Abstract: An electronic device case with internal hooks that allow an electronic device to hang from the hooks without increasing the thickness of the case. Multiple hooks or attachment members can be used in one case or one attachment member can be utilized. The hooks can be extended and twisted to be locked into a position that is perpendicular to the case, which allows the case to either hang from the hooks or stand upright with the hooks acting as a base. The hooks can also be rotated to be in line with the edge of the case and stored within the case when not in use.

Abstract: Carrying devices, such as shoulder bags, have a carrying body defining an interior storage compartment having an access opening thereto and a pair of shoulder straps. Each individual strap of the pair of shoulder straps has a first textile layer fixedly attached to a second textile layer with a magnet enclosed therebetween at a position proximate or at a central transverse plane. The polarity of the magnet in a first individual strap and the polarity of the magnet in a second individual strap are oriented with the same polarity facing a top surface thereof, thereby the first strap is magnetically attractable to the second strap with a bottom surface of the first strap in direct contact with a top surface of the second strap or with a bottom surface of the second strap in direct contact with a top surface of the first strap.

Abstract: The invention relates to the storage and transportation of liquid products, and specifically to a plastic bottle. The challenge which this invention is designed to address is to increase the performance characteristics of a bottle, i.e. to create a lightweight design of bottle which is easy to manufacture and enables said bottle to be securely attached to items of clothing etc. The challenge in question is addressed by the fact that the plastic bottle, comprising a hollow thin-walled body ending with a neck, and a holder which is designed in the form of an open groove, molded in the body, parallel to the central axis of the bottle and extending for more than half the height of the bottle, is characterized by the fact that the projections of the walls of the groove on the plane, which is perpendicular to the transverse axis of the groove, are in the form of zigzag-shaped lines. Furthermore, each zigzag-shaped line may consist of sections of straight lines and/or sections of curved lines.

Abstract: A method for producing a sterilized container comprises: providing a preform having a hanger arranged on a bottom of the preform, heating the preform in a heating device, feeding the heated preform into a stretching and blowing apparatus, stretching and blowing the preform in the stretching and blowing apparatus such that the container for the infusion solution is formed from the preform, cleaning the formed container in a rinsing apparatus, and drying the cleaned container in a drying device, filling the cleaned and dried container at least with an infusion solution, via a filling opening present in the container, in a filling plant, closing the container by attaching a closure cap to the filling opening of the container, sterilizing the closed container in an autoclave, wherein the hanger of the preform is oriented and folded over by a bending apparatus prior to stretching and blowing in the stretching and blowing apparatus.

Abstract: In a method, an article of unitary construction is blow molded and integrally provided with a clip for securement to another item. The clip has an arm initially blow molded into an open elevated configuration. The arm is pivotable into closed and open configurations. When closed, the arm is in selectively releasable and secure engagement with a catch on the article. The arm is biased towards the catch. When open, the arm is depressed relative to and biased towards the closed configuration. The open configuration is traversed to secure the article to the item. In the open elevated configuration, the arm is elevated relative to the closed configuration. The arm is preferably a carabiner-type arm. The article is preferably formed of a composition of matter including polyethylene and plastic additives to provide the arm with sufficient pre-built tension to stay in the aforesaid selectively releasable and secure engagement.

The suction base unit (10) is of low-profile and is adapted to be attached to a flat surface by a vacuum formed between a suction pad (14) in the suction base unit (10) and the flat surface. The food bowl (12) has a base (16) with a rim (18) adapted to rest on the flat surface to support the bowl (12) on the surface. The base (16) has a recess (20) adapted to receive the suction base unit (10) therein. Because the suction base unit (10) is of low profile it can be wholly contained within the base (16) of the bowl. A securing mechanism (22) is provided for releasably securing the suction base unit (10) within the base (16) of the food receptacle (12). In use, when the suction base unit (10) is attached to a flat surface and the receptacle (12) is secured thereto the rim (18) of the receptacle base (16) presses against the flat surface and supports the receptacle thereon.

The reagent container includes a reagent containment section capable of containing a volume of a reagent. The reagent containment section includes an upper wall and a base wall that are spaced apart along an axis. The base wall includes a well having a nadir that is aligned axially with an access opening in the upper wall so that a reagent probe entering the opening parallel to the axis will travel toward the nadir. In another aspect of the invention, the reagent container may include a two-dimensional data element containing reagent information. The staining apparatus may include one removable drawer for holding reagent containers and another removable drawer holding slides.

Abstract: A water stop structure is mounted to a water jar. A main body includes a depression bar device, a resiliency device, and a water stop member. The depression bar device includes a movable depression bar that is releasably connectable to a hanger formed on the main body. The resiliency device includes a rod that maintains the depression bar in position with a first resilient element. A second resilient element maintains the rod in position to have the water stop member blocking a water passage of the main body. When the depression bar is depressed to travel through a first stroke, the depression bar disengages from the hanger to form an opening therebetween for easy hanging and use of the water jar. When the depression bar travels through a second stroke, the rod drives the water stop member away from the water passage to allow a user to drink water.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for allowing a user to use the same mechanism to connect a container to another object and to open a normally-closed opening in the container. In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus comprises a closure body having an opening therein; a stopper that closes the opening; and a carabiner that comprises a spine that is fixed to said body and a gate that is operably connected to said stopper. In use, this embodiment of the invention is operated by moving the gate to a full open position, which causes the stopper to move away from the opening.

