security and can alert store employees in proximity to the retail display system that merchandise has been added to or removed from the retail display system.

Abstract: A friction lock adaptable spacer configured to provide suitable separation between two or more objects. The spacer may be used during the storage, transport, display, and/or use of the objects to separate them and protect them from their surrounding environment. In some embodiments, the spacer is designed to maintain a suitable separation between two or more beverage containers. The spacer has a single piece construction, which reduces assembly and disassembly labor, and also reduces materials required for construction and disposal. The spacer may be constructed from a single piece of material, such as corrugated cardboard.

Abstract: A dual function shelf unit has identical support columns, horizontal shelf-supporting beams adjustably-mounted on the columns for vertical shelf adjustment and one or more hooks also mountable on at least one column. The columns have apertures with complementary apertures having opposed inclined edges for accepting a beam-end bracket from either side of the column and tabs for accepting mounting flanges of hooks. Both beam-end brackets and hooks are each mounted in two vertically-spaced apertures. Vertically adjustable shelf and hook storage is provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a frame structure, which can make the assembling process simple and time-saving and achieve a thin profile and a light weight. A technical solution adopted in the present disclosure is: a frame structure, comprising a frame, a front cover, and a connector for connecting the frame with the front cover that are all integrally formed, and also comprising fixing elements for securing an end of the front cover that is away from the connector to the frame. The present disclosure further discloses a liquid crystal module comprising the frame structure.

Abstract: A divider wall for use with a gravity-fed shelf assembly includes an elongate wall portion and a first front leg extending from a first end of the wall portion. The first front leg has a body portion and an engagement protrusion extending from the body portion. The divider wall further includes a rear leg extending from a second end of the wall portion. The first front leg and the rear leg are each adapted to be received into a front slot and a rear slot, respectively, of the shelf assembly. Gravity acts on the divider wall and displaces it within the front and rear slots toward a front end of the shelf assembly such that an undersurface of the shelf assembly adjacent the front slot is in contact with or immediately adjacent to the engagement protrusion to prevent the removal of the first front leg from the front slot.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an upright reinforcing assembly for use with a pallet racking system, and racking system incorporating the same. The support configuration consists of an upright support and attached a bracket containing two L-shaped platforms which form a pocket. The upright support configuration is placed between two frame assemblies to support the beam, which is held in the pocket created by the bracket, thereby providing additional support to the beam and preventing rotation, bowing or distortion of the beam. Such a configuration lowers the cost of pallet racking as lower capacity beams can be used, or otherwise less frame assemblies are required in the racking.

Abstract: A freestanding display rack for supporting and displaying product at a point of sale comprises a pair of spaced apart side panels. A back panel is attached to the side panels by interfitting tabs and notches along adjacent edges of the back panel and the side panels. A plurality of shelves extends between and supported at their opposite ends on the side panels by mechanical interlocking means engaged between the shelves and the side panels. The mechanical interlocking means comprises a slot formed through the side panels adjacent each of the shelves and a tongue projecting outwardly from each end of the shelves. The tongues extend through the respective slot in the side panels and being folded against an outer surface of the respective side panel. A graphics header extends above the shelves and side panels.

Abstract: A freestanding display rack used for supporting and displaying product at a point of sale. The display rack is made entirely of fiber recycling chains and can be shipped in a knocked-down flattened condition. The display rack comprises a pair of spaced apart side panels and a plurality of shelves extend between and supported at their opposite ends on the side panels by a plurality of mechanical interlocking engaged between the shelves and the side panels. The plurality of mechanical interlocking means comprise slots in the side panels and tabs integral with the shelves on opposite ends thereof extended through the slots. An opening formed in an end of each of the tabs projecting through the slots in the respective side panel. A locking pin inserted in each the opening to prevent withdrawal of the tabs from the slots. A graphics header extends above the shelves and side panels.

Abstract: A gondola standard cap comprises a relatively long and flat front wall with smooth and backwardly curved side edges. The gondola standard cap is provided on its rear with vertically aligned and spaced resilient ears which allow the cap to be installed into the holes of vertical posts in metallic shelving systems. The cap is provided with a plurality of vertically aligned knock-out tabs which are selectively removed as needed for alignment with the holes of the vertical post of the metallic shelving system to accommodate the ears of the brackets of the shelving system. In this way, the gondola standard cap will close off the holes of the vertical posts and prevent any injury by contact with the holes of the posts.

