The apparatus includes a storage cover having a right side, a left side, a front side, and a rear side, a first latch on the left side of the storage cover, a second latch on the front side of the storage cover, a third latch on the right side of the storage cover, a fourth latch on the rear side of the storage cover, a first switch on the left side of the storage cover operative to disengage the first latch, second latch and fourth latch in response to an activation of the first switch by a user, and a second switch on the right side of the storage cover operative to disengage the second latch, the third latch and the fourth latch in response to an activation of the second switch by the user.

Abstract: A cooler for maintaining food, beverage containers and/or consumable liquids in a thermally managed state. The cooler generally includes a housing having one or more cavities, a cover to selectively close or open the cavities and a plurality of tie down notches within the exterior portion of the housing to receive an elongated fastener for tying down the cooler. The cooler may include a first cavity that receives a food container and a second cavity that receives beverage containers. The first cavity may also store a liquid, such as water, that is dispensed from a spigot connected to the housing. A first cover and a second cover selectively close and open the cavities. The first cover includes a first access opening that removably receives the food container so the first cover doesn't have to be opened to retrieve the food container and its contents.

A plurality of securement structures is disposed along the interior of the lid and base for storing and restricting movement of tools and components. Elongated tools may be stored within brackets disposed along the lid interior. Small items are separately retained within secure storage compartments disposed along an end of the base interior. A compartment lid is hingedly secured to the storage compartments such that items are prevented from departing. A restraining tray defining an upstanding wall perimeter and an open interior is mountable to a vehicle cargo rack to facilitate transportation of the toolbox.

The first pivoting member includes a first disposal surface. A second pivoting member functionally associated with the receptacle includes a second disposal surface. The second pivoting member is operatively coupled to the first pivoting member such that waste deposited on either the first disposal surface or the second disposal surface causes concurrent counter rotation of both the first pivoting member and the second pivoting member to dispose of the waste into the receptacle.

The cylinder assembly includes a cap main body provided with a main discharge cylinder, a discharge cylinder body provided with an auxiliary discharge cylinder that is smaller in diameter than the main discharge cylinder, and a lid body for opening or closing the auxiliary discharge cylinder. Hinge-connections are provided between the cap main body and the discharge cylinder body, and between the discharge cylinder body and the lid body, for allowing a selective opening of the main discharge cylinder and the auxiliary discharge cylinder, thereby readily changing the discharge amount or discharge mode of the content liquid.

Abstract: A fluid dispensing vessel is described which includes a fluid storage container having a neck portion and which defines an internal cavity. A first portion of a cap releasably engages the neck portion; a second portion of the cap telescopingly receives at least a part of the first portion of the cap; a rotatable drinking spout is rotatably supported on the second portion of the cap; and a third portion of the cap is pivotally moveable relative to the second portion of the cap and is further releasably attached to the rotatable drinking spout. The third portion of the cap causes the rotatable drinking spout to move along a path of travel and then forcibly detaches from the rotatable drinking spout when the drinking spout reaches the terminal end of its travel.

Abstract: The present invention is a tamper evident closure for containers. The tamper evident closure is a perforated strip that is releasably attached to lids on the base. When the lid of the closure is opened, the strip is torn from the lids, thereby indicating that the item has been tampered with. The invention is manufactured to be employed on commonly available containers for food and personal care items.

Abstract: Described is a multi-stage opening and dispensing closure including a base portion configured to couple the closure to a container and including a first opening having a first diameter, an intermediate portion hingedly coupled to the base portion and including a second opening having a second diameter, and a cap portion configured to couple to the intermediate portion. Abstract: A safe device for a squeezable container includes a protective cover, a body, and a bottom cap. The protective cover includes an idle cap, an inner cap, and a mouthpiece. The idle cap is rotatably mounted around the inner cap. The body includes a compartment for receiving a squeezable container. A plurality of non-return blocks are formed on an outer periphery defining an upper opening of the body and meshable with non-return blocks on the mouthpiece to prevent the mouthpiece from disengaging from the container. The bottom cap is engaged in and seals a lower opening of the body. A rotational force applied to the idle cap can only be transmitted to the inner cap when a force greater than a predetermined magnitude is applied to move the idle cap downward to tightly engage with the outer periphery of the inner cap.

Abstract: A container assembly is provided that includes a base container that has an upper opening and an upper container mounted in covering relation over the upper opening of the base container. Abstract: A child-resistant closure includes a base, and a lid integrally molded and coupled to the base by a hinge. The lid has a latch arm resiliently extending from a periphery opposite the hinge and having oppositely extending tabs adjacent to a free end of the latch arm. The base has an external recess for receiving the latch arm and spaced ledges in the recess for engagement by the tabs to lock the lid in a closed position. The latch arm is engageable by a user to pivot the latch arm radially inwardly within the passage and release the tabs from the ledges so the lid can be pivoted toward an open position. The tabs and the ledges are recessed radially inwardly from the outer surface of the latch arm in the closed position of the lid with the tabs engaged beneath the ledges.

