Abstract: A clothing integrated tab system is disclosed. The clothing integrated tab system may include an anchor panel. The anchor panel may include a first aperture, a second aperture, a channel extending between the first aperture and the second aperture, and a bridge tab. The bridge tab may be disposed between the first aperture and the second aperture as well as extending over the channel. The clothing integrated tab system may include a tab member removably coupled to the anchor panel and extending through the first aperture, the channel and the second aperture.

Abstract: A holder for securing golf accessories therein and attaching to a belt, golf bag, waist band, piece of clothing or other article that is carried while golfing. The holder includes a housing having a base and a sidewall extending from the base toward an open face defining a compartment that can receive a ball divot repair tool. The sidewall forms a perimeter of the housing, wherein the open face extends the perimeter to allow the ball divot repair tool to be quickly and conveniently removed and inserted therefrom. A divot repair tool fastener is disposed on a surface of the housing to secure the ball divot repair tool thereto. In some embodiments, the divot repair tool is included and comprises a ball marker that is interchangeable with other ball markers in order to allow for a variety of colors or embodiments to be displayed on the divot repair tool.

Abstract: A luggage towing apparatus, wherein the luggage has a wheel to move on a surface and an opposing handle. The luggage apparatus includes a bracket constructed of a beam having first, mid, and second end portions, the first end portion having an aperture, the second end portion having a flexible hook being removably engagable to the luggage handle. The mid portion has a finger channel constructed of a partial sidewall, wherein the partial sidewall terminates in an open gap that operationally allows a user's finger to pass therethrough wherein the sidewall acts as a finger rest to facilitate finger movement thus moving the bracket to engage and disengage the flexible hook from the luggage handle. The luggage towing apparatus further includes a strap that is affixed the aperture, wherein operationally the strap is looped around a torso of the user to enable pulling the luggage across the surface hands free.

Abstract: A belt clip for supporting a paint container from a user's waist belt while allowing the painter spill free freedom of movement and secure means for stowing a paint brush. The belt clip has an integral body configured to have an elongated back, a neck extending outward from the proximal end of the back, a head, and a magnet embedded in the head. The belt clip is configured to have a recessed channel for receiving the bail of the paint can and a separate integral hook part for supporting a paint container having a peripheral lip. The back is configured to allow the belt clip to pivot slightly side to side about the wearer thereby accommodating a limited range wearer movement. The magnet allows a user to secure a paint brush to belt clip so that the bush is oriented directly over the open paint can, thereby reducing inadvertent painting errors and messes.

Abstract: A mounting plate and leg harness assembly for carrying holsterable items having a rigid center portion and vertically disposed sides and two spaced side panels integral with a respective side of the center portion, each side panel having an outside edge, a first pair of vertically spaced elongate slots located adjacent the center portion and a second pair of vertically spaced elongate slots located adjacent the outside edge. Two horizontally disposed straps are threaded through the respective upper and lower slots with the straps spanning the center portion. The side panels are bendable adjacent the respective sides of the center portion to conform the plate to the shape of the leg of a wearer when the straps are tightened. A vertical adjustable strap is mounted to the plate for connection to a belt.

Abstract: A utility pocket is shown for use with a tool pouch or bag, or with such items as a brief case, soft sided cooler, or a backpack. The utility pocket has a clam shell shaped outer member which is biased toward an associated sidewall panel by means of elastic webbing. A pair of mating permanent magnets come into contact as the pocket moves from the open position to the closed position and help to bias the pocket to the closed position, as well as imparting a snap-closure action to the pocket. The material chosen for the pocket helps it to retain its clam shell shape without requiring internal reinforcing members, such as wire springs or other metal reinforcing elements.

Abstract: A belt-carrying tool holder for supporting and conveniently carrying a staple hammer, staples and cutting knife. The belt-carrying tool holder includes a container assembly including a container having an opening and also including a lid being hingedly attached to the container and being closeable and fastenable over the opening of the container; and also includes a belt-receiving member being attached to the container; and further includes a tool-holding pocket being attached to the container; and also includes a tool-hanging assembly being pivotally attached to the container.

