Abstract: When the removable horizontal wall is disposed within said receptacle, the horizontal wall provides a volume between the wall and the bottom of the receptacle to receive and store a supply of receptacle liners. The height is preferably such that many commercially available trash receptacle liners can be easily contained within the volume. The horizontal wall also provides a seal between itself and the vertical wall of the receptacle. Additionally, the horizontal wall should provide a durable bottom surface for holding trash.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus may permit the storage of flexible sheet materials in a space-efficient manner and may provide a continuous point-of-use dispensing capability of such sheet materials at such stored location. Serially joined sheet materials may be separated from one another at sheet materials separation zones utilizing interference tabs having yieldable configurations, intra-planar configurations, trans-axial configurations, movement resistive configurations, and projective configurations. Such interference tab configurations may permit the simplified design and construction of a sheet materials dispensation apparatus, and multiple flexible sheet materials may be serially joined for use with such configurations. A substantially rigid enclosure for storing such serially joined sheet materials and incorporating an interference tab having one or more of such configurations may be dimensioned to dispense sheet materials from within an open-ended receptacle, for example a refuse container.

Abstract: The present invention is a bag (1) composed of multiple removable bags (10) (9) (8) (7) (6) (5), forming a set (1) with bags disposed in layers (5). It is designed to be used especially in places that accumulate and/or collect grit/dirt, both in hydraulic plants and in isolated places, such as trash cans and temporary toilets. It is also appropriate for places where products are separated manually. It resolves the difficulties of the first steps of placement of bags end reduces the time spent on carrying out maintenance, bringing benefits both due to its lower cost and the less time of exposure to an uncomfortable body position for its users. The set (1) is set in place, and the innermost bag (10) of the set is removed after being used, taking with it its contents; after that, the place is immediately ready for use. Abstract: A waste disposal device includes a mechanism for scoring flexible tubing dispensed from a cartridge. The waste disposal device comprises a container housing a length of flexible tubing foldingly stacked therein and configured to permit dispensing of the flexible tubing to a predetermined length. The flexible tubing is scored periodically at predetermined intervals for ease of tearing during disposal of waste packages placed in the flexible tubing.

Abstract: A cassette (3) for dispensing bags from an elongated tubing (32) comprising an annular receptacle (38) accommodating a length of tubing (32) in an accumulated condition. An annular opening at an upper end of the annular receptacle (38) is for dispensing the tubing (32). The annular receptacle (38) defines a central opening (34) through which a knotted end (40) of the tubing (32) passes to form a bag supported by the annular receptacle (38) with disposable objects passing through the circular central opening (34) to be received in the bag, and a clearance (41) only at a bottom of the central opening (34).

Abstract: A refill film for a waste disposal apparatus includes: a film annular body that is formed by a long tubular film folded so as to be compressed in an extending direction thereof; and a wrapping sheet that is made of a material capable of being cut, and wraps the film annular body while keeping a central hole of the film annular body open, and maintains the compressed state. Such a refill film is directly placed in a waste inlet of the waste disposal apparatus.

Abstract: A bag dispensing apparatus is described that comprises a container that includes a box and a series of bags. The box includes a plurality of walls that define an approximately rectangular enclosure. One of the walls defines a restricted opening. The box includes opposing walls and two of said opposing walls include connectors. A core is attached to the connectors of the container. The connectors provide for the rotational movement of the core relative to the box. The core comprises a number hingedly connected plates that are biased to a first position. The series of bags are connected in sequence and sequentially removable through the opening in the box. The core receives and connects to the terminal end portion of a last bag of the series of bags. A line of weakness is constructed between each pair of adjacent bags to permit ease of separation between adjacent bags.

Abstract: A portable trash collector allows trash produced during walking or driving to be collected and processed. The trash collector comprises a body having first straps installed on inner sides thereof, and an opening formed at a top. A support is disposed in the inside of the body and is made of a soft material. A pair of detachable parts, each including a fixing portion fixed at a lower end of the support, and second straps coupled to the first straps. A roll of vinyl bags are supplied downward through the inside of the support, into which the trash is input though the opening. A pair of shield wings are arranged to be inserted into the insides of the roll of vinyl bags, to thereby orderly arrange the roll of vinyl bags.

