Abstract: An atomized cleaning device includes a container, an atomizing module, and a sprayer. The container has a chamber for receiving a liquid. The atomizing module has a sleeve and an air inlet pipe. The atomizing module is provided with an air hole to connect the air inlet pipe to the chamber to introduce a part of the air current of the air inlet pipe into the chamber. Thus, when the smaller partial air current of the air current in the air inlet pipe is introduced through the air hole into the chamber to balance the air pressure in the chamber, the cleaning liquid in the chamber is accelerated to flow into the sprayer by suction of the larger partial air current to increase the flow rate of the atomized liquid largely.

Abstract: A spray gun (1) has a fluid reservoir (11) with a removable liner (13) received in a container (12) having a detachable lid (15). The liner (13), which may be thermo/vacuum-formed from a planar material, has a shape that corresponds to and is a close fit within the interior of the container (12) and collapses as fluid is withdrawn from within the liner (13) during operation of the spray gun (1). The lid (15) has an outlet (16) connected to an inlet on the spray gun (1) for transfer of liquid from the reservoir (11) to the spray gun (1) and the container (12) has a vent (12A) in the base end for admitting air between the container (12) and the liner (13) as liquid is withdrawn from within the liner (13).

  • Patent number: 7878425
Abstract: A conventional liquid spray gun having a compressed air supply equipped with a liquid, e.g. paint, container for supplying the liquid to be sprayed onto a target surface. The container has a closed bottom, an open top and a cylindrical sidewall. A removable cover is attached over the open top of the container, and the cover has a pair of apertures extending through it, one of which holds a proximal end of a rigid tube whose distal end extends to a point close to the container's bottom. Slidingly mounted on the rigid tube is a generally circular, movable plunger whose periphery engages the cylindrical sidewall of the container. Pressurized air injected through the second aperture in the cover forces the plunger against the liquid's surface and causes the liquid to flow through the lumen of the rigid tube to the liquid inlet port of the spray gun.

Abstract: An atomizer provides a control of duty cycle or a motor driving a diaphragm pump. By providing precise, high-speed flow through an eductor nozzle, improved atomization occurs. However, to control the total volume of atomized liquid discharged, the delay time between operational time periods may also be controlled. Thus, a very effective atomizer provides economical use of essential oils by control duty cycle. Precision modeling provides highly integrated subsystems providing superior performance and reliability.

Abstract: A spray gun reservoir has an oversize central opening 130 at one end allowing liquid to be added to the reservoir for fast filling with reduced risk of spillage. A cap member 132 is connectable to the reservoir and has a spout 115 providing a fluid outlet of reduced size relative to the opening 130 for connection to the spray gun. The reservoir can be disconnected from the cap member 132 when it is desired to add liquid to the reservoir. In this way, the reservoir can be re-filled in use.
