[Solution] The containers according to the present invention are configured so that a corner engaging projection and a corner engaging recess are engaged at the four corners on the bottom face and the top face of a top and a bottom container when stacked, thereby allowing such containers to hold up against the lateral load received when stacked by dispersing the lateral load more widely than conventional containers. Thus, the present invention achieves a higher strength with respect to the lateral load when stacked than conventional containers and prevents incidents where a first sidewall and second sidewall would be separated from each other due to the first sidewall or second sidewall being pushed and bent outwards.

Abstract: A thermal insulated delivery bag is configured for use with both hot and cold food delivery. The bag converts shape from a horizontal configuration to a vertical (tote) configuration which may optimize use depending on the type of food to be transported. For example, the horizontal configuration may accommodate large flat items while the vertical configuration may accommodate other items, which may be divided into separate internal sections by a divider. The bag includes a divider system to accommodate change in the size of two or more separate internal sections (e.g., segregating cold and hot items). The divider system enables movement/repositioning to change the size of the internal sections while maintaining a substantial thermal isolation of each internal section. In some embodiments, the divider may be held in a position/orientation by coupling of magnets to one or more ferrous strips in the bag.

The cases are assembled or disassembled from a joined flat space-saving configuration to a functioning case and vice-versa. All parts that make up a carrying case do not separate from the carrying case and no parts can be removed. The cases are formed from rigid plastic panels, and are assembled or disassembled without tools. The sides of the cases are erected progressively by hand by interlocking elements at the corners. The panels also disassemble progressively by being manually pulled apart. When folded into a flat storage or shipping configuration, the panels stay together, resisting unfolding by virtue of snaps which are either molded into the panels or bonded to them.
