Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a toner container, a storage part, a cover and an opening/closing mechanism. The toner container includes a shutter. The cover is movable between a closed position for closing the storage part and an opened position for opening the storage part. The opening/closing mechanism closes a supply port by rotating the shutter in accordance with an opening operation for moving the cover to the opened position and opens the supply port by rotating the shutter in accordance with a closing operation for moving the cover to the closed position, in a state where the toner container is attached to the storage part. The toner container includes an interference portion which interferes with the opening/closing mechanism to prevent the toner container from being attached to the storage part in a case where the cover is not moved to the opened position normally.

This front portion has a removable panel that is attached by four fasteners which can be customized with graphics and/or wording and which can be viewed whether the front portion is open or closed. The rear portion also has a partial rear side with four holes in it that are utilized for four fasteners to be used to mount the invention to a vertical surface. When closed, this dispenser provides full enclosure of the toilet paper roll which is supported by an internal spindle.

A pressure force and a temperature are applied to the first joint surface and the second joint surface such that the first joint surface of the first casing transitions into the second joint surface of the second casing in a visually seamless manner, followed by a removal of material.

A plurality of apertures in offset elevated positions above an upper surface of the lid are provided, with each communicating with a respective one of the plurality of cavities. The elevated and offset apertures provide a respective relief area to accommodate a projecting nose of a user during an engagement of the user's mouth with a respective aperture while tipping the container.

A tab pivotally is mounted to the lid, wherein lifting the tab about a pivot in a lifting direction fractures the pour score and opens the pour panel. A secondary tab is carried by the tab, and is released into contact with the vent panel by lifting the tab to fracture the pour score, wherein pressing the tab in a direction generally opposite the lifting direction causes the secondary tab to fracture the vent score and open the vent panel. At least one anti-rotation member is disposed between the tab and the lid to prevent the tab from rotating about the rivet.

A bottom cover is connected to an opening edge on the bottom of a transparent container so as to form a closed container that is filled with a fluid. The bottom cover is disposed with a hole and a sheet with elasticity is placed over the hole to close the hole. The sheet is used to regulate pressure changes of the fluid in the water ball caused by volume changes. Thus the formation of bubbles is prevented and the crack of the enclosed container due to increased fluid pressure is prevented.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a vacuum chamber having operating pressures in the ultra-high vacuum (UHV) range (10?8 torr to 10?13 torr) and incorporating transparent windows, said windows constructed from transparent materials (preferably glass), and having low helium permeability velocity under operating and storage conditions. Embodiments may also contain surface coatings on windows to reduce helium permeation. Also disclosed herein is a method for vacuum processing said chamber by heating entire chamber and exposing the inside and outside of the chamber windows to helium free environments. Methods for final sealing said chamber are also discussed. The vacuum chamber is useful as a container for optically-cooled atoms for use in quantum information and atomic clocks and as a sensor for magnetic fields, gravitational fields, and inertial effects.

Abstract: An enclosure that maintains the environment of one or more optical crystals and allows efficient frequency conversion for light at wavelengths at or below 400 nm with minimal stress being placed on the crystals in the presence of varying temperatures. Efficient conversion may include multiple crystals of the same or different materials. Multiple frequency conversion steps may also be employed within a single enclosure. Materials that have been processed specifically to provide increased lifetimes, stability, and damage thresholds over designs previously available are employed. The enclosure allows pre-exposure processing of the crystal(s) such as baking at high temperatures and allowing real time measurement of crystal properties.

The container includes a first section, which at least partly includes a sunlight permeable layer, and a second section, which at least partly is opposite the first section and at least partly includes a sunlight absorbing and infrared radiation emitting (IR-emitting) layer. The first and the second section together enclose a volume, in which the water can be received to be heated by and exposed to sunlight. According to the present invention, the first section is arranged such that the permeable layer is essentially flat, and the second section is arranged such that the volume includes at least a first and a second portion, wherein the first and the second portion, respectively, have a first and a second distance, respectively, between the permeable layer and the sunlight absorbing and IR-emitting layer, where the first and second distances are mutually different.

Abstract: A transparent article includes a continuous polyester matrix having at least one incompatible filler dispersed therein. The incompatible filler provides domains in the polyester matrix, each domain having a particular dimension, thus providing a range of dimensions for the domains in the article. To create haze, the dimensions are within the range of from about 380 nm to about 720 nm. Once the range of dimensions is determined, a light absorbent composition can be found which absorbs light at a range of wavelengths that at least substantially covers the range of dimensions of the domains. In doing so, it has been found that the haze of the article can be substantially masked. Method for producing the article and for masking the haze are also provided.

Abstract: A container includes a vessel defining an internal volume adapted to be loaded with a removable material, a handle connected to the vessel, and a hanging device associated with the handle for hanging the vessel onto an upright structure, such as the front wall of an ice machine when the container is being used as an ice tote. The handle is rotatable between a raised position and a lowered position, and the hanging device is connected to the handle so as to rotate with it. This construction allows a user to dismount the container from the upright member with rotation of the handle from the lowered position to the raised position.
