Abstract: A fastening device for holding a golf implement set is described. The fastening device includes a fastening stand having a clip attached to one side thereof for attachment to a person's belt. A plurality of embedded channels is attached to the other side of the fastening stand. The embedded channels are formed by ribbed strips and are adapted to hold ball location markers, mending tools, a brush, etc. A plurality of openings are provided along a top surface of the fastening stand. The openings are sized to permit insertion of different sized golf tees into the fastening stand. In addition, the openings include resilient clip members for resiliently holding the golf tees. The fastening device firmly holds the golf implement set in place so that they do not drop when a golfer is using the fastening device while playing golf.

Abstract: A holster (1) for a for portable communication device is disclosed. The holster (1) has a housing (2) and a garment attachment clip (4). Movably coupled to the housing (2) is a biased latch (5) comprising a locking member (6) an ejector member (7) and an ejector actuator member (8). The locking member (6) and interior surfaces of (9) of the housing (2) co-act to lock a portable communication device in the housing (2). Further, actuation of the ejector actuator member (8) against the bias of the latch (5) provides for unlocking of a portable communication device and at least partial ejection thereof from the housing (2).

Abstract: A ready to use, self contained article holding device for use on clothing to hold and support articles of a suitable kind like single use cameras. This device has on one end a protective liner (51) that is peeled off to expose an adhesive (50) that is on the back of a fastening strip (48) for attachment to an article. A fastening material (52) on the reverse side of fastening strip (48) is joined to a complementary fastening material (38) on a fastening strip (46) that is connected by an adhesive back on the second fastener strip (46) to the larger front side of a securing mechanism base (42). Securing mechanism base (42) is made from a sturdy, nonharmful material so that is can support the weight of an attached item and not damage clothing from which it is held. Fastening strips (48 & 46) are made of material that will allow repeated releasing and replacing of attached products without reduction in holding ability.

Abstract: A carry clip for a semiautomatic pistol, such as a .45 caliber, is attached to the slide stop of the weapon. The clip is kept small so it does not effect the bulk, weight or balance of the weapon. The clip may be rounded to avoid digging into material it is clipped over. The interior surface may be flat or rounded to provide a snug fit.

Abstract: A device for carrying a bottle of liquid consisting of a length of nylon webbing belt with an assembly of nylon cord and a spring loaded toggle clip attached. The nylon cord is placed over a bottle neck and the length of the cord surrounding the bottle neck is adjusted by sliding the toggle clip up to a point touching and holding the bottle.

Abstract: A camera housing includes a front cover part and a rear cover part which have two adjacent end portions provided with respective concavities that similarly extend inward to define adjacent concave surfaces of the two end portions. The two end portions continue over the concavities to form adjacent ribs spaced from the concave surfaces to permit an accessory for the camera housing to fit between the ribs and the concave surfaces. The accessory has at least one fastener that fits between the ribs and the concave surfaces and engages the ribs to hold the ribs together in order to prevent the front and rear cover parts from separating at the two end portions.

Abstract: A portable device having a multi-function belt clip assembly includes a leaf spring 16 having a first end 18 and a second end 20; a housing 14 which has a recess 22 to engage the first end 18 of the leaf spring 16; and a belt clip 12 which has a recess 24 which is used to engage the second end 20 of the leaf spring 16, wherein the leaf spring 16 is adapted to hold the belt clip 12 in a closed position. The leaf spring 16 further allows opening the belt clip 12 from the closed position to engage a belt, and to spring closed when the opening of the belt clip 12 is constrained below a predetermined angular displacement 34. The leaf spring 16 enables the belt clip 12 to remain latched in an open position when the opening of the belt clip 12 exceeds the predetermined angular displacement 34.

