Abstract: An apparatus for a deployable screen protections structure includes a body and a strap of a wearable device, where a display screen is positioned on a top surface of the body. The body also include a protection structure integrated into the strap of the wearable device, wherein the protection structure is deployable over the top surface of the body.

Abstract: A biometric monitoring device and multiple carrying cases for same are provided. In some implementations, the case may be made from a flexible viscoelastic material and the biometric monitoring device may be slipped into a receptacle in the case through an opening in the case; the opening may become distended during the insertion of the biometric monitoring device. In some implementations, the case may feature a display window that, in combination with materials of the biometric monitoring device, may mask a display of the biometric monitoring device from view when the display is off and may allow the display to be seen when the display is displaying content.

Abstract: The jewelry safety chain device is a flexible cable which has a first end spaced apart from a second end, a loop disposed on the flexible cable first end, a clasp disposed on the flexible cable second end, a plurality of eye screws, each eye screw having an eyelet, a shaft extended from the eyelet, a point disposed distally on the shaft, a thread disposed on the shaft medially from the point, each eye screw configured to selectively attach to a link of an existing multi-link band of an existing jewelry item, the flexible cable and cable loop configured to attach to one of the eyelets, the flexible cable configured to pass through a remainder of the eyelets and the clasp configured to attach to one of the eyelets, thereby removably securing a chosen pair of links together in preventing inadvertent jewelry item loss.

Abstract: A strap-type watch band construction is fabricated from a blank. The blank includes three sections. A first section is folded over forming a double layer portion that is stitched and secures a buckle and a keeper and supports a watch casing, which is preferably slidably supported thereon. A second section is a single layer of the blank, extends from the first section, and includes apertures therethrough for receiving the buckle. A third section extends from the second section and is folded over to form a tip portion. The third section improves gripping and facilitates insertion of the tip portion through the buckle and the keeper. The single layer construction of the second section facilitates putting the watch band construction on the wrist as it is flexible and tends to form around the wrist.

Abstract: A wristband or watchband is disclosed having a first band sized for encircling a wearer's wrist, a watch-engaging member and a protective cover for securing over the watch, or other measuring device or ornament, to protect it from exposure or damage. The configuration of the wristband of the present invention facilitates attachment of the wristband to the wearer's wrist and reduces the cost of manufacture in comparison to similar watchbands previously known.

Abstract: A band comprising: a first band member; a connecting ring attached to a left end portion of the first band member; a string attached to a right end portion of the first band member; a clasping fixture; and a hook member connected to the string by the clasping fixture; wherein the clasping fixture comprises first and second clasping rings and a releasing ring. When the band is attached to the wrist, a hook portion of the hook member is hooked to the connecting ring attached to the first band member and the string is pulled, so that the first and second clasping rings clasp the string. Accordingly, it is possible to attach the first band member to the wrist with suitable fitting without slacking. When the band is detached therefrom, by rotating the hook member by the releasing ring, it is possible to easily loosen to release the clasping of the string.

Abstract: A jewelry clasp having a male member adapted to be inserted into an opening in a female member, and the female member including a releasable locking mechanism clasping the male and female members together, wherein a retaining guard is releasably placed onto the male member for preventing jewelry from sliding off the male member. The thickness of both the female member and the retaining guard being greater than the diameter of the opening of the jewelry which receives a chain therethrough. The male member can be used to thread beads, or other jewelry onto the chain with the retaining guard then being placed on the male member so that the beads or other jewelry will not slip off the chain.