An arcuate member attached to the cap having a pair of extremity portions separated from one another and a springing member is connected to the arcuate member proximate to one of the extremity portions that is angularly pivotally moveable in response to a manually applied force, between a first position at which the springing member closes and completes a continuous periphery of the arcuate member and a second position at which the arcuate member periphery is open.

Abstract: A bottle which may be placed on a shelf or suspended from a fixture comprising an open-ended hollow body, first and second opposite axial ends, where the first axial end forms a bottom of the bottle and the second axial end forms a top of the bottle. The top of the bottle includes a tapered pouring neck. Suspension means is formed with the hollow body for suspending the wine bottle in a fixture. The suspension means is integrated with at least contralateral sidewalls of the hollow body and disposed superjacent to the bottom of the bottle but generally proximate to the bottom of the bottle. The suspension means may include a pair of recesses, a recessed annular ring or a protruding annular ring.

The first plate is connected to a second plate. The second plate may be attached to a hanging member for suspending the portable holder for beverage containers. The second plate may be attached to a strap for securing the second plate to a stationary object or a moving vehicle. The portable holder for beverage containers may be configured to fold into a smaller size for storage when not in use.

Abstract: A bottle cap for fitting on a mouth of a bottle to form a bird feeder is disclosed. The bottle cap comprises a first chamber with a opening for receiving the mouth of the bottle, wherein the bottle cap snaps onto the mouth of the bottle. A second chamber is provided with a closed bottom. A sealing ring is located between the first and second chambers so as to provide a seal between the bottle cap and the mouth of the bottle when the bottle cap is snapped onto the mouth of the bottle, wherein liquid is free to move between the first and second chambers. At least one feeding port is provided in a side wall of the second chamber.

Abstract: An improved nursing bottle is presented which possess a novel venting system that allows ambient air to enter the nursing bottle to equalize internal and external pressures and prevent nipple collapse. Preventing nursing bottle nipple collapse reduces the amount of sucking by infants required to extract milk from the bottle and eliminates air in the infant's stomach. Liquid is prevented from exiting the nursing bottle by means of capillary action. The invention can be utilized with any standard nursing bottle.

Abstract: The shape, functionality, and the application of this tool is what is new in its area. There is no tool like it that is made for hanging glassware from bottles with a neck (for the purpose that it serves) and that is why I invented it. There is no tool made specifically so that it can hang stemmed glassware from the neck of a bottle for transport, comfort or display. There is no tool made that is adjustable and can fit almost any sized bottle that exceeds the height of the glassware used. It is user friendly and the “Glass Caddy” solves many simple problems with its simplicity in design and function.

Abstract: A baby bottle holder for baby self-feeding comprises an adjustable hanging mechanism; and, a bottle holding mechanism, attached to the adjustable hanging mechanism, such that when hung, a bottle inserted into the bottle holding mechanism hangs at an appropriate angle for feeding a baby positioned under the baby bottle holder. This baby bottle holder is made of a flexible material, and adjusts easily to fit on a variety of car seat/carrier/stroller handles, or other support.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for displaying dispenser containers at point of sale locations. The device includes a drip tray or base for holding the product container and a back member that extends upwardly from the base. An adjustable loop is then looped around the product container, attached to the device and placed in tension to hold the product container firmly in the base and bias the product toward the back member. After placing the product container in the device, the device can then be used to display the product container for sampling or other purposes at a point of purchase location, including mounting the device to a store shelf.

Abstract: A surface mounted dispensing system includes a bracket having a circular flange and a central hub protruding therefrom with a hub including threads thereon. A bottle is providing having a flat back with a circular embossment for receiving the flange and the hub. The embossment includes a depth for enabling the flat back to flushly contact a surface supporting the flange. The embossment includes a grooved central recess for engaging a hub in order that rotation of the bottle in one direction causes the bottle to be secured to the bracket and rotation in an opposite direction causes release of the bottle from the bracket.

Abstract: A carrying device for attaching to a bottle around a bottle neck is disclosed. The carrying device has a ring segment that is received by the neck below the bottle cap and a hook segment attached to the ring segment. The ring segment is shaped as a substantially thin planar disc, and the hook segment is planar and thin. The hook segment and the ring segment extend in a common plane and are foldable along an axis line between the hook segment and the ring segment. The axis line is perpendicularly to a connection line between centers of the openings of the hook segment and the ring segment. The planar ring segment and hook segment can be folded toward each other and be secured around bottle neck by a cap. In use, the carrying device is unfolded and having the hook segment available for attachment.

