The top edge defines a front aperture, and the front element further comprises an elastic collar attached to the top edge. The rear element comprises a substantially inelastic material forming a closeable space. The rear element further comprises a zipper and an exterior surface. The zipper is configured to open and close the closeable space. The plurality of side elements comprise an elastic material.

Abstract: A plumbing safety device and method is provided. The plumbing safety device comprises a shoulder strap configured to be worn over one or more shoulders of an operator, a mounting strap removably connected to the shoulder strap, and a means for securing a plumbing tool. The plumbing safety method comprises the steps of: providing a plumbing safety device comprising a shoulder strap configured to be worn over one or more shoulders of an operator and having a first and second strap connecting means, a strap adjustment means, a mounting strap removably connected to the shoulder strap, and a means for securing a plumbing tool; adjusting the strap adjustment means to a desirable strap length; securing the means for securing the plumbing tool to the plumbing tool; and placing the shoulder strap on the one or more shoulders of the operator.

Abstract: A holding pouch apparatus worn on the palm of one's hand securing mobile tech devices to the palm side of the hand. People often hold their devices in their hands even when they have pockets or alternative ways to carry their technology with them. This holding pouch is fashionably designed to coordinate with the wardrobe and event by the user. The wearer can select the one right for their particular activity. Cell phones and other electronic devices are often easily broken, discarded and lost. To discourage the re-mining of materials from the Earth, this holder will help prevent the loss and damage to the tech devices and encourage materials sustainability.

Specifically, the present invention relates to methods and apparatus for converting a bag between backpack and over-the-shoulder configurations. A combination bag may comprise a bag body having a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and an opening opposite the bottom and a strap, wherein the strap is fixedly attached to the bag body at a first connection point and slideably coupled to the bag body at a second connection point, thereby enabling a wearer to alternate between an over-the-shoulder and a backpack configuration without requiring that the wearer disconnect or reconnect the strap.

The holster defines a pocket for receiving a handheld electronic device and supporting the received handheld electronic device. The clip is coupled to the holster and is configured for movement between an open position and a gripping position and is biased towards the gripping position. In the open position, spacing is provided between the clip and the holster so as to receive an article. In the gripping position, the clip is disposed such that, when an article is disposed between the clip and the holster, the article is gripped by the clip against at least one gripping surface portion of the holster under the force effecting biasing of the clip towards the gripping position. When the clip is disposed in the gripping position, and a handheld electronic device is received and supported by the pocket, coupling of the handheld electronic device to the article is thereby effected.

Abstract: A display assembly, that is easily transported to a presentation site and can quickly and easily be converted from carrying mode to a free standing exhibit display of a plurality of golf club shafts. The display assembly comprises a canvas backdrop serving also as a carrying case. The backdrop having defined on an inner side a plurality of longitudinally friction fitted, aligned sleeves which hold and display a corresponding number of golf club shafts. By inserting three thin rods, which can be metal, wood or hard plastic such as polyurethane, into corresponding compartments and then pulling upward on a cloth handle, a free standing display is created. The supporting structure of the display is provided by a combination of the rods and the golf club shafts. Hook and loop straps wrap around and tightly contain the assembly when it is transported.

A latch is adapted for securing the top panel in the closed case position. One of the side panels has a tape cutter for cutting and end of the marking tape to a selected length, a tape slot for receiving the end of the marking tape, and a tape retainer flap for securing the end of the tape. The case may also provide a shoulder strap, cartridge belt and pockets for hunter's supplies.

Each side surface also includes a strap cover that can be open or closed, and which conceals at least portions of both the shoulder and waist strap connectors when closed, and fully reveals those connectors when open. Any of the strap connectors can be positioned to be fully concealed by the closed strap cover when not in use.

Abstract: This technical disclosure is for a carrying case for a skateboard having an elongate body including forward and rearward wheel assemblies longitudinally aligned medially on a bottom portion of the skateboard body. The carrying case includes an enclosure that provides an inner storage area for enclosing the skateboard body and an opening on the enclosure for storing and retrieving the skateboard into and out of the storage area. A zipper closure located around a peripheral edge of the opening allows for secure closing and opening of the carrying case. The carrying case has two apertures for receiving the forward and rearward wheel assemblies of the skateboard therethrough when the skateboard is placed in the inner storage area of the carrying case. A covering member covers each apertures and covers the forward and rearward wheel assemblies that project through the apertures when the skateboard is located in the inner storage area of the carrying case.

Abstract: A book bag for easy carrying and accessing includes a detachable wallet styled book assembly. The wallet has multiple pages with transparent sleeves so that information can be presented much as a conventional book. This book bag permits a particular subject area to be collated and presented as a book within a book bag. The book does not require removal from the book bag. The detachable wallet can be quickly and conveniently replaced with another so that updating new study material for students or others can be easily performed.

The material is laid flat and the item to be carried, such as a tube, flat or rolled document, flat or rolled artwork, flat or rolled blueprints, flat or rolled nautical charts, clothing, food, or sport equipment is wrapped within the material and the securing means secures the rolled carrier. The roll carrier can be carried over the shoulder or by hand using convenient adjustable shoulder strap or handles. Support materials, e.g. foam core, wooded batten or dowel, can be inserted within the interior face of the material for additional rigidity and support during transport.

Each swivel linker has a necklace-side connector and a holder-loop-side connector rotatably joined together for full rotation about a swivel axis. The holder-loop-side connectors of the first and the second swivel linker are connected to the eyeglass-holder loop at locations spaced apart from one another about the loop. The necklace assembly also includes necklace/holder-assembly couplers connecting the respective ends of the necklace with the necklace-side connectors of corresponding swivel linkers of the eyeglass-holder assembly.

A waist strap is coupled to the shoulder strap end portions and extends around a waist underneath the second shoulder.

Abstract: A shock absorbing shoulder strap for use in carrying bags and other items over one's shoulder which is particularly suitable for use on golf bags to absorb the shock of the rising and falling of the bag and its contents on the carrier's shoulder to prevent fatigue. The shoulder strap includes an inelastic body portion adapted to rest on the carrier's shoulder, a first adjustable elastic strap secured to one end of the body portion, a second adjustable elastic strap secured to the other end of the body portion, and releasable snap buckles carried by the elastic straps for securing the shoulder strap to the bag. As the bag and its contents rise and fall on the carrier's shoulder, the elastic straps contract and expand, absorbing a significant portion of the resulting shock which would otherwise be transmitted directly to the carrier's shoulder. By adjusting the effective length of the elastic straps through buckles carried thereby, the elasticity and length of the shoulder strap can independently varied.

Abstract: A support device for an operator to carry an instrument control box for a remotely controlled mobile vehicle includes a base member, a pair of side members and a rear member, together forming a support frame having a back end closed by the back member, and adapted to rest against an operator's body, an open front end and an open top end to permit ease of insertion of a control box into the support frame. An adjustable-length strap is connected to the support frame, for supporting the device around an operator's neck. The control box can be detachably connected to the support frame for easy disengagement therefrom.