Abstract: A sheath for an implement generally consisting of a housing provided with a recess in a surface thereof for removably receiving a portion of such implement, a light emitting device having an actuating button and a set of finger receiving openings wherein the housing is configured and the button is positioned relative to the set of openings so that the housing may be manually grasped by a user with the fingers of the user extending through the set of openings and the thumb of the user disposed in a position to facilitate the operation of the button.

Abstract: A concealable hybrid holster is disclosed that includes metal attachment clips for enhanced strength and flexibility, thereby providing increased attachment durability during long term use. The holster includes a leather sheet to which is attached a rigid plastic encasement, preferably made of Kydex®, thereby forming a compartment suitable for carrying a concealed handgun. The metal clips are preferably made of steel, more preferably of spring steel, and can be attached to the leather sheet of the hybrid holster by rivets, screws, or any other suitable fastening means. Due to the inherent strength of steel, the steel attachment clips are thinner and/or smaller than prior art attachment clips made from plastic, and so provide better concealment of the holster as compared to the prior art.

Abstract: The application relates to a belt-mountable holster for holding a power tool, such as a screw gun or drill. The holster comprises a belt mount and a tool clip which may be releasably and securely coupled together. The belt mount is securely mountable on the user's belt. The tool clip is configured to securely engage an outer portion of the body of the power tool. In one embodiment, the tool clip includes a tongue which is releasably insertable within a slot formed in the belt mount to securely couple the first and second frame elements together. The holster may be used for conveniently stowing a power tool on the waist of a user when the tool is not in use. When the power tool is withdrawn from the holster for use, the tool clip remains coupled to the tool and does not obstruct or impede its normal operation.

Abstract: A portable fishing pole and binoculars support apparatus includes a flexible shock cord with adjacently disposed first and second ends respectively. Such a shock cord further includes a cable crimp directly attached thereto such that a loop is formed in a medial portion of the shock cord. The support apparatus further includes a substantially S-shaped holder removably secured to the shock cord. Such a holder is formed from rigid and durable material such that the holder maintains a fixed shape during operating conditions. The holder includes a deformably resilient and cushioned material statically affixed to an inner surface of a selected curved portion of the holder. The support apparatus further includes an audible signaling device attached to the shock cord and a mechanism for adjustably attaching the apparatus about a user neck during operating conditions.

Abstract: A golf club carrier which attaches either to a garment, or to a belt, worn by the golfer. The device secures a limited number of clubs, typically 3-4 near the waist of the golfer. The attachment means is rotatably attached to the golf club carrier such that when the golfer kneels down to retrieve a ball, or prepare for the next shot, the golf clubs will pivot backwards such that the club handles do not come in contact with the ground.

Abstract: Tool holder devices are provided, which are designed to hold tools having spring clip mechanisms. In one aspect, a tool holder device comprises a guiding portion and a mounting portion. The mounting portion is adapted to engage a spring clip of a tool for mounting the tool. The guiding portion is adapted to guide a spring clip towards the mounting portion as a person slides the tool from the guiding portion to the mounting portion while maintaining contact between the spring clip and the guiding portion.

Abstract: A holding system for a dispensing system for hardenable materials comprising a dispensing gun and a product cartridge having a dispensing tip defining a dispensing opening. The holding system comprises a holding structure and a plug projection. Optionally, one or more guide ribs may be used. The holding structure comprises a side wall and a bottom wall and defines a main opening and a cartridge chamber. The plug projection extends from the bottom wall into the cartridge chamber. The at least one guide rib extends from the side wall into the cartridge chamber. The cartridge chamber is sized and dimensioned to receive the product cartridge. When the product cartridge is placed into the cartridge chamber, the guide rib is arranged to engage a portion of the dispensing system to facilitate entry of the plug projection into the dispensing opening. Optionally, one or more wall openings may be formed in the holding structure adjacent to the plug projection.

Abstract: A hook-like carrier adapted for attachment to and support by the belt of a user includes an attachment member having a pair of generally vertical, spaced slots which are adapted to receive the user's belt. Attached to an outer portion of the attachment member is a first element of a foldable hook. The first hook element is pivotally coupled to a second hook element such as by a first hinge and the second hook element is, in turn, pivotally coupled to a third hook element, such as by a second hinge. The hook elements are pivotally movable between a first folded configuration, such as when not in use, and a second extended configuration for engaging and supporting an article and maintaining the article securely in position in closely spaced relation to the user's waist.

