Abstract: A bag including a body forming a cavity, a flap comprising a first flap end and a second flap end, wherein the first flap end is attached to the body. The bag may also include a cord having a first end, a second end, and a middle portion, wherein the first end is attached to the second flap end, the second end is attached to the second flap end, and the middle portion extends between the first end and the second end. The bag may also include a hook attached to the body at an attachment location, wherein the hook is configured to receive the middle portion of the cord such that the flap is secured to the body at the attachment location and the flap covers the cavity.

Abstract: A racking device is provided that can assist an individual with racking a pistol, using only one hand. The device includes a slide channel that narrows in a direction toward an intersection with a barrel channel. The narrowing enables the slide channel to receive any of a wide variety of pistols and to restrain the slide portion, or slide, thereof from moving past the intersection. The barrel channel is wide enough to accommodate the pistol barrel but not the slide. A pistol can be positioned in the slide channel and forced into the device so that the pistol barrel moves into the barrel channel while the slide is restrained by the slide channel, thereby racking the pistol with a single hand. A belt clip and a surface mount are also provided for mounting the device and stabilizing the device during use.

Abstract: An article storage bag is described, having a concealed magnetic closure system and concealed strap adjustment system. The bag presents a clean appearance, without any apparent components for adjusting the carrying strap length.

Abstract: A necklace for hanging glasses that comprises a pendant and a strap mounted through the pendant. A hanging hole is formed through the middle of the pendant for hanging the glasses. When wearing the necklace of the present invention, someone is capable of hanging the glasses on the hanging hole of the pendant. The present invention not only provides convenience, but the pendent also corresponds to and coordinates with the glasses thereby providing a decorative and functional item.

Abstract: A carry case applied to a portable computer like a wrap. Thin straps of stretchable material hook around the front corners of a computer base section and the upper corners of a computer screen section. The case is comprised of a base section holding the computer base portion and a screen section holding the computer screen portion. An additional flap of material extends from the rear of the case base section and flips over and onto the exterior of the case screen section where it is attached with releasable fasteners. The carry case has a shoulder strap, handle and built-in typing stand.

Abstract: A hunter's case adapted for holding and enclosing a roll of hunter's marking tape provides plural side panels, a top panel including a hinge enabled for moving the top panel between a closed case position and an open case position; and a bottom panel. A latch is adapted for securing the top panel in the closed case position. One of the side panels has a tape cutter for cutting and end of the marking tape to a selected length, a tape slot for receiving the end of the marking tape, and a tape retainer flap for securing the end of the tape. The case may also provide a shoulder strap, cartridge belt and pockets for hunter's supplies.

The belt includes an extension element which is positioned at the front, top side of a golf bag. The resulting installation creates a balanced golf bag effect and thus takes pressure off the back of the golf bag carrier.

Abstract: The present invention provides a laptop computer support having a generally planar support base with shoulder straps attached to a leading edge of the support base and back straps attached to a trailing edge of the support base. The shoulder and back straps converge at a strap junction overlaying the user's back when the computer support is in use. The laptop computer support affords virtually unrestricted access to at least three sides of the laptop computer base wherein hardware/software ports are conventionally located, and the shoulder and back straps are advantageously configured so as to distribute the weight of a laptop computer evenly across the user's shoulders and back. The laptop computer is variably fixed to the support base with a hook and loop type fastener.

Abstract: An accessory bag meant to be worn by a wearer, such as a handbag or pocketbook, is provided with forward, rear and two side surfaces of material, each of the side surfaces being attached to the forward and rear surfaces along respective seams and each of the side surfaces includes bilateral incisions. Two folded lengths of attaching material are attached at their open ends to the accessory bag along respective seams of the side surfaces, and portions of the folded lengths of attaching material pass through the incisions to reveal the closed ends thereof external to the enclosure defined by the various surfaces of the accessory bag. A first pair of attachment devices are coupled to respective closed ends of the folded lengths of attaching material, each attachment device being suitable to receive a respective end of a waist-strap. A second pair of attachment devices are coupled to respective side surfaces, each attachment device of the second pair being suitable to receive a respective end of a shoulder-strap.