Adjacent to the forefront of the right arm 7, a female piece 17 is sewn in a similar manner. A user of the holder rolls up the left arm 5 and the right arm 7 slightly so as to expose the male piece 15 and the female piece 17 therefrom, then the female piece 17 is inserted into the male piece 15 so that both pieces are in a locked-state. In this way, the PET bottle holder 1 is in a suspended state. Hence, during the unengaged state, both the male piece 15 and the female piece 17 are accommodated respectively in the left arm and the right arm.

Abstract: The present invention is a unique prescription label, printed on one side that allows a consumer to check and verify the accuracy of the prescribed medication as well as to provide additional information on the medication container by increasing the usable size and area of the prescription label with an informational tab extending radially from the container, the present invention also provides a means for easy application of the prescription label onto the container by scoring the facing on the first portion and second portion of the label and scoring the backing of the second portion of the label in order to create an even fold between the two portions.

Abstract: A container and support for supporting the container on a wall or other vertical structure. The support has a flexible disk housed within a rigid shell having central opening. A stem protrudes from the disk through the shell opening. A handle is movably coupled to a distal portion of the stem to move between a first and a second position. The movement from the first to the second position causes a force on the stem distorting the flexible disk causing a supporting vacuum between the disk and any contiguous wall. The handle includes an edge for engaging a cooperating portion of a container when the handle is in the second position. The container has a tubular body with a closed bottom and an open top through which any contents of the container can be dispensed. A closure secured to the open top controls the dispensing of the container contents. The tubular body of the container includes a pocket having at least one rim shaped to cooperate with the handle to hold the container.

Abstract: A container stopper adapted to seal the mouth of a container is disclosed to include a hollow elastic stopper body insertable into the mouth of a container, and a plug rod inserted into the axially extended center through hole of the stopper body and vertically moved between a first position, where the stopper body is radially expanded by the plug rod against the periphery of the mouth of the container to seal the mouth of the container, and a second position, where the plug rod released the pressure from the stopper body, for enabling the stopper body to be removed from the mouth of the container.

Abstract: A closure having an integrally formed hook member that is received in a hook shaped recess on the upper surface of the closure when the hook member is in its stowed position. Release of the hook member is accomplished by applying an upward force on a release tab of the hook member permitting the hook member to spring into its operative position through a living hinge connection with the main body of the closure. The subject matter finds particular usefulness with the bottling industry, however, there are many other applications where it is desirable to provide suspension of its related container when not in use. The design of the closure is such that it can readily be accommodated by bottling machinery presently used in the bottling industry without any major modifications required.

Abstract: An entertainment device which may be used as a promotional vehicle for the sale of beverage products includes a bottle having a sidewall and a vertical axis and a support member rotatably coupled to the bottle for enabling a rotation of the bottle about the axis. A series of closely related fixed images is disposed in a circular array on the sidewall for presenting a user with an apparently moving image during a rotation of the bottle about the axis.

Abstract: A carrying device for attaching to a bottle around a bottle neck is disclosed. The carrying device has a ring segment that is received by the neck below the bottle cap and a hook segment attached to the ring segment. Abstract: The bottle-connector connects a bottle to an individual, back-pack or clothing. The bottle is of the type having a neck in which an annular groove or ridge is formed. The connector has a resilient O-ring having an opening in which the neck is received. A collar is provided for adjusting the opening to an effective size such that the O-ring is snugly accommodated in the groove where the bottle has a groove or to an effective size smaller than the outer diameter of said ridge where the bottle has a ridge such that the O-ring is securely connected to the bottle. The connector also has a rigid ring connected to the O-ring and a strap or clip for connecting the rigid ring to the individual or to his back-pack or clothing.

Abstract: This invention discloses a storage vessel, namely a wine bottle having a liquid volumetric capacity of from about 750 milliliters to about 1,500 milliliters and including an integral pedestal base configured to fit typical glassware fixtures employed in restaurants and taverns. The stem and base portions of the pedestal may be solid or hollow. A hollow pedestal may be advantageous to capture sediments settling out of the wine when the bottle is in an upright position. Pigments may be included in the glass construction to minimize photochemical reactions with the wine contained within the bottle.

The end of the pull-up ring is free end and the other is the connecting end which connects to the bottle top. The free end forms a bigger and wider ring and the connecting end can be one or two. Moreover, at the connecting end, users can add one narrow space. When the pull-up ring is horizontal, users can install at both ends of the narrow space a protruding block and a withholding restrainer. When the pull-up ring becomes a perpendicular angle, it becomes easier for users to carry the container.

The Bottle-neck-strap (10) made out of ethylene-vinyl-acetate, which has a hand like foam rubber, is a preferred practical application of this invention. This invention can also be made in a two piece bottle-neck-strap, with the area around the bottle-neck-strap-hole (13) referred to as a bottle-neck-collar (15). A rope, cord or string can be attached to the hole (16) at each end of the bottle-neck-collar; this completes the utility-bottle-neck-strap design.