Abstract: A container which is safely and detachably securable to one's person on an article of clothing, commonly a waistband, or attached to another item to provide secure containment of personal articles, portability and convenience. A pocket is formed as a container cavity with re-sealable fastening means to retain items inside the cavity. A secure clamping mechanism is affixed to the outer wall of the container to enable the container to be detachably secured to apparel and other items. Preferably, the clamp utilizes a locking, leveraged compression clamp mechanism. Formed from the pocket or container is a clamp cover or hood which hides the clamp when the container is worn on the inside of a waistband and further aids in actuating the clamp mechanism. Formed from the back panel of the container is a flap which extends over the cavity opening and press fastens to the clamp hood providing secondary closure means and greater accessibility to the cavity or its contents.

Abstract: A stethoscope supporting device is provided including a back plate and front portion for securing a stethoscope to the back plate. Connected to the back plate is a clip for securing the same on an article of clothing.

Abstract: A holder for I.V. catheters and related medical articles during storage and use is disclosed comprising a generally rectangular flexible sheet member having an elastic strap extending from one end thereof which may be extended around the rolled-up holder to maintain the holder in that condition. The inner surface of the sheet member is provided with a plurality of pockets for storing I.V. catheters, alcohol wipes, tourniquets, etc. A pair of elastic straps are secured to one end of the sheet member at the inner surface thereof for use as tourniquets. A pocket is also provided at one end of the sheet member for receiving a sharps container therein. A clip is secured to the strap member extending from end of the sheet member for securing the holder to a belt or other clothing item of a paramedic.

Abstract: A holding device comprises a clip, and a flexible cord. The cord is looped upon itself and its ends are received in a trough on a stem of the clip. The trough has laterally spaced tabs which are crimped over the ends of the cord to secure the cord to the clip. A metal tube is crimped over the trough and the cord ends, and shrink tubing is fitted over the metal tube.

Abstract: A device for using in fly fishing to facilitate the recovering and collection of the fishing line, the device comprising spring means capable of being firmly attached to a part of the clothes of an angler to collect the fishing line when recovering the same in the practicing of fly fishing and to keep the line accessible to be cast out again without running the risk of entangling the line.

Abstract: A toy carrier and storage apparatus is disclosed for selectively attaching and storing a number of toys. The carrier may be worn over a shoulder or carrier carried by the hand. An extension toy carrier is also disclosed which may be attached to the toy carrier, or to a belt loop, backpack or the like. The toy carriers are provided with a number of carrying loops within which a stuffed, animal shaped or other toy may be inserted and maintained in a visible location for ready access and display.

Abstract: A portable pencil pocket 10 has one or more compartments for holding pencils 40,42. The pocket is made of plastic webbing that is folded at one end to form a pocket 20 and at the other end to form a loop 22. A shower clip 50 holds the pocket 10 to an article of clothing, such as a belt loop or button hole.

Abstract: A key holder and belt attachment device having a body with two legs and a push button in the second leg of the body. The push button is mounted and slidable within the second leg to abut a swinging catch member which allows removal of the belt from a U-shaped slot created by the legs of the body. The swinging catch member is pivotally attached to the second leg and may be biased to the closed position where the belt is held within the slot of the body. The spring-biased push button may close off a second opening of the body which retains keys.

Abstract: An adjustable length belt clip construction 10 adapted to receive a plurality of belts 100 having different widths. The construction 10 includes a main clip unit 11 having a clip member 40 hingedly connected to a backing plate member 20 wherein both the clip member 40 and the backing plate member 20 are provided with extension elements 43 and 24, respectively, that can be adjusted to vary the effective length of the main clip unit 11. The backing plate member 20 is adapted to releasably receive different decorative face plate units 12.