Abstract: A portable computer is provided that has a monitor pivotally mounted onto a main body. The base of the main body have holes that can receive a fastener. On the sides of the main body are receptacles that are positioned near a corresponding hole in the base of the main body of the computer.An L-shaped member forms a connector that allows a strap to be attached to the portable computer to allow the computer to be more easily transported. The L shaped member has a bore on one leg and a boss on the other leg. To attach the connector the boss is inserted into a receptacle in the side of the main body and the bore of the connector is aligned over a hole in the base of the main body. Then, a fastener is inserted through the bore and into the hole in the base of the main body.On a portion of the connector is a bail shaped member that forms a chute between the member and the connector. A strap can be attached to the bail shaped member to simplify the transporting of the portable computer.

Abstract: A carrying case for a pager including a pouch having first and second compartments. The first compartment is sized to receive the pager therein and the second compartment is provided for receiving other items such as a credit card, driver's license, money, etc. which the user may need. A shield is positioned between the first and second compartments for shielding any items within the second compartment from being damaged by and electromagnetic waves produced by the beeper. This shield will aid in preventing such electromagnetic waves from erasing or damaging the magnetic strip on a credit card or bank card. A cover is provided for selectively covering the first and second compartments to thereby secure the beeper within said first compartment and whereby the beeper is fully operational when positioned within the first compartment and covered by the cover. A chain may be connected to the pouch for retaining the pouch around a body part of a user.

The strain relief is provided by a strain relief member, typically elastic material, within the connection member that is permanently secured to the article of luggage and is intended to be manually connected to the removable carrying strap.

Abstract: A multi-purpose bag has a mesh pouch and a sleeve with a pair of ends. The pouch is attached along an annular seam to one of the ends of the sleeve. The other end of the sleeve has a closable mouth. Also included is a restricting feature for stowing the pouch to stop communication from inside the sleeve to inside the pouch. The multi-purpose bag can be used by stowing the pouch to stop communication from inside the sleeve to inside the pouch. The sleeve can at this time be at least partially filled before closing the sleeve.

Abstract: A baby sling having an elongated pouch of a double layer of fabric and a wide tail. The baby sling includes bumpers and a pillow located between the pouch fabric layers. A baby is held in the pouch against the caregiver's body. The pouch is wide for extra security. The baby sling has two rings through which the tail is looped for attachment. The bumpers are approximately cylindrical and may have drawstrings attached. The tail may have a zippered pocket.

Abstract: A shoulder strap buffering device includes a seat, two springs, an inner confining member, and a cover. The seat is provided with a receiving slot and a plurality of grooves. The springs are disposed in the grooves of the seat. The inner confining member is located in the receiving slot of the seat such that the springs are urged by the inner confining member. The cover is joined with the seat such that the springs and the inner confining member are shielded and located by the cover. The seat and the inner confining member are provided respectively with an elongated hole for engaging the shoulder strap.

Abstract: The present invention is a pillow/headrest designed to keep a user cool and comfortable when sunbathing, using a tanning bed or reclining in any uncomfortably warm environment. The pillow system comprises a housing in a generally rectangular configuration having an upper surface and a lower surface with a front edge and a rear edge and side faces. A generally rectangular gel pocket is formed in the upper surface and is adapted to contain a layer of thermally conductive gel material. A slot is formed in the rear edge with a chamber for the removable receipt of a freezer pack of thermal material.

Abstract: An infant sling carrier has a carrier panel terminating in a tail portion extending from one end. A pair of buckle rings is attached to the carrier panel at the opposite end and functions in concert with the tail portion to provide a sling of adjustable length for carrying an infant. The free end of the tail portion is provided with a safety stop member which can be maneuvered through the buckle rings when creating the sling, but which has a long dimension which will not pass through the buckle rings if the tail portion accidentally releases and slides through the buckle rings.
