    Abstract: A suspendable pack has a cover that is secured to and overlies a pack. The cover is a comfortable seat cushion that is secured by straps to a top flap of the pack. The straps are adjustable to create a space that receives a seat. A person then has a comfortable place to sit, and the pack is out of the way of his feet, but still readily accessible. In a modified embodiment, the cover is a sheet that is sewn to the top flap in a manner that forms an open pocket that receives the seat. A pad can be inserted between the seat and the sheet.
