The hang tag includes an elongated body having a longitudinally extending track formed therethrough. A thumb operated adjustable push pad is located in and slidable along the track. One arm of the pair of glasses to be carried is moved through the track and folded over the bottom edge thereof. A pushing force is then applied to the adjustable push pad to cause the push pad to slide axially along the track and into engagement with the hinge that connects the folded arm to the frame of the glasses.
