    Abstract: The present invention is a refuse container handle-liner dispenser unit that functions to allow the storage of replacement liners at the refuse receptacle on its upper portion, to allow for the easy replacement of liners. The combination handle-dispenser unit may be integral with the refuse receptacle or attachable to the receptacle as an add-on unit. The add-on version of the invention contains clipping mechanisms that enable the secure attachment of the unit to the refuse container, allowing the use of the handle portion to securely lift the container. The handle-dispenser contains a retainer portion to retain a set of replacement liners. The retainer portion may optionally also have a cap-like cover to prevent soiling of the replacement liners, the cap unit being either separate or attached thereto.

    Abstract: A replacement liner dispenser add-on unit for use in storing replacement liners for lining a refuse container used to store trash, recyclables and the like, is described that can be fitted to the rim of the container. The add-on unit may be made to fit containers already in use, or specially formed to fit new containers. The add-on unit forms a bezel to fit to the rim of a refuse container and comprises retaining means by which replacement liners may be stored and dispensed proximate their point of use. Many alternative embodiments of the retaining means are possible, including an upwardly opening cavity in which replacement liners may be stored, a notch into which a separate storage tray may be fitted and held in place with a slot and tab mechanism, a shelf housing into which a tray for retaining liners may be fitted, a bracket mechanism to releasably retain a roll of liners, or other similar formations. In yet other embodiments of the invention, a cover is included.

    Abstract: A waste receptacle with a open upper end, a closed lower end, sidewalls there between and a lid to enclose open upper end. A lower portion on a sidewall has an inwardly formed recess dimensioned to receive the toe and end portion of a human foot to hold receptacle when full liners are removed. As well as the same recess is also dimensioned to receive swept debris into a vacuum tube through an open recess within the inwardly formed recess of the lower sidewall. The vacuum tube is secured to inner sidewall of receptacle and is received into a removable debris storage container that is also removable received by a vacuum housing secured with in receptacle. Handles of receptacle bend open to receive and neatly secure bulky excess top portion of liner to receptacle. Handles of receptacle also collate with an outward extending ledge of receptacle lid to lock seal the receptacle. The receptacle lid has within its outwardly extending formed handle a sealed internal trash tie storage compartment.
