By detaching the removable tab(s), the reservoir body may be inserted into the dispenser body. Simultaneously, a fluid transfer structure, preferably a hollow spike, may penetrate a frangible part of the reservoir so that fluid in the reservoir may be extracted. The fluid in the reservoir is preferably pre-loaded. The current invention is particularly useful for dispensing small amounts of fluid, such as eye drops, but it may also be scaled up for larger volumes.

No excessive dispensing that is not intended by the user will therefore occur. Since the container body is thin and hence unlikely crashed, the user can make adjustment of the pressure applied by the thumb, the index finger, and any other finger to readily extract a single droplet.

    Abstract: A reusable beer keg is disclosed including a hollow beer keg body with a dispenser tube assembly having a dispenser valve, dispenser tube, and a disposable bladder. The dispenser valve is releasably attached to a top portion of the keg body and the dispenser tube and bladder extend into the interior of the keg body. When beer flows through the open dispenser valve and into the bladder, the beer causes the bladder to expand until it contacts the inside surface of the keg body. When the beer keg has been emptied it can be returned to the brewery for reuse by cleaning the dispenser valve, dispenser tube and disposing of the used bladder. The beer keg parts can then be reassembled, using a new bladder in place of the used bladder.

    Abstract: Provided is a substrate processing apparatus including: a processing chamber for processing a substrate; a material supply unit for supplying a Si material, an oxidation material and a catalyst into the processing chamber; a heating unit for heating the substrate; and a controller for controlling at least the material supply unit and the heating unit, wherein the controller is configured to control the heating unit to heat the substrate with a first photoresist pattern formed thereon at a processing temperature lower than a deformation temperature of a first photoresist constituting the first photoresist pattern, and to control the material supply unit to alternately supply the silicon-containing material and the catalyst, and alternately supply the oxidation material and the catalyst into the processing chamber in a repeated manner to form on the substrate a thin film having a thickness equal to 5% of one half pitch of the first photoresist pattern.
