Abstract: A package includes a structure and a handle structure portion. The structure constitutes a housing space to house a packaged object. The handle structure portion is disposed in the structure, formed by a perforated line, and lifted from the structure. The perforated line includes a cut portion, a connecting portion, and a notched cut line. The notched cut line is provided with respect to a central reference line that is an axis of symmetry of the handle structure portion. The notched cut line includes a base portion and a leading end. The notched cut line is included within a range closer to the boundary point than a center line of the connecting portion parallel to the lifting direction of the handle structure portion.

Abstract: A method that protects helium balloons, which are shipped via shipping routes that expose the balloons to elevated temperatures that cause the balloons to lose helium gas at increased rates, from such effects includes providing a shipping box; lining the shipping box with a metalized sheet that provides insulation against heat conduction; placing at least one balloon in the lined shipping box; surrounding the at least one balloon with the metalized sheet from all sides thereof; closing the box; and shipping the box to a customer, whereby the balloons are rendered less susceptible to the elevated temperatures or reduced ambient pressures while travelling over the shipping routes.

Abstract: A foldable drink cup holder that holds up to a dozen or more beverage cups as well as straws, and provides multiple layers of horizontal stabilization for the cups in addition to providing large footprints for text and graphics, including angled and square-cut corners structured to abut against each other when the holder is in a folded configuration to provide a flat side that is rigid and stable when holding multiple filled drink cups and straws. A non-foldable unitary cup drink holder with straw holders and handholds is also provided.

Abstract: Containers for storing and transporting items such as but not limited to traditional disposable aluminum pans, and methods of arranging such containers. A first container includes a base panel, four side panels coupled to the base panel, two cover panels pivotally coupled to two of the side panels, and two top panels pivotally coupled to the other two side panels. A second container includes a base panel, four side panels coupled to the base panel, two cover panels pivotally coupled to two of the side panels, a top panel pivotally coupled to another of the side panels, a front panel pivotally coupled to the top panel, and a separation panel pivotally coupled to the last of the side panels. The containers are configured to be arranged in assembled configurations that define enclosed compartments suitable for storing items.

Abstract: A foldable hang tab has a body that includes a hook extending from a base. The hook includes first and second hook portions disposed against one another and joined at a fold. The base includes first and second base portions that partially overlap one another or interlock. The disclosure provides a configuration wherein the base of the foldable hang tab body is configured to be adhered to merchandise or to a merchandise storage container. The disclosure also provides a configuration wherein the base is placed inside a merchandise storage container with the hook protruding through a slot defined by the container.

Abstract: A box is made by folding a sheet of material. Preferably, the box is formed by applying adhesive and folding using a machine, and a waterproof or water resistant coating is applied so that the box is configured for use as a cooler. The box includes (a) a storage portion, including a bottom panel, a first end panel, a second end panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel; (b) four corner panels; (c) a top panel including tabs; and (d) a latching panel attached to the first side panel and pivotable relative thereto about a fold line, the latching panel including first and second subpanels. The latching panel includes cuts extending between and dividing the first and second subpanels through which the tabs respectively extend when the cooler is in a closed position.

Abstract: The invention provides a paper cup holder with carrying handles, comprising a first base board, a first wall board, a surface board, a second wall board and a second base board located on one extension line, connected sequentially, and forming a tubular structure. The first and second base boards overlap with each other and jointly serve as a bottom surface of the tubular structure. The first base board is partially connected with the surface board to increase a load capacity of the paper cup holder. The surface board is provided with two carrying handle forming line sets and at least two cup inlet forming lines. The surface board forms two carrying handles based on the two carrying handle forming line sets and forms two hollow areas, and each of the two hollow areas and at least one of the cup inlet forming lines jointly form a cup inlet.

Abstract: A carton for packaging one or more articles includes an extendible handle. The handle includes at least one handle panel and a collapsible structure. The collapsible structure couples the at least one handle panel to a main body of the carton. The collapsible structure comprises a pair of hinged panels. The hinged panels include an inner panel hingedly connected by a first fold line to an outer panel. The inner panel is hingedly connected to the main body of the carton. The outer panel is hingedly connected to the at least one handle panel. The collapsible tubular structure further includes an expansion facilitator which has at least one tab coupled to one of the inner and outer panels. The at least one tab interrupts the first fold line.

When the container is in a closed configuration, a handle can be formed by the two handle flaps and comprise two engagement end tabs located at two opposing ends of the handle. The handle can be removably coupled to the side flaps by the engagement end tabs engaging with the openings of the side flaps. Abstract: Disclosed is a partition and cover structure that can be accommodated in a shoebox and can be made from one or more conveniently grooved and cut cardboard sheets. The structure includes a substantially rectangular base divided into first and second portions having trapezoidal rectangular shape. The portions of base are consecutive to each other at a respective edge coincident with the oblique side of the aforesaid trapezoidal shape. A pair of mutually opposed partition walls are connected, by way of a fold, to the portions of base at the aforesaid edges, respectively. The structure further includes four side walls two-by-two mutually opposite with respect to the portions of base and connected to the latter by way of respective folds. Also disclosed is a shoebox including the structure, and to one or more substantially flat elements foldable in suitable manner to obtain such structure.