Abstract: A trash dispenser includes a trash receptacle and a bag container of trash bags disposed at the bottom of the receptacle. A user can reach down through the receptacle and pull an uppermost bag from the container and fold it over a top rim of the receptacle to form a liner for the receptacle. The bag container may be slid into the bottom of the receptacle through a side opening in the receptacle side wall. Alternatively, the bag container can be removably attached to the receptacle beneath a lower end thereof.

Abstract: A trash can system and component elements are described. Folded or interfolded trash bags are provided in a container beneath a flexible insert. The flexible insert provides separation between a trash bag in an operative position within the trash can, and provides support to the container against the pulling operation performed by a user to pull a full trash bag out of the container and dispense a new, refill trash bag from the container. According to another exemplary embodiment, folded or interfolded trash bags are provided in a tray which slidably connect to a lid associated with a box disposed in the trash can.

Abstract: A waste container and method of deploying liners in the waste container generally comprising one or more container side walls; a container partition structure having a liner passing port and dividing the container into a container waste chamber and a container liner chamber; a sequential plurality of liners provided within the liner chamber in such a way that each liner is linked to the next so that when the first liner in the sequence is pulled through the liner passing port, the next sequential liner is ready to be pulled into the waste container for use; and a motion-activated spray canister that discharges an antiseptic or fragrant mist or spray into the waste container each time a new liner is deployed.

Abstract: A food and beverage container is disclosed that includes a compartment attached to its base that is filled with disposable liners. In various embodiments the container is a storage bin, glass, mug, baby bottle, or bowl. Liners can be configured in a continuous roll with perforations, or folded in an interleaved stack. Liners are pulled into the container through an opening in the container base, and can be held in place by a retaining ring pressed over the container rim. Removing a used liner causes a fresh liner to be pulled into the container from the compartment. A lid can be included, possibly with a drinking or pouring spout through which the end of a disposable liner can be extended, and to which a retaining ring and/or a spout cover can be fitted for transportation, shaking, etc, thereby preventing added ingredients such as powders from adhering to the container.

Abstract: A multi-compartment liner bag is disposed within a receptacle and includes a first compartment having a height that is greater than that of the receptacle and a volume that is at least about equal to that of the receptacle. A second bag compartment is attached to and folds to the side of the first compartment when placed in the receptacle and has an entry folded over the receptacle top to form at least a visual seal to the compartment contents. Indicia means, which may be either visual or tactile, are provided along the second compartment entry to allow easy location of the compartment entry.

Abstract: A container holds plastic bags which are sequentially linked together and deployed one at a time. When the last bag is deployed, the container which the bags are stored follows the last bag out of the receptacle. The container can then be disposed of, recycled, or refilled.

Abstract: A protective liner includes a body formed from disposable and porous material and has planar top and bottom surfaces respectively. Such a body is removably positioned within an existing refrigerator drawer such that the body covers an entire bottom surface of the existing refrigerator drawer. The body has an outer layer provided with a uniform thickness extending along the top and bottom surfaces respectively. Such an outer layer is formed from paper material and the core member is formed from cotton. The body further has a unitary core member intercalated between the outer layer and is statically nested therebetween. Such a core member is formed from water-absorbent material for soaking up and trapping moisture from the foodstuff.

Abstract: The bag dispenser includes a container enclosing a roll of end to end connected plastic trash bags. Spindle elements are fixed to the end flaps of the container and extend in opposite directions towards the interior of the container. The spindle elements are adapted to be received within openings in the ends of the roll to support the roll for free rotation within the container. A retainer is provided to removably secure the container to the floor of the trash receptacle. The retainer defines a recess adapted to receive the container. Gripping members are provided for retaining the container within the retainer recess. The retainer is removably attached to the floor of the receptacle.

Abstract: The present inventors identified that conventional packaging of trashcan liners makes it difficult for consumers to know when their supply of trashcan liners is about to run out. Accordingly, they devised, among other things, a sequence of plastic trashcan liners within a container that includes one or more indicators that the sequence of liners is approaching its end. In some embodiments, the indicators are associated with promotional devices, such as coupons or other forms of advertising content, thereby allowing advertisers or sponsors to temporally couple an actual need of the consumer to shop at local retailer with a geographically or functionally related product promotion.