Abstract: A retractable drinking bottle includes a reel, and a cord which ties a bottle to the reel. In the retracted position the bottle is placed side-by-side to the reel housing, and when the user desires to take a drink the bottle is grasped and pulled away from the reel. Thereafter, the bottle is retractable back to the reel. The reel preferably includes a housing that contains a retraction mechanism and a spool upon which a flexible line is wound. The preferred housing also includes a clip for attaching the reel to the user's clothing or to a vehicle such as a bicycle. An elastic cord is releasable attached to the end of the reel line, and the cord is formed into a loop. The bottle includes indentations sized to be received inside the loop of the cord. The bottle is also formed such that in the retracted position it nests inside the reel housing. The bottle is retractable to the holder after taking a drink, and the bottle is retained by the holder and cannot be dropped.

Abstract: A storage box structure for hanging on a waist belt, which includes an elongated box body having an inner plate and a partition plate attached to the inner plate. An opening is provided in the inner plate and a hook passes through the opening. The hook is connected to one end of a rope that passes through a hole in the bottom of the storage box and extends from the interior of the box body to the outside of the box body. The other end of the rope is secured to the bottom of the box body by a snap. The box body also has provided with an insulation slot formed on a back wall thereof that can receive the free end of the hook. Engagement and disengagement of the hook with the insertion slot can be controlled by and the rope. The storage box can be firmly attached to a waist belt without dropping and without taking off the waist belt. In addition, when in use on a waist belt, the storage box can freely move up and down for accommodating a user's movements without causing any discomfort to the user.

Abstract: A holder/carrier temporarily attaches to and supports small items of multiple configurations. Using multiple, flexible straps that are each attached to a support base, the item is enwrapped and retained against the support base. An attachment mechanism, such as a retaining clip, is affixed to the support base, and is utilized to selectively attach the support base, along with the carried, enwrapped item, to a separate supporting structure, such as a waistband, belt or other, suitably-shaped, receiving structures. Additionally, by securing an attachment device that is cooperative with the support base attachment mechanism to another support surface, whether on a permanent or temporary basis, the attachment mechanism may be attached to support surfaces that would not otherwise be suitable.

Abstract: A medication attachment device and method are disclosed for attaching medication in close proximity to a body. The device includes a container for holding medication and an attachment mechanism coupled to the container. The attachment mechanism is operable to attach the container to personal apparel, such as clothing, accessories or jewelry. In one embodiment, the attachment mechanism is a flexible body that can be wrapped around the personal apparel. In another embodiment, the attachment mechanism is a clamp formed by a hinge portion that can be clamped to the personal apparel.

Abstract: A quick release connector system is provided for interconnecting a frequently used portable accessory item with a support body. The system utilizes a clasp having a back wall spaced apart from a stationary wall. The stationary wall includes an enlarged opening from which extends a slot. A deflectable wall overlies the enlarged opening. A connector part forms the quick release connection with the clasp. It is attached to the portable accessory item via a post with an enlarged head. The post has a diameter less than the width of the slot and the head has a diameter greater than the width of the slot, but less than the enlarged opening. When the deflectable wall is flexed away from the enlarged opening, the head of the connector part will pass through the opening and slide behind the slot as the post is moved into the slot. The enlarged head behind the slot will prevent axial disengagement.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder useful in securing a fishing rod to a boat, pier or other support structure includes an elongated tubular housing and a bracket upon which the housing may be removably seated. The bracket has a shepherd's hook upper configuration useful for gripping horizontal support structures. The housing has a pair of axially spaced apart first eyelets which hold straps useful in securing the rod holder to vertical support structures.

Abstract: A universal pager caddy comprises a transverse bar having a pivotal pin connected at one end and a locking catch at the other end to engage the free end of the pin. A downwardly extending support member is mounted to the opposite side of the bar at each end curving outwardly and then downwardly in a substantially U-shaped configuration. The pager caddy is pinned to clothing in whatever location the user deems appropriate eliminating the traditional belt mounting. A pager clip is then readily inserted between the bar and the support member with the member engaging the back of the pager case securely holding the pager in a convenient selected location.