The process includes filling the bottle with fizzy water, hermetically closing the bottle with a capsule containing substances to be added to the fizzy water, and introducing the substances into the fizzy water before consuming the drink.

Abstract: A cosmetic case having a first cover for a main body and a second cover for a refill container which is inserted in a container of the main body is provided. The second cover has an air vent structure for preventing a volatile agent, which is contained in an oily and solid foundation, from volatilizing. The air vent structure of the second cover blocks the discharge of the air inside the refill container so as to prevent materials of the beauty product from ventilating when the first cover for the main body is closed after closing the second cover for the refill container. Sealing by the second cover is maintained as well as easier operation of closing because ventilation is performed by a valve provided in the second cover.

In another form of the system, two lids (61 and 62/61A and 62A/61B and 62B/61D and 62D) are molded with the body (32, 32A, 32B, 32C, 32D) as a unitary structure, and the lids are closable over two openings (51, 52/51A, 52A/51B, 52B/51C,52C/51D,52D).

Abstract: A wiping cap closure device used for removing the non-calibrated residue fluid attached to the outside surface of a pipette tip during the fluid transfer from a container. The wiping cap is constructed using a conical shaped resilient wiper section extending to a conical tip. The conical shaped wiper section is configured to include at least one helical formed slot extending from said conical tip forming at least one wiping finger. The wiping finger is resiliently held against the outside surface of the pipette tip inserted therethrough during the fluid transfer. The wiping finger provides squeegee like means to remove all of the non-calibrated residue fluid inadvertently attached to the outside surface of the tip as the pipette tip is withdrawn from the container leaving the non-calibrated residue fluid within the container for further evaluations or tests.

Abstract: A receptacle for extinguishing and storing spent smoking items, namely cigarette or cigar butts, comprising a container and a cap connected to the container for receiving and storing the butts. The cap contains a porous snuffing tube formed within and through the cap and an odor absorbent material contained within the cap. The odor absorbent material absorbs the smoke and odors emitted from the butt when it is being extinguished within the snuffing tube. Once the spent smoking item is extinguished within the tube it is then released into the container.

Abstract: A double walled container is provided by an inner container that is fitted within an outer container. End flaps are provided on the outer container for engaging the inner container and closing the gap between the inner container and the outer container. The method involves lifting the inner container out of the outer container, removing the grease from the inner container, and inserting the outer container back into the inner container.

The closure seals onto the container with a push-on motion and includes a resealable flip-up hinged lid. The container is originally sealed, after being filled, with a seal membrane applied to the container mouth. The closure is configured to permit the seal membrane to be conveniently removed from the container mouth while the closure remains assembled on the container.

Abstract: An ambidextrous lid assembly that allows a lid to be opened from either side of a compartment is disclosed. The lid assembly includes at least a first frame member adapted to be pivotally attached proximate the compartment opening. The first frame member has an opening that allows access therethrough to at least a portion of the interior of the compartment when the first frame member is closed against the perimeter of the compartment opening. The lid assembly includes a second frame member that is pivotally attached to the first frame member and either by itself or in cooperation with a lid cover provides a closure for the opening in the first frame member. The first frame member carries a latch for securing it about the opening, and the second frame member carries a latch for securing it to the first frame member.

The outer surface of the neck finish defines a groove configured to discretely separate the openings such that the groove prevents liquid dispensed from one opening from entering another opening. A closure system for the bottle comprises a plug for and configured to be separably engageable with each respective opening.

Abstract: A carbonated canned beverage sealing device including a cover member having a circular member for positioning over an upper end of a beverage can. The cover member has an O-ring positionable inside the can rolled lip to effect a seal therewith. The circular ring has radial apertures each having rivets slidably disposed therein to abut the can below the rolled lip. A cap portion has a periphery for positioning over the cover member. Radially disposed tab housings extend outwardly and downwardly from the cap periphery in a spaced relationship corresponding with the rivets. Each tab housing has a hollow opening for receiving a rivet whereby the openings are positioned over the rivets. The cap portion-is rotated so that the rivets are pushed inwardly against the can below the can rolled lip to hold and effect a seal between the O-ring and the upper end of the carbonated beverage can.

Abstract: A tamper-evident structure for use in a resealable dispensing closure system includes a lid and a flexible, frangible tamper-evident member extending from the lid to a drop ring. The drop ring is adapted to engage a bottom end of a closure body in the closure system. Preferably, the lid, frangible tamper-evident member, and drop ring are provided as a unitary, integrally molded structure. In a preferred embodiment, the closure body can also be molded as a unitary part of the structure. The lid, frangible tamper-evident member and drop ring are assembled on the closure body by first installing the lid in a closed position on the closure body. The drop ring is then pivoted downward relative to the lid, thereby causing the frangible tamper-evident member to become disposed adjacent the closure body skirt. The drop ring is located at the bottom of the closure body. The system can then be installed on a container so that the drop ring locks under a bead or lip on the container.