Abstract: A baton carrier featuring an attachment assembly that is rotatable with respect to the holder portion of the carrier. The baton carrier can be placed in various angular positions with respect to the attachment assembly on the user's belt. The rotatable attachment assembly simplifies the removal of a baton, as well an enhancing comfort for the wearer, by allowing the user to position the carrier at an optimum angle. The baton carrier of the present invention can also accommodate belts of different widths. In one embodiment, the attachment assembly has an adjustable member whose position along the assembly can be changed to allow belts of different widths to be looped therethrough. In another embodiment, one of a plurality of inserts of various sizes may be selected for insertion within the belt loop of the attachment assembly.

Abstract: A hang tag to be suspended from a chain below the neck or attached to the shirt pocket of a wearer so as to enable the wearer to reliably carry a pair of glasses, or the like, at times when the glasses are not in use such as, for example, while exercising, bathing, enjoying the beach or, in the case of sunglasses, in cloudy conditions. The hang tag includes an elongated body having a longitudinally extending track formed therethrough. A thumb operated adjustable push pad is located in and slidable along the track. One arm of the pair of glasses to be carried is moved through the track and folded over the bottom edge thereof. A pushing force is then applied to the adjustable push pad to cause the push pad to slide axially along the track and into engagement with the hinge that connects the folded arm to the frame of the glasses. Accordingly, the push pad exerts a clamping force on the hinge to prevent the unintended removal of the eyeglasses from the hang tag.

Abstract: An ergonomic duty belt and ergonomic holster and belt loop assembly are disclosed which cooperate to provide a stable platform for a handgun in a holster and other accessories as well while providing superior comfort for the wearer. The ergonomic belt effectively has two widths, a narrow 1½ vertical effective width, which is against the wearer's body, and a traditional 2¼ inch exterior vertical width, which is sized to support the wearer's gear, such as a holster and a weapon. That portion of the ergonomic belt, which is against the wearer, is also padded for additional comfort. The ergonomic holster includes a belt loop assembly which is tapered and padded on its inner surface in the area where the assembly touches the wearer's body when worn as intended to better conform to the body of the wearer and minimize wearer discomfort.

Abstract: For holding a hand drill which has a main drill casing with a rearwardly projecting butt-end, a forwardly located chuck, and an elongate handle angularly related to and connecting with the main drill casing spaced from the rear extremity of the butt-end, a holster is provided including a lower receptacle capable of receiving a forward portion of the hand drill and preventing that forward portion from moving laterally away. Included is a means for resiliently urging the hand drill upwardly. The holster also includes an upper receptacle defining a downwardly opening aperture sized to slidingly receive the rearward butt-end of the casing.

Abstract: A clamping apparatus comprises a base plate and integral thereto, a fixed clamping jaw and a pivotal support. A movable clamping jaw opposes the fixed clamping jaw and is pivotally engaged with the pivotal support, thereby being rotatable between an open jaw attitude and a closed jaw attitude. A motion inhibitor prevents a workpiece from pressing against the movable clamping jaw. An actuation lever enables moving the movable clamping jaw from the closed jaw attitude to the open jaw attitude and an actuation finger is positioned for receiving contact with the workpiece for moving the movable clamping jaw from the open jaw attitude to the closed jaw attitude. A bias spring is engaged with the movable clamping jaw and enabled for inhibiting motion of the movable clamping jaw from both the open and closed jaw attitudes.

The shroud (45) may be secured to the lower mount (30), with strap (47) securing the lower mount (30) to a wearer's leg, thus forming a thigh holster.