Abstract: A bow support device comprising a spring-loaded alligator type clip for attachment to the nock of a loaded arrow which is suspended from an archer's person, allowing the archer to release his grasp on the bow for extended periods of time while stalking or awaiting the approach of wild game. A first embodiment utilizes an alligator type clip for securement of the device to the archer's clothing, as to the flap of a jacket pocket, while a second embodiment suspends the nock attaching clip from the archer's neck.

Abstract: A belt mounted hat clip is provided including a rear portion having belt coupling mechanism for being removably mounted to a belt. A front portion is included having a rest orientation for gripping a visor of a hat and a biased orientation for allowing the hat to be removed.

Abstract: A portable radio-cassette adapter plate which is secured to a portable radio. An offset belt clip is secured to the portable radio-cassette adapter plate by an offset belt clip tether which is adjustable in length. By clamping the offset belt clip to a waistband or belt of a user, the portable radio is suspended comfortably by the offset belt clip tether. The distance which the portable radio is suspended below the waistband or belt of the user may be varied for comfort according to personal preference.

Abstract: A bow holder apparatus including a new and improved pouch member that has an upper peripheral edge with a pair of extension arms, a lower end portion and a pouch body. The upper peripheral edge defines an entry way into an interior of the pouch member. The lower end portion having J-hook projection engaging a boot lace of the archer. Lastly, a plurality of strap members are fixedly attached to one of the pair of extension arms of the upper peripheral edge for supporting the pouch member about and archer's leg.

Abstract: A protection cover for small spray dispensers including a rectangular base of a flexible material that can be folded on itself to form a closed cover and define a dispenser space. The base has an outer surface and an inner surface with the hook-and-loop patches carried at each end of the base for interengaging each other for latching the base in the closed cover form. The information card retainer on the inner surface of the base, including a transparent sheet of flexible material attached to the base, with an open side for insertion and removal of a card and a sleeve of a flexible material carried on the inner face of the base.

The loop retention assembly further includes a loop-size adjustment assembly. The loop-size adjustment assembly includes an exterior frame portion and a transverse rib member extending across two portions of the exterior frame portion.

Abstract: An apparatus configured for mounting a casino issued slot club member card. The apparatus includes a card mount backing surface having side and bottom card lip retaining elements and an attached stretchable elongated coil member having a swivel mounted normally closed openable end piece. By opening this end piece, a slot card can be mounted to the piece through a preexisting hole in the card. The card mount has an upper back safety pin with a swivel connection used to attach the mount to a user's clothing.

The fitting piece is formed of a U-shaped plate (4) having a first branch (5a) on the outer surface of which said support stud is located and a second branch (5b) which in the operating state is located in an attachment cavity (6) of the rear cover (22) of the mobile station. The first branch of the U-plate rests against the outer surface (21) of the rear cover of the mobile station (20) and the second branch rests against the inner surface (23) of the rear cover.

Abstract: A mobile phone holder includes an upper casing member and a lower casing member, each having an inside surface on which a plurality of parallel-arranged guiding slots are formed. Two clamp members each comprise a flat plate member to which a strip-like section is fixed to be selectively slidably receivable within the slots of the upper and lower casing members. Each of the clamp members has resilient holding sections extending therefrom to define a space for receiving and holding therein a mobile phone. The open end of the casings allows the clamp members to be removed from the casing members and re-inserted into another guiding slot so as to change the distance between the clamp members and thus adapted to hold mobile phones of different sizes.

Abstract: A stethoscope holder is provided which may be secured to a piece of apparel, such as a pocket of a lab coat or the waist band of a pair of pants. The stethoscope holder includes a base having a front surface and a back surface. A rib which is generally U-shaped in elevation and L-shaped in cross-section, extends out from the front surface of the base. The rib defines a generally U-shaped channel which removably receives either the bell or diaphragm section of the chestpiece. A notch is formed at a bottom of the curved section of the rib and is sized to accept the tubing of the stethoscope. A flexible finger extends from the front surface of the base, below the rib and offset from the center of the base, to hold at least one of the ear pieces of the stethoscope. A spring biased clip is hingedly mounted to the back surface of the base, near the top thereof and is operable to selectively and removably secure the holder to an item of apparel.