Abstract: A cabinet frame for easy assembly includes an upper frame and a lower frame each constituted of four corner connectors and four transverse capping pieces, and four longitudinal capping pieces connected between four corners of the upper frame and the lower frame, characterized in that: sixteen prismatic rods are used for connecting corner connectors on four corners of the upper frame and the lower frame with the longitudinal capping pieces, the corner connector being provided with protrusions and countersinks, the cross section of each of the transverse capping pieces and the longitudinal capping pieces being formed into a shape, square bores on both ends of the capping pieces being inserted by the protrusions of the corner connectors. The cabinet frame of the present invention is easy for assembly and has a simple structure. The frame constituted by assembling the corner connectors with the prismatic rods has a stable structure and a large load-bearing capacity.

Abstract: The present invention provides a rack stopper system for holding a plurality of components and/or component trays on a rack and then allowing the component trays to be transferred to another rack. The system can include a base, a support bar attached to the base, and a wiper bar pivotally attached to the support bar. The wiper bar can have a stop position that blocks a component and/or a component tray from rolling off of a first rack and a pass position that allows the component and/or component tray to roll off of the first rack and onto a second rack.

Abstract: A pallet rack and method for use of same are disclosed. Three panel frames interconnected by two parallel cross members define two lower pallet receiving areas and two upper pallet receiving areas. A catch tray is disposed beneath the two upper pallet receiving areas to catch and redirect fluid and debris to prevent cross-contamination between pallets. The catch tray includes a primary tray and a slidable dependent tray extendably coupled to the primary tray. The slidable dependent tray extends from a retracted position within the primary tray to an extended position having a general decline from the first panel frame to the second panel frame to furnish a slanted surface therebetween. Retraction of the dependent tray provides clearance for fork lift tines to access the rear upper pallet receiving area.

Abstract: An earthquake-activated shelf security system has two guide rails attached to both sides of a shelf or pallet rack. At least one retainer is moveably constrained to move along the guide rails by a rotating loop located on each end of the retainer. The guide rail has a retainer rest portion and allows the retainer to rest in a prepared configuration without moving down the rail unless acted upon by a shaking event such as an earthquake. A movable backstop is located along a back portion of the retainer rest portion. The position of the rest stop can be adjusted to adjust the sensitivity of the system to earthquakes. The guide rails have retainer stops located at selected positions to keep the retainer from moving past. In one embodiment two retainers are provided and in another embodiment, a mesh is provided to contain items that would otherwise fall through.

Abstract: A product display tray and associated mounting bar and bracket. The mounting bar and bracket are configured to minimize space occupied in a front to back direction and enable mounting of a tray in a manner to maximize the number of products displayed. The mounting brackets allow the bar to be turned end for end to adjust the vertical position of the bar by one-half spacing in order to maximize vertical density of the packaging display. The tray has specially configured, rearwardly opening recesses at its back edge to receive the mounting bar while allowing a base of the tray to extend underneath and behind the bar. The tray, bar and brackets are also uniquely designed to enable a tray to be mounted on two adjacent, aligned mounting bars, to maximize horizontal density of the packaging display. In some examples, the thermochromic indicator indicates a bulk air temperature and a gradient air temperature. The thermochromic indicator may be vertically disposed on a front-face and/or a back-face or a rack. A plurality of thermochromic indicators may be disposed on a plurality of front-faces and/or back-faces of racks of an array of racks.

Abstract: A system for detecting the potential theft of product from a display shelf may comprise: at least one shelf for containing product, a barrier, and an alert device. The barrier may be movable between a closed position and an open position. The alert device may be operatively connected to the barrier by an air switch and a pressurized pneumatic tube connected to the air switch and located adjacent to the first end of the barrier, wherein the alert device detects movement of the barrier and provides an alert indicative of a potential theft of product from the shelf. When the barrier moves from the closed position to the open position, the barrier may engage the pneumatic tubing, thereby compressing the pneumatic tubing, activating the air switch, and sending a signal to the alert device.