In a preferred embodiment the reinforced article holder is typically a nylon holder body having a backing layer, an enclosure layer sewn to the backing layer and a holder interior between the layers. An elongated, tubular container for containing the syringe, medication or other article is removably inserted in the holder. An L-shaped reinforcing member, interposed between the backing layer and a cover layer which is sewn to the backing layer in the holder interior, maintains the holder body in a substantially rigid conformation and facilitates insertion of the container in the holder. A cover flap extends from the backing layer for selectively enclosing the container in the holder interior, and a belt loop is provided on the backing layer to facilitate carrying the holder body and enclosed container on a belt.

More particularly, the invention is an item that is removably attachable to a belt of a user, and functions to hold a hawk or spackle device so that the user does not have to put the item down while working. A generally vertical panel is affixed to the user's belt area and stays against the user's body. The second panel folds down from the first panel to a position parallel to the ground. The upper portion of each side wall contains an ear piece receptacle. A pair of front walls are spaced apart from each other to form a slot and spaced apart from the back wall to form an opening for a stethoscope chest piece. The belt adapter is hingedly attached to a back upper portion of the housing by an axially mounted rod.

A slit surrounds the lug while the lug is connected to one side of the wall of the slit and elastically deformable toward and away from the recess. The recess and lug mate with each other when the engaging portion is slid into the guide.

A reduced sized passage provides for movement of the container between the two openings and is sized to resist this movement, but not prevent it. Alternative embodiments of the holder incorporate devices to retain the holder on the user's belt, and or to retain the bottle within the holder.

When the tool is removed from the clamping device the it is automatically unclamped. When the tool is placed into the clamping device it is automatically clamped in place.

Abstract: A rigid frame tool belt assembly for suspending one or more multiple tool holders. The rigid frame tool belt assembly holds the tool holders out and away from a workman's body. The belt assembly allows for free and unobstructed movement of the body when wearing the belt assembly. The belt assembly includes a belt with attached rigid frame. The belt is secured around the workman's waist. The belt is of a wide padded design for the workman's comfort while supporting the weight of the tool holders from the rigid frame. The belt also has a quick attach and detach buckle with male and female members. The male and female members are releasably attached to extension straps. The straps are attached to opposite ends of the belt. The length of the extension straps is adjustable, from the belt to the male and female members, therefore allowing adjustment for different workman waist sizes. The rigid frame is also adjustable in size for different workman waist sizes.

Abstract: A sheath for secateurs comprises an elongated tray provided at an upper end with a mounting clip and at a lower end with an open rim extending along an outer periphery of the tray and consisting of a bottom rim portion and two vertical portions. The sheath is made from a polymer, and the rim vertical portion are elastically deformable and provided with retaining tongues serving to retain a secateur in the sheath. For easy manufacture of the sheath, the tray is provided with openings disposed behind respective ones of the tongues.

Abstract: A light spinning rod holster that mounts to the waistband of a user's swimsuit. It is constructed of lightweight corrosion-resistent plastic. At one end of the light spinning rod holster, the plastic is folded into a clip shape, which secures the light spinning rod holster to the waistband of a swimsuit. Disposed along the length of the light spinning rod holster is a tubular rod holder open at each end with a slot to secure a spinning rod into place in the tubular rod holder. An adjustable belt affixed to the bottom of the light spinning rod holster holds it in place against the thigh of a user and helps support some of the weight of the device and any spinning rod fixed therein.

The support includes a framework having frame portions extending laterally, vertically, longitudinally, and obliquely.

Abstract: A body-mounted, strap-on fishing rod holder primarily designed for use by a disabled person who has the use of one arm. The invention includes a stabilized frame, attachable to the user's body, upon which is secured an adjustable rod-receiving element. The rod-receiving element is adjustable to any desired vertical angle, and the entire apparatus is easily reversible for right- or left-hand operation. The user can cast and reel in a fishing line with one hand while in a sitting or standing position.

Abstract: A rifle sling support apparatus including an elongated belt securement strap having a base end, a tip end, and a securement mechanism affixed to the ends for securing the strap in a closed loop configuration about a belt fastened about a user's waist; a hook having an upper end, a lower end, a bend therebetween, and a pair of opposed cutouts formed on the bend and with each cutout sized for receiving a pistol grip or a stock of a rifle; and a hook angle adjustment mechanism secured between the belt securement strap and hook for adjusting the angular position of the hook with respect to the belt securement strap.