Abstract: A container system having a bulkhead liner and method of using the bulkhead liner includes a pliable body with an exterior surface and an interior surface forming a cavity therein. At least one loading aperture is formed through the exterior and interior surfaces for loading a product in the cavity. When filled with the product, the pliable body substantially assumes a shape complementary to the shipping container shape. In one aspect of the invention, a lattice having a plurality of straps is affixed to the exterior surface to resist an expansion force exerted by the product from within the cavity. At least one load-bearing band is situated within the cavity of the pliable body shrouded by a sheath to protect the product from contamination by external elements to which the load-bearing band may be exposed. The load-bearing band is freely movable within the sheath to prevent damage to the pliable body when the product fills the cavity and imparts an expansion force against the pliable body.

Abstract: A container cartridge for a beverage dispenser includes a bottom wall, a side wall and a top wall having a spout. The bottom wall, the side wall and the top wall, including the spout, are integrally formed of a polyethylene. The side wall is sufficiently thin so as to be foldable. Thus, after use, i.e. when the container cartridge has become empty, the container cartridge can be collapsed by folding the side wall. The thus collapsed container cartridge can be efficiently transported.

Abstract: A waste management system comprising a trash receptacle, a pouch fixed to a surface of the trash receptacle and including a clasp means, and a cartridge with an arrangement of retainer slots. The retainer slots are positioned to correspond with the clasp means when the cartridge is inserted into the pouch so that the retainer slots are penetrated by the clasp means. The cartridge contains a plurality of liners hung from a support member within said cartridge, the hung liners positioned for distribution through a combination longitudinal notch and transverse slit provided in the cartridge.

Abstract: A trash containment system is disclosed comprising a secondary containment liner having an absorbent section in the bottom. The secondary containment liner is generally placed within a trash bag container, and receives a single-use trash bag that may differ from the secondary containment liner in one or more aspects. The secondary containment liner can reduce liquid leakage and reduce malodors released from the trash.

Abstract: In order to make it easier to use a garbage can, a self-bagging mechanism is placed in the bottom of the garbage can with an opening provided for a plurality of bags to be placed within a housing. The empty bags will be taken from the housing and will provide garbage bags to the trash cans at all times. The bag holder is designed to be refillable.

Abstract: A pet dish apparatus that includes a spring loaded base unit, on top of which sits a permanent feeding and watering bowl. Multiple disposable bowls are nested in the permanent bowl, which keeps them aligned both vertically and horizontally. A hinged ring like lid that rims the apparatus and clamps down over the disposable bowls and outer top of apparatus to keep bowls in place, keeping them from popping up and keeping them free from food and debris that could be caught in between the disposable bowls and the inner lining of the apparatus. The spring loaded base will allow disposable inserts to rise to top of apparatus as each discarded bowl is removed. The permanent bowl can also be used for feeding when disposable bowls are unavailable. The solid construction of the base, weight of the apparatus and permanent bowl, and rubberized disc at bottom of bowl, will keep the pet dish apparatus stable to the floor.

Abstract: A trashcan/liner dispensing system that is an integral part of the trashcan. The invention involves a pouch located on the upper, exterior portion of one of the sidewalls of the trashcan that contains a disposable cartridge filled with plastic liners. The sides of the pouch containment area are lined with retention devices thereby minimizing the movement of the contained liners during use. By locating the dispenser on the outside upper portion of the trashcan, the size of the trashcan is only slightly increased and the cartridge of plastic trashcan liners is not susceptible to soiling by trash that may leak from the liner that contains trash inside of the trashcan.

Abstract: A waste container having a rigid or semi-rigid side wall is fitted with means to retain a trash bag therein which prevents said trash bag from sliding down into the receptacle during use. Said receptacle also has perforations in said side walls to allow the escape of trapped air from between said side wall and said trash bag. Said receptacle is also equipped with means which forms a reservoir for unused bags at the bottom of said receptacle, said reservoir means having an opening therein which allows the withdrawal of an unused trash bag without the necessity of removing said reservoir from said receptacle.

