Abstract: A table/tray is provided which is removably mountable into a standard beverage or cup holder of a seating armrest, and maintains the cup holder capacity of the armrest, while at the same time providing the additional concurrent functionality of a table or tray adjacent to the seating assembly. This table/tray is movable by rotation within the cup holder, or otherwise, to be shifted out of the way of the user's entry/egress motion with respect to the seat assembly. This tray/table is dimensioned and/or foldable so as to be stored under the seating assembly, or closely adjacent thereto in available space, and it can be used at multiple different locations within the vehicle or other structure of use, according to the availability of cup holder recesses to receive it.

Abstract: A cup lid includes a main body that closely receives a paper cup and a lid connected thereto by a connection section. The lid is arranged to close the paper cup and is attached to the main body. The main body includes a hollow annular body that is provided with a raised ring engagable with a coupling groove of the lid. The main body includes a support section extending from an inner circumference thereof to fix the paper cup therein. The main body is provided, on an outer circumference thereof, with handle sections for holding and lifting by a user and thermal insulation sections positionable on a cup body of the paper cup for thermal isolation and protection against burning when held by the user.

Abstract: A spill-preventing holder, for a disposable cup to which is temporarily attached a lid that has an orifice in its top surface, includes: (a) a container having an interior volume and an upper rim that provides access to this interior volume which is adapted to accommodate the cup and its attached lid so that the lid is located proximate to the container's upper rim, and (b) a locking ring adapted, when the cup with its attached lid is situated within the container's interior volume, to: (i) detachably attach to the container, (ii) contact and apply pressure to the lid so as temporarily secure it to the cup, and (iii) provide access to the region of the environment surrounding the lid's orifice so as to allow one's mouth to be placed on the orifice for drinking a beverage contained within the cup.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a Paint Can Holster that securely holds a standard one-gallon paint can at the waist of the user. The paint can may be placed into the holster from the horizontal direction allowing the user to easily holster and unholster paint cans while wearing the invention. The holster further features a paintbrush holder that positions the bristles of the brush directly over or into the paint can to avoid dripping paint. The paint can holster further features a swiveling mechanism that allows the user to ascend and descend a ladder and to make a wide range of motions without tilting the paint can over and spilling paint.

Abstract: A weighted cup holder with a weighted bag-like flexible base member that has a generally toroidal shape and a separate cup holder member. The base member and the cup holder member are configured to be removably coupled together into an assembly. When the assembly is placed on a surface, the cup holder member sits on the surface and the base member sits on part of the cup holder member and so acts to stabilize the cup holder member. A drink holder such as a bottle, glass or cup can be placed into and held in the cup holder member.

Abstract: A cup or glass is able to retain a flat planar object, such as a standard-sized credit card, in a slit located in the side of the cup or glass. Alternatively, two slits can be located in opposite sides of the upper rim of the cup or glass for permitting the two slits to jointly retain the credit card, or similar object, in the upper rim of the cup or glass. The cup or glass may have multiple slits for simultaneously retaining more than one credit card.

Abstract: A sleeve for securing a cryogenic vial includes a cylindrical body sized to receive a vial, the body including a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end. A plurality of deformable members are disposed near the first end of the body and are arranged to deform from a first configuration to a second configuration. Each deformable member is displaced outwardly relative to the longitudinal axis of the body in the second configuration.

Abstract: Mounting assembly used to secure an object in a desired location, and also allow for the quick and efficient relocation of the object to a new location is provided as a two-piece assembly comprising a clip and corresponding fastener. The fastener is coupled to an object (such as a gun holster), and the clip is provided at a desired location. The fastener and the clip can be releasably coupled together, providing a support for the object attached to the fastener. The mounting assembly can be decoupled by activating a pair of tabs configured on the fastener. The fastener and associated object (e.g., gun holster) can therefore be quickly and easily moved from a first location to a second location, such as from a belt attachment to a carrier or other device.

Abstract: A beverage container insulator is disclosed herein and can include a body defining a cylinder with an opening at a first end and a web closing a second end. An interior surface defined by the body can receive a beverage container. An exterior surface is defined by the body opposite to the interior surface. The beverage container insulator can also include a first pattern of indicia positioned on the exterior surface. The first pattern forms readable text oriented such that a bottom edge of the readable text positioned closer to the web than the opening. The beverage container insulator can also include a second pattern of indicia positioned on the interior surface. The second pattern forms readable text oriented such that a bottom edge of the readable text is positioned closer to the opening than the web.

Abstract: An improved insulated sleeve for prolonging the period during which a chilled beverage can is able to maintain a cool condition is disclosed. The sleeve is generally cylindrical and made from an insulating material and defines a side wall, a floor and an open end. The sleeve further defines a notch which extends at least horizontally through the floor. In another aspect, the invention discloses a method of using the insulated sleeve.

Said base portion comprises a bottom surface configured to receive and hold a bottom portion of said beverage. A first clip portion extends from the support component and engages a groove in the outer surface of first shaft and a second axially spaced clip portion extends from the support component and engages a groove in the outer surface of the second shaft, preventing prevent axial movement therebetween.

Abstract: Provided is a fastener, which has advantages over the prior art in that a retaining force is not dependent upon the biasing force of a spring, the fastener hardly comes out, and is less restricted in size than the prior art. The fastener has another important advantage over the prior art in that it forms no hole in plain cloth. A fitting portion (2) and a base portion (3) are assembled to have a clamping unit (1) opened. A stopper (4) is pushed together with the plain cloth into the inside of the clamping unit (1). Whereupon, if a caretaker uses their cradle arm to feed, they can unencumber their other arm for other purposes.

