Abstract: A utility belt assembly for use with electronic devices such as electronic game devices, cellular telephones, and digital cameras has one principal pouch or container, and may have several smaller ones for cellular telephones, and other electronic related devices. The principal container has a large pocket into which a game electronic device or other device may be stored while not in use. A folding unit extends out from the principle container and has a plurality of storage pouches or pockets into which may be placed, for example memory devices, game cartridges, and batteries. The folding unit is attached to the bottom of the principal pouch and will fold back upon itself and the front of the principal pouch. A cover attached to the top back of the principal pouch, when closed, encloses the principal pouch and the folding unit.

Abstract: A multi-configurable holster system includes a rail system that allows a holster to be positioned in an infinite amount of positions and configurations. The rail system may attach to various parts of the body. The system may include a firearm holster, a magazine holster, a handcuff holster and a flashlight or baton holster. Each holster is adjustable and may accommodate various sized pieces of law enforcement equipment.

Abstract: A tool belt mounts receiver blocks, preferably of at least two types, permanently along its length. Each receiver block releasibly receives and engages an attaching block of complimentary configuration, the two blocks serving as a two-portion connector. Each attaching block serves to attach, or is integral with, (i) one of any number of tool holders of diverse configurations, each of which tool holders serves to support an associated tool, and/or (ii) a tool itself. The belt is preferably made from web fabric, the receiver blocks and attaching blocks from strong molded plastic, and the tool holders from leather, steel and like materials contoured and adapted to engage and hold portable tools including hand tools.

Abstract: A modular personal container has a stiff container shaped to receive and support a soft container in the preferred configuration of a tool belt. Both containers provide correspondingly shaped fixating and positioning features. The fixating features interlock the soft container with the stiff container. The interlocked soft container is then lowered down onto the stiff container until positioning edges of the soft container contact positioning shoulders of the stiff container. Pockets laterally protruding from the stiff container provide the positioning shoulders. A shoulder belt may be simultaneously snapped on lugs individually attached on both containers. A loose hip belt of the assembled soft container is packed away in a belt pocket recessed from a smooth rear side of the stiff container. The stiff container has a handgrip and a top lid for accessing a storage volume of the stiff container with or without the soft container being attached.

Abstract: A worn janitorial supply carrier for even weight distribution and convenient access to carried janitorial supplies, the carrier having a back panel; left and right hip panels; left and right shoulder straps; lacings, straps and take up buckles adjustably interconnecting the back panel, the left and right hip panels, and the left and right shoulder straps; reinforcing straps extending laterally across the lower ends of the left and right hip panels; stitchings interconnecting the reinforcing straps and the left and right hip panels, the left and right hip panels, the stitchings, and the reinforcing straps defining hook receiving channels; upwardly opening bottle receptacles; and “S” hooks removably attaching upper ends of the upwardly opening bottle receptacles to the lower ends of the left and right hip panels, the “S” hooks engaging the channels.

Abstract: A nail coil and tool holding assembly, having a belt and a number of nail coil pouches each having a front and a rear. The rear of each pouch is attached to the belt by a single rivet. Pivotal attachment onto the belt by the rivet allows the pouches to be rotated to maximize ease of access to the nails. A hammer holder, a utility knife holder pouch, and a pencil holder pouch may be attached to the belt by means of fastening material attached to the rear surface of the belt. Each nail coil pouch has an open top lip and a vertical slot on the front surface, to facilitate easy access to the nails. The nail coils may be positioned in the nail coil pouch so that the points of the nails are oriented towards the pouch rear to minimize the risk of injury to the user.

Abstract: A belt caddy for carrying a number of cylindrical paintball containers during a war game. The outer face of the belt is lined with a first type of hook-and-loop fabric fastener. Each of the containers is surrounded by an elastic sleeve mounting over approximately half of its longitudinal outer surface, a first patch of a second type of hook-and-loop fastener and, over the remainder of the outer surface, the same type of hook-and-loop fabric fastener as the web. The containers can be bunched together in a pack and secured to the belt by interconnection of the hook-and-loop fastener materials. A pair of cooperating straps are used to further cinch the pack of containers to the belt.