Abstract: A rigid and tamper evident evidence container exhibiting interconnected sides, a bottom and upwardly extending and inter-foldable flaps for sealing and holding items of evidence in a secure and documentation verifiable fashion. The rigid and corrugated material exhibits either waterproof/non-fluid absorbent or fluid absorbent properties and is particularly suited for use by law enforcement personnel in the collection of evidence for criminal prosecution. Access and tamper-evident resealing structure is located along at least one facing side of the rigid material to allow for documentable re-entry of a pre-sealed container. The tamper-evident resealing structure includes a corrugated punch out section for establishing access to previously tagged evidence, combined with an over sized rigid or flexible patch with a tacky application surface for establishing secure re-closure of the opening.

Abstract: An inmate locker incorporating a corrugated paperboard board having a generally three dimensional rectangular body with an open interior. The body includes a lid hingedly attached along an edge thereof, the lid including one or more window apertures which are covered by a flexible mylar or other plastic material adhered to outer or underside perimeter encircling edges of the lid. The lid further includes a fold over flap exhibiting at least one inter-engaging portion configured on an inner facing surface and which, upon closing the lid over an open top of the body, interengages with an aligning inter-engaging portion configured upon an exterior facing side location of the body. Handhold apertures are configured at overlapping locations of the fold over flap and side location of the body upon closing and sealing the lid over the open top.

The lids are connected with the body, are respectively located in spaces which are respectively formed in the body and the handles, and connecting portions between the body and the lids are bendable.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to a sandwich carrier handle and carrier for transporting a sandwich, including a plurality of wall portions hingedly joined at a plurality of fold lines. The plurality of wall portions are configured and dimensioned to fold at the plurality of fold lines to form a structure which wraps around the sandwich carrier. The exemplary sandwich carrier handle includes a first end including a first handle portion and a second end including a second handle portion. The first and second handle portions are configured and dimensioned to releasably interlock. The exemplary sandwich carrier handle includes a first open end and an opposing open end of the structure configured and dimensioned to permit the passage of the sandwich carrier therethrough. Exemplary embodiments are further directed to a method of transporting a sandwich carrier.

The enclosure devices include a flat base, first and second side panels substantially perpendicularly disposed relative to the flat base, first and second sloped panels disposed at an angle relative to the flat base and the first and second side panels, an art piece receiving space disposed between the first side panel, the second side panel, and the flat base, and a canopy space substantially disposed between the first sloped panel and the second sloped panel. The art piece receiving space is configured to retain the art piece as the flat base contacts a back surface of the art piece. The canopy space is configured to be disposed above a medium applied surface of the art piece.

The base tray may include an upper level panel, at least one middle level panel and a lower level panel. The carton has a first dispensing configuration in which the carton is resting on one of the front and back panels and the beverage containers are resting on their sides. A hinge on the bottom panel divides the bottom panel into two bottom panel portions. With the carton in the first dispensing configuration and the containers supported on their sides, the two bottom panel portions are in a common plane and the hinge is oriented in the vertical direction.

Abstract: A consumer box having a lid with ventilating windows. The box can comprise a storage portion and a lid portion. The lid portion may include flaps that can be secured together to form the lid and windows. The subject invention allows the consumer to see the product being stored in the boxes through the windows and also to remove the box from a nested tray using the flaps. The flaps are also secured in such a way that the box, storing a product, may be carried using the flaps. In one embodiment, the boxes are designed to carry fresh produce, and the windows allow for the product to be ventilated so as to maintain the freshness of the produce.

Abstract: A collapsible cardboard box including, in an erected state, a back wall, an opposing front wall, a first side wall and an opposing second side wall. In its collapsed state, the box includes a first through hole in the front portion and a second through hole in the back portion. A projecting handle of an underlying box can be accommodated in an opening of a next overlying box, when the packages are assembled in stacked relation one upon the other, such as in palletized form.

Abstract: A package of specialty shingles is provided, preferably for containing hip, ridge or rake shingles, with support in the bottom of the package for the shingles that is complementary to the lower ends of nested, stacked shingles in the package. Shaped constraining devices are provided, for retaining the shape of shingles in the package. An assembly of packages of the specialty shingles is provided, in a tray arrangement, and a pallet assembly of various levels of such packages disposed on a pallet are also provided.

Abstract: One embodiment of the carrier has a central vertical support panel structure with two foldable receptacles extending outwardly from the vertical support panel structure. The outside wall of each receptacle is extended upwardly and bent over to cover the receptacle, and the top portions of those walls are joined together to form a carrying handle structure, either with or without the upper portion of the vertical support panel structure. The portions of the outside walls forming the covers can have openings to receive the necks of bottles such as wine and beer bottles to give added lateral support for the bottles. A simplified embodiment uses only one of the foldable receptacles and has two lateral side walls which extend upwardly and join together to form a handle structure.