Abstract: A combination dispenser and waste receptacle is provided having a dispenser including a storage cavity with a waste receptacle coupled to the dispenser. A passage extends through the dispenser and is in communication with the passage so that waste may be inserted into the waste receptacle through the passage without removing the dispenser from the waste receptacle. The dispenser may be formed of an outer shell and a bottom wall removably attached to the outer shell. Tissue or similar material may be stored in the storage cavity, and used tissue and other waste material may be disposed into the waste receptacle through the passage.

Abstract: A trash bag dispenser, for receiving a trash bag continuously joined to and separable from another trash bag, for receiving a trash receptacle and for dispensing the trash bag from the trash receptacle is provided. The trash bag dispenser comprising a housing for containing the trash bag and a cover having a slot therein for guiding the trash bag therethrough. The cover is movably connected to the housing and integral therewith for allowing the cover to capture the trash bag and to allow the trash bag to freely move when urged through the slot. Abstract: An improved material packaging system includes a plurality of nested liners removably attached to each other to form a unitary liner structure and a receptacle having a circumferential attachment lip for detachably securing said unitary liner structure to said receptacle. The unitary liner structure has an elastic attachment device for detachably securing the unitary liner structure to the receptacle attachment device by expanding the elastic attachment device circumferentially, fitting the elastic attachment device over the attachment lip and into a position below the attachment lip, and releasing the elastic attachment device to permit the elastic attachment device to compressibly mate with the receptacle below the attachment lip. Each of the liners has a pull grip for gripping the liner to remove the liner from the unitary liner structure and perforations disposed between the pull grip and the elastic attachment device for tearing the liner when a tearing force is applied thereto.

The inner container surface essentially defines a superior matter-receiving volume and the outer container surface is cooperatively associated with a container-engaging surface. The liner-dispensing assembly comprises first and second laterally spaced rod-retaining members, first and second anchor structures, and a liner-retaining rod. The liner roll essentially comprises a continuously-furled liner length and a rod-receiving center. The rod-receiving center receives the liner-retaining rod and the container rim supports a roll beginning end of the first trash-receiving liner.

The collar is attached to the base. The dowel is pivotally attached to the collar. The spindle has a distal and proximate ends, in which the proximate end of the spindle is attached to the dowel. The catch is attached to the base, wherein the catch is capable of contacting the distal end of the spindle. The bucket is attached to the hinge, in which the bucket has a top rim and a bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate has an elongated slot cut through the bottom plate of the bucket. The ridge is attached to the bucket, wherein the ridge is capable of being clamped onto with the spring loaded latch.

Abstract: A bag assembly with a connection means for temporarily binding nesting bags to each other and preferably for later additionally acting as a closure means for those same bags. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the assembly is configured such that an adhesive is revealed when a nested bag is removed from the assembly. The flange has an inner portion that extends downwardly to engage the upper part of the inner wall of the annular body and an outwardly projecting portion that extends over the housing. The outwardly projecting portion has an annular funnel area to assist in the sliding of the pleated tubing when pulled through the central core of the annular body.

Abstract: In accordance with the present invention, an easily portable trash receptacle liner storage unit is provided to fit into a commercially available trash receptacle. The liner storage unit has a provision for storing unused trash receptacle liners.

Abstract: A garbage receptacle with incorporated liner compartment including a container having an open upper end, a closed lower end, and a surrounding side wall therebetween. The container includes an intermediate lateral wall disposed upwardly of the closed lower end whereby a storage compartment is formed between the intermediate sliding shelf and the closed lower end. The surrounding side wall has an opening therein exposing the storage compartment. The opening has a removable access panel disposed therein. The storage compartment is dimensioned for holding a box of garbage liners therein. The intermediate sliding shelf has a central aperture therethrough, whereby a single liner is fed through the aperture to be extended up over the open upper end of the container.

Abstract: A garbage bag system for facilitating efficient changing of garbage bags within a garbage container. The garbage bag system includes a plurality of nested bags positionable within a container and attachable to a securing member. The nested bags have at least one aperture, a perforation extending from the aperture, and a slit extending from the perforation to an edge of the nested bags thereby forming a tab portion. The aperture is formed for being positioned upon the securing member thereby preventing the nested bags from falling into the container. The aperture is preferably formed utilizing a hot pinning technique. To remove the inner most bag within the nested bags, the user grasps the tab portion and pulls upwardly thereby tearing the perforation which allows the bag to be removed from the securing member and disposed of.