Abstract: A modular leg pack system is shown and described, embodiments of which include a belt or belt sleeve for wearing around the body, and preferably at the top of the hips, and preferably two thigh opposing bags. The thigh bags extend from just below the belt to above the knee. One or more top connectors attach the top of the bag to the belt, and a bottom leg strap extends from the bottom of the bag around the inside of the leg. To assist in natural movement of the bag with the leg, the preferred top connectors have a pivot point that allows the bag to pivot in a direction parallel to the motion of the leg. Additionally, it is preferred to have the top connector rotatable relative to the belt in a plane perpendicular to the outer surface of the belt, and rotatable relative to the bag in a plane perpendicular to the back plane of the bag. Openings of the bags are positioned to be easily accessible by the user, usually on the top of the bag.

The assembly is thus stabilized, and enhanced weight distribution is achieved. Abstract: A tool pouch includes an internal tool receiving portion and an external tool receiving portion such that the internal tool receiving portion is insertable into the user pocket to provide a protective tool holder within the user pocket and the external tool receiving portion is positioned outside of the user pocket for receiving tools. The internal tool receiving portion has first and second internal members which are generally planar elements that are attached to each other to form an internal tool receiving cavity. The external tool receiving portion has first and second external members which are generally planar elements that are attached to each other to form a second tool receiving cavity. The internal and external tool receiving portions are connected at a bail. Any part of the internal or external tool receiving portions may be substantially formed from a multi-layered piece of material. An underlying stiffening element may be used to strengthen any portion of the tool pouch.

Abstract: A protective case to be worn by an individual for carrying a medical device that may be required in case of allergic or asthmatic reactions or diabetic reactions. The case includes a rigid receptacle to protect the medical device. The case can be worn on a person's belt or it may be permanently fixed to a belt or a band that can be worn around the waist, an arm or a leg. For a standard syringe, the receptacle comprises an elongated, rigid cylindrical tube which fits closely about the syringe. The receptacle further includes an open end that is covered by a cap that can be readily removed to provide easy access to the syringe inside the tube and which protects the syringe from contamination. The case is unobtrusive in appearance and does not hamper the individual's movements thus allowance it to be worn at all times.

Abstract: An improved rigid carpenter's belt with lumbosacral support includes end sections to accept a plurality of interchangeable looped carpenter pouches with Velcro strips to attach the pouches to corresponding Velcro strips on the carpenter belt. The belt comprises a belt structure of leather having a buckle on one end and holes in the other end to form a releasable coupling and a central section of increased height, cephalad and caudoly, to provide lumbosacral support extending laterally within the central section and fabricated of foam-like material covered with split leather. Laterally disposed on opposite sides of the lumbosacral support.

Abstract: A portable carrying apparatus for holding and carrying a compact disc (CD) player and a plurality of different compact discs and including a top lid portion, a middle CD holding portion and a bottom CD player holding portion. All of the portions of the portable carrying apparatus are hingeably connected together so that they can be independently moved away from each other. The top lid portion is held in place against the CD holding portion of the portable apparatus through attachment means. With the top lid portion moved upwardly and away, the CD holding portion which holds a plurality of compact discs is exposed so that the user can take one or more of the compact discs and remove it from the CD holding portion. Thereafter, the CD holding portion itself can be moved away from the bottom CD player holding portion of the portable carrying apparatus.

Abstract: A workbelt pouch for use at a worksite is disclosed. The pouch includes pockets designed to hold electrician's tools. Additionally, exterior pockets are formed in a unique manner and reinforced using rivets in the bottom thereof to prevent sharp objects from wearing through the bottom of the pockets.

The main portion comprises a front panel and a rear panel. The front panel is stitched to the rear panel along the main portion sides and main portion bottom, defining a main compartment which is sized to hold credit-card size items and is accessible at the main portion top. A main flap extends over the main portion top and secures onto the front panel, maintaining objects in the main compartment safely therein. A storage sleeve extends horizontally along the main portion bottom, and allows storage of a cylindrical object, such as a lipstick canister. A clip is attached to main portion at the rear panel, and allows the pocket to be attached over the horizontal garment surface.