Abstract: A system is provided for securely attaching a portable device to the clothing or other personal item of a user. The system utilizes a modified retaining clip, the retaining clip being pivotably mounted to the device housing. As modified, the retaining clip may be locked in a closed position, thus preventing the portable device from being easily dislodged from the selected personal article. In one embodiment, an adjustable separator is interposed between one end of the mounting clip and the device housing. By controlling the amount that the first end of the clip can be depressed, the separator also controls the size of the gap between the second end of the clip and the device housing. In a second embodiment, the modified retaining clip includes a pair of flexible projections proximate one end of the clip as well as a compression mechanism. The compression mechanism controls the gap between the two flexible projections, thus controlling the relative flexibility of the projections.

The device is particularly useful, especially for supporting an emergency regulator (2), known as an octopus rig. For this purpose in particular, a cap (8) for closing off the air outlet hole in the mouthpiece of the emergency regulator (2), is attached to the device.

The receiver holder and clip plate are attached to opposite ends of a pivot disposed within a cam. The clip plate and receiver holder may be maintained in any position about the pivot because the cam is friction engaged with the receiver holder in all positions. The receiver is engaged to an outer surface of the receiver holder. The clip holder may be attached to a user's belt or waist garment when the belt or garment is located between the clip plate and receiver holder. The clip holder is secured to the user's waist when the receiver holder is fully rotated toward the clip plate so the clip plate and receiver are in a substantially parallel orientation.

Abstract: A golf club cover device for semi-permanent attachment to a golf bag serves the purpose of promptly alerting a golfer to a missing golf club, particularly an iron. The device comprises a receiving member and an L-shaped meshing member. The receiving member has a main body with a passageway extending through it and a vertical hooking leg extending along one side. In use, the vertical hooking leg extends over an open-top edge of the golf bag and helps to hold the receiving member in place. A substantially horizontal leg of the L-shaped meshing member is configured to fit in the passageway of the receiving member for limited rotational movement. A protuberance on an enlarged terminus of the horizontal leg of the L-shaped member is used to engage a sidewall of the golf bag. A substantially vertical leg on the meshing member is used to hold the club cover. In use, the L-shaped meshing member rocks from a non-locking position to a locking position whereby the protuberance is forced into contact with the golf bag.

Abstract: A fastening device for mobile phones includes a mounting plate, a fastening plate and a mounting frame. The mounting plate has one side thereof provided a pair of mounting rails defining a mounting track therebetween and the other side thereof provided with a pair of fastening strips defining a track therebetween. The fastening plate is slightly curved and has a substantially T-shaped fastening rib for insertion into the mounting track. The mounting frame consists of a frame with a through hole; a circular post is provided on a rear side of the frame and is further connected to a circular plate of a larger diameter. The circular plate may fit into the track between the fastening strips so that the mounting frame may turn relative to the mounting plate.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for using a holder having first and second clips arranged with their mouths facing substantially the same direction. The first clip is provided with an inner surface which is shaped to hold a cylindrical article and a mouth which is normally open so as to allow the legs of this first clip to be urged apart from each other when such a cylindrical article is pressed against it. The holder is mounted at a designated location on the user's body by attaching the second clip to a piece of material worn by the user, with the mouth of the first clip facing generally downwardly. A substantially cylindrical article is inserted into the first clip by placing the article against the mouth of this clip and lifting the article upwardly into contact with its inner surface, with the axis of the first clip's inner surface in a generally horizontal orientation.

Abstract: An improved pistol holster includes a holster body and a pager or a pager-unit attached to the holster body. Bulging of the holster body is minimized by the provision of wings extending forwardly and rearwardly to enhance the stiffness of the holster body.