Abstract: An inverted bottle holder intended to hold two bottles with necks upside down inside a container is described. The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. Abstract: An insulated bottle container or “koozie” with a top or stopper that remains with or is attached to the container to prevent the top or stopper from being lost or misplaced. The top or stopper may be integrated with the koozie, such as at the end of a flap extending from the of the koozie, or may be removably attached by means of a strap, chain, string or cord that can be affixed or fastened to the koozie. The top or stopper has a friction fit with a plurality of flanges or ribs along the sides of the insertion element to resist accidental removal. The exterior element of the top may comprise a ridged or patterned element to assist with removing and inserting the top.

Abstract: A strap receivable water kettle cap includes a cap coupleable to a water kettle. The cap has a side wall forming an elongate slot and a bottom to which a rotary ring is mounted. The rotary ring has an upper portion forming a diameter reduced vertical wall. The vertical wall and the side wall of the cap form therebetween a receiving space for receiving strap in a winding fashion. The vertical wall forms an extension and retention section, and the strap extends through and is retained by the extension and retention section. The strap further extends through the slot of the side wall of the cap to have end extension sections of the strap projecting outside the cap. The tips of the end extension sections of the strap are processed to form a closed terminal. The strap can be selectively retracted back into the receiving space inside the cap.

Abstract: The present invention is directed generally to an apparatus to insulate beverage containers, and more particularly to a design which may sustain a temperature gradient from the ambient over a designed time frame. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the insulated beverage container when housing a cooled liquid beverage initially in the range of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and ambient temperature no more than 80 degrees, the temperature of the liquid beverage will not rise more than 10 degrees for a period of 45 minutes with the insulating cap sealing the beverage container. Similarly, the same insulated beverage container when housing a heated beverage initially in the range of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and ambient temperature no less than 20 degrees, the temperature of the liquid beverage may not cool more than 10 degrees for a period of 45 minutes with the insulating cap sealing the beverage container.

The handle member is mounted on the bottle body such that four side portions of the mounting hole are brought into pressure contact with a pair of lateral pressure-contacting portions and a pair of axial pressure-contacting portions on the outer peripheral edge of the polygonal cross-sectional shape by inserting the mounting projecting portion into the mounting hole, and then relatively rotating the bottle body and the handle member. Accordingly, a bottle container with a handle having simple structure and capable of firmly fixing the bottle body and the handle member to each other can be provided.

The bottle holder comprises a single piece of cardboard shaped to form a generally rectangular body part having: a first slot in a first side adjacent a first end, to define a tab extending along part of the first end; and a second slot in a second side opposite the first side, adjacent a second end opposite the first end, to define a tab extending along part of the second end in the opposite direction to the first tab. Abstract: An inverted bottle holder intended to hold two bottles with necks upside down inside a container is described. The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. The deck includes two apertures each sized to accept the neck of one of the bottles, such that each bottle is held upside down in the container when inserted into the aperture. In addition the bottle holder may include an integral bottle opener in either the single bottle or double bottle designs.

The reagent container includes a reagent containment section capable of containing a volume of a reagent. Abstract: The bottle holder is formed of a synthetic fiber rope, allowing various portions of the rope to be fused together by heat or solvent. The ends of the rope are melted and pressed together to form a relatively large endless loop. The facing portions of this loop are then partially melted and pressed together to form a single fused handgrip portion having loops extending from opposite ends thereof. One loop is preferably larger than the other, the larger loop being adapted to fit around the base of a beverage bottle and the smaller loop being adapted to fit about the bottleneck. The fused central or handgrip portion of this structure is then helically wound with a smaller diameter cord to form a handgrip, the ends of the cord being captured by the juncture of one of the rope loops and by a bight in the cord.

A program system directing at least one computer implementing these operations, and may reside in computer readable memory, an installation package and/or a download server. The computer readable memory may or may not be accessibly coupled to the computer.

Abstract: The present invention is a sports bottle ball, which is a baby bottle holder with the shape and the appearance of a sports ball. In the preferred embodiment, the material composition of the invention is an infant-safe, soft-foamed, non-liquid absorbing, non-toxic, closed-cell synthetic material suitable for infants to touch and hold. The invention has a cavity and a removable sleeve. The removable sleeve is positioned within the cavity. Both the removable sleeve and the cavity allow the invention to accommodate common baby bottle sizes. Specifically, the removable sleeve is to accommodate a smaller diameter whereas the cavity is to accommodate a larger diameter. Furthermore, the outer layer of the foam sports ball comprises a plurality of small protrusions which provide friction to the surface of the foam sports ball. The friction upon the surface of the foam sports ball helps the newborn to grip the invention with more ease.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided, which may include a beverage bottle having a spout having an opening, and a body portion having a cavity in which liquid can be stored. Liquid can be pored through the opening in the spout and thereby into the body portion. The spout and the body portion may be integrated together, formed from the same mold, and formed from the same material, such as the same kind of plastic. The spout may be angled with respect to the body portion, such as about a forty-five degree angle with respect to the body portion. The apparatus may further include means for holding the beverage bottle so that the body portion is tilted with respect to a track. The means for holding the beverage bottle, may hold the beverage bottle so that an end of the spout is parallel to the track.