Abstract: A combined work-belt with detachable pouches for holding small tools and supplies, and an organizing pouch storage unit. The work-belt is made from strong, flexible material and includes a plurality of apertures with grommets extending along its length. Each of the pouches has two heavy duty metal hooks for supporting the pouch on two of the apertures. The organizing pouch storage unit also contains a plurality of apertures for accepting the hooks of the pouches. Each of the pouches has a storage location on the unit with indicia provided to indicate the contents of the pouch normally stored at that location. The pouches are provided in various shapes and sizes for holding hardware, tools or supplies and include two apertures along their bottom edge, for consecutively attaching another pouch to the bottom of the first pouch. This consecutive attachment can be repeated several times such that a plurality of pouches is suspended from a single pouch location on either the storage unit or the work-belt.

Abstract: A painter's utility belt is comprised of an elongated sash with a widened middle portion embedded with lumbar support inserts. The ends of the sash are releasably attached by a buckle on an adjustable strap. A strip of reinforcing webbing is attached longitudinally on the sash. Loops are formed along the webbing for holding tools, such as a scraper and screwdrivers. A pocket is centered on the sash for holding a sanding block. A pair of vertical loops closed with buckles are attached near the ends of the sash for holding caulking guns, tape, or paint cans. A pair of D-rings are attached to the webbing near the opposite ends for holding a hammer, a rag, etc. A pair of combination pockets are releasably attached to the sash in positions corresponding to the hip positions on the user. The combination pockets are each comprised of a paint pocket lined with a liquid resistant material for holding paint, and a plurality of tool pockets for holding tools.

Abstract: The present invention relates to tool carriers usually used on work belts, aprons, bucket carriers and the like. The present invention comprises a tool carrier or bag that has at least one handle on the top thereof so that it can be carried from place to place in an upright position, either while it is still on a work belt that is not currently being worn or being carried by itself. In the preferred embodiment, a structurally strong handle is attached to the back of the tool carrier proximate the area in which a belt may be inserted through the tool carrier by heavy duty attachment means. It is preferable to use two tool carriers each having a handle through which the user's hand is inserted in order to provide even weight distribution when the belt is being carried from place to place.

Abstract: A sports utility belt includes a belt adapted to be worn around the waste of a player, and a bat holder attached to the belt and adapted to hold either a baseball or softball bat. The bat holder has an inner surface contoured to fit a portion of the bat and hold the bat in a substantially horizontal position behind the player. The bat holder is preferably made from two sections separated by a living hinge that allows the bat holder to open and close. The sports utility belt may also include a pouch attached to the belt to hold a baseball or softball and a strap adapted to secure a baseball or softball glove to the belt.

Abstract: A waist pack for carrying footwear, in particular in-line or other skates, includes a waist strap with left and right waist sections each including a narrow belt section and a wider belt section. Left and right footwear carrying assemblies are connected to the respective left and right waist sections for holding, for example, in-line skates. The left and right footwear carrying assemblies include first and second support straps each including a first end connected to the corresponding wider belt section and a free end. One of the first and second support straps includes a wider portion for extending about the footwear and a first fastener for cooperating with another fastener at the other of the first and second support straps.

Abstract: A multi-use belt that is designed to be used during sporting activities as well as in social environments. A carrying element and a ball holder may be attached to the belt. The carrying element is adapted to hold instruments for use in a sporting activity. The instruments are held horizontally so that sharp edges do not poke or irritate the user. The ball holder comprises at least one elastic ring that is formed from a helical spring. The carrying element and the ball holder hold objects close to the user's center of mass and the objects are firmly held so that there is little or no relative motion between the objects and the user.

Abstract: A drainage receptacle support system for use by a post operative patient. The support device includes an adjustable belt and a plurality of pockets for individually receiving a drainage receptacle. A loop is provided on the back of the pockets for slidably receiving the belt, so that the pockets may be positioned directly underneath an insertion point for the drainage tubes. The loop is positioned so that the pockets are held in a generally upright position. Preferably the support device is lightweight and washable, and the pockets and the loop include padding to distribute the weight of the receptacle.