The latching regions include a pair of guide posts configured to enter both round-shaped and square-shaped holes and guide the filler panel into a rack. Each latching region includes one or more latching members having surfaces for engaging a railing of a rack. At least one pair of latching members includes an angled stepped surface configured to engage railings of different thicknesses.

Abstract: A storage apparatus comprises a rail adapted to be secured to a surface and an accessory releasably mounted to the rail. The accessory comprises a gripper assembly and a storage device, the gripper assembly includes a gripper mechanism that is movably mounted relative to a support such that the gripper mechanism is movable into and out of engagement with the rail when the accessory is mounted on the rail.

Abstract: A storage rack system is provided that includes an improved cross bar attachment to create the framing for storage shelves. The cross bars are locked or secured against undesired movement and rolling to create a shelf that properly supports loads. The cross bars extend between the deck beams such that flanges at the ends thereof overlap the top of the deck beams. The flanges include a tab that extends downwardly to engage with an opening on the top of the deck beams. The lateral support further includes a stabilizer that is fastened to the side wall of the deck beams to prevent rolling or dislodgement of either member.

Abstract: A storage rack comprising a pair of uprights, with each upright having a plurality of equally-spaced keyhole slots extending along the upright. A plurality of cross braces is mounted on the uprights, each cross brace having a pair of spaced fasteners at each end which are shaped to engage the keyhole slots. The fasteners are spaced a distance equal to the spacing of the keyhole slot, each including a head having a dimension greater than at least a portion of the keyhole slot. A plurality of bins is removably mounted on the cross braces. A center support is provided, secured to and extending from the cross braces, and, in one form of the invention, a tray is located at the top of the uprights. The uprights can be secured to a base stand, or secured to a wall.

The auxiliary apparatus moves on the support pole, a first position, a second position, and a third position. In the first position, the first clasp is located in the first insert slot. In the third position, the first clasp is located the first insert slot having the second clasp inserted in the second engaging slot.

Abstract: A shelf assembly includes a support frame made of a metallic material and an ornamental unit mounted on the support frame. The ornamental unit includes at least one attachment member mounted on the support frame, a plurality of magnets mounted on the attachment member and attracted magnetically to the support frame to attach the attachment member to the support frame, at least one first decorative member mounted on a first side of the attachment member, and at least one second decorative member mounted on a second side of the attachment member. The ornamental unit can be removed from the support frame for replacement to satisfy a user's requirement. The support frame is made of a metallic material instead of a wood material to decrease consumption of the wood.

Abstract: An apparatus for a pallet rack includes a column including a tubular member for vertical support. A base plate is joined to a bottom end of the column for anchoring the apparatus to ground. A top cap including a u-shaped structure is joined to a top portion of the column for joining to a vertical support of a pallet rack. An angle bracket is joined to the column including a horizontal pivot point for joining, at the pivot point, to an angle brace of the pallet rack, and for enabling the angle brace to pivot in a vertical plane. A horizontal bracket is joined to the column including a vertical pivot point for joining, at the pivot point, to a horizontal brace of the pallet rack, and for enabling the horizontal brace to pivot in a horizontal plane.

Abstract: A novel apparatus and system for damping vibrational forces from servers and electronic components is provided. Embodiments of the present invention generally provide novel anti-vibration modules adapted for use in existing racks as well as novel anti-vibration racks comprised of composite materials, which reduce the effect of vibration and noise on the components it stores.

Abstract: A blanking panel is provided for use with equipment racks or enclosures that house electronic components, and is configured to facilitate installation of the panel with a pair of vertical mounting rails or flanges of a rack or enclosure without the use of tools or other hardware. The blanking panel is constructed of one or more materials and/or defines one or more configurations such that when the blanking panel is installed into a rack or enclosure, portions of a body of the blanking panel interface with a surface of an equipment component or another blanking panel installed above or below the blanking panel to thereby form an air seal there between, which helps to reduce or prevent hot exhaust air from mixing with cooling air within a rack or enclosure, and further helps to reduce or prevent cooling air from bypassing equipment components.