Abstract: An accessory holder for attaching to a person's belt or clothing, allows for the carrying of a variety of tools and accessories, while the wearer's hands remain free for performing other tasks. This accessory holder allows leashes, power cords, tools, bicycle helmets, and other items, which are too large for pants pockets, to be carried. The accessory holder is comprised of a flexible, folding, nylon body, having a front side and a rear side. The front side is comprised of a clothing fastener for fastening the accessory holder to a belt or clothing. The front side has a pair of light attachment points, which when coupled, fold the front side together. The rear side has a pair of heavy attachment points with a load area located therebetween. An accessory is placed in the load area and the heavy attachment points are coupled, leaving the accessory or a part thereof cradled in the load area for easy carrying.

Abstract: A handcuff container (1) is made of pieces (3, 4, 5) of material that are connected together to form compartments (13, 19) between the pieces into which a pair of handcuffs may be held. One of the handcuffs (the "inner" handcuff) is held in the inner compartment (13) which is formed by the two inner pieces (3, 4), and the second handcuff (the "outer" handcuff) is held in the outer compartment (19) which is formed by fastening the two outer pieces (4, 5) to each other using a releasable fastener (22A, 22B). When thus held in place, the outer handcuff is partially exposed. The handcuff container (1) can be attached to a user's belt (7) or equipment. Using a natural forward motion, the user, such as a law enforcement or security officer, grabs onto the outer handcuff which wedges between the outer two pieces (4, 5) that make up the outer compartment (19) and releases the fastener.

The ball holder (2) has two elastic rings (21), which are connected to each other by strips (23, 24). The carrying device enables easy carrying of the necessary golf utensils without interferring with the swing motion and without disturbing the concentration of the player.

A strap has one end connected to the first end portion of the central body and a free distal end. The strap is extendible between a retracted position at which the distal end contacts the central body and an extended position at which the distal end is spaced from the central body. A key pouch is attached to the distal end of the strap and movable with the distal end between a retracted position at which the key pouch contacts the central body and an extended position at which the key pouch is spaced from the central body. The second end portion receives a watch or cardiovascular monitoring device. The central body is adapted to receive a water bottle to be carried with the user for convenience. A drinking tube is provided so that the user can drink while wearing the belt.

Abstract: A belt for carrying tennis balls and the like for wearing around the waist of its user. The belt comprises of six pockets for which tennis balls are carried. Hook and loop fasteners at each end of the belt serve as means to connect the two ends of the belt. The ball belt can be adjusted to fit a small or large waist by adjusting the position of the hook and loop fasteners.

Abstract: A holder for carrying ceiling grid members and ceiling installation tools and supplies. The holder first and second cylinders suspended from a waist strap for receiving the ceiling grid members. A waste cylinder is coupled to the first cylinder and is operable to receive waste grid members resulting from a cutting procedure. A plurality of pouches and loops are coupled to the cylinders for supporting various ceiling installation tools such as a rivet gun, tape measure, saw, circle cutter, chalk line, and the like.

A first pocket is attached to the upper front corner of the first side of the support. A second pocket is attached to the first side of the support adjacent to the first pocket. A third pocket for elongated substantially cylindrical objects such as drill bits, allen wrenches, hole punches, nail sets, files, and screwdrivers is attached to the first side of the support below the first pocket. A fourth pocket for holding an oblong tool such as a razor knife, wire stripper, fuse puller, ratchet, or pocket knife is attached to the front side of the second pocket. A fifth pocket for holding a writing instrument is attached to the front side of the third pocket. The tool holder is secured to the waist of the user by inserting a belt in a tunnel of material at the top of the support.

Abstract: A belt clip for securing a device such as a personal communications device, e.g. a paper or radio, to one's belt or clothing includes a tool having tool elements such as a screw driver, knife, bottle cap opener, file, letter opener, cork screw, scissors, etc. The tool itself may include means for securing it directly to the body of the personal communication device. The belt clip may also include a sheath to cover the tool. Alternatively, the sheath may include the means for securing the belt clip to the body of the personal communications device.
