Abstract: Provided is a disposable grinder mounted on or demounted from a mixer. The disposable grinder includes a cover that opens or closes an opening of a container, a rotation shaft that is rotatably installed on a central portion of the cover, is mounted on the mixer, and is supplied with a rotational force of the mixer, a grinding part that is coupled to the rotation shaft so as to be housed inside the container and has a plurality of grinding blades receiving a rotational force of the rotation shaft to grind contents contained in the container, and a plurality of ribs that protrude radially from the central portion of the cover and from an inner surface of the cover, and collide with the contents ground by the grinding part to re-grind the ground contents.
Abstract: The invention relates to a paper processing product and, in particular, to a shredder that crinkles paper stripes. The shredder has a shaft set driven by a motor. The shaft set includes at least two shafts rotating in opposite directions. Cutting blade sets are mounted on the shafts. Paper enters the entry of a paper passage formed by the shafts, and gets shredded into chips by the cutting blades. Since the exit of the paper passage is provided with a movable stopper, paper stripes are pushed by the rotating cutting blades to pass the stopper and become crinkled. The stopper is triggered to open by a certain force, letting the paper stripes fall. In addition to the functions of a usual shredder, the paper stripes thus made can be recycled.

Abstract: Disclosed is a kitchen waste disposal system which includes a residue feeding mechanism, a mechanical gear grinding mechanism and a paddle-type stirring mechanism. The residue feeding mechanism receives kitchen waste and leads the kitchen waste into a mechanical gear grinding zone in the disposal system. The mechanical gear grinding mechanism is provided with a double-shaft bi-directional gear grinding component. Two gear shafts are arranged in parallel and rotate in opposite directions. Each gear shaft is provided with first buckle gears and second buckle gears, and the first buckle gears and the second buckle gears are combined to crush the kitchen waste from the residue feeding mechanism. Abstract: The present invention relates generally to brush cutters and baling machines and methods of operation therefor, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for brush cutting and baling wood chips formed during land clearing activities. The apparatus includes a vehicle having front and rear ends. A brush cutter is carried at the front end of the vehicle. The brush cutter has a housing and a brush cutting head mounted for rotation within the housing. The brush cutting head has a support body and a plurality of cutting teeth mounted thereon. Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for recycling coal ash comprising an unburned coal ash recovery unit and a lightweight aggregate manufacturing unit and is provided in an existing thermoelectric power plant and in which coal ash generated in the thermoelectric power plant is completely recycled for specific purposes using the coal ash recycling apparatus. According to the invention, the surrounding environment can be prevented from being contaminated during the transportation of waste to a recycling factory and transportation expenses can be reduced. Moreover, coal ash is completely recycled for specific uses, such that unburned carbon contained in the coal ash can be used. Also, coal ash can be recycled even as concrete admixtures having strict standards. In addition, the present invention can prevent environmental contamination caused by the landfilling of waste and recycle waste, thereby reducing the loss of land and the waste of resources.

Abstract: A system for processing a supply of post consumer scrap linear low density or low density polyethylene film into near-virgin quality blown film product. The system includes tearing the supply of film in a shredder, wherein the surface area of the film is exposed, including delaminating the film. The torn supply of film is washed in a water bath including a surfactant. The film is agitated in the bath containing the surfactant wherein contaminants on the film are removed from the film. The washed film is ground into smaller pieces and additional washing of the ground film in a rotating friction washer occurs wherein additional contaminants are removed from the film. The ground film is then dried in a dryer and compacted in a compactor without addition of water into granulated objects of near-virgin quality blown film product.

Abstract: Universal Recycling Disposal Machine designed to recycle and dispose almost all daily Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) that generated by homes, offices and public places which refer to trash/rubbish. Abstract: A belt tensioning system configured to more effectively maintain the proper tension in a belt that can be engaged and disengaged. Proper tension in the belt is maintained even if the belt stretches or contracts by including a spring biased member between a tension wheel and a pivot frame. Abstract: An improved hand grinding essence extractor in combination with a liquid container for the direct blending of freshly extracted edible and aromatic oils and such is provided. A hand grinding essence extractor and liquid container combination is provided in which a grinder assembly is removably connected to, and in fluid communication with, a liquid dispensing container. The container is operatively connected to a the grinder assembly such that it is removably connects to the liquid dispensing container, as well as in fluid communication with the liquid volume. Placement of the grinder assembly at the top, middle, or any specific orientation or configuration should be equivalent, given the fluid communication between the comminuted foodstuff and the liquid volume such that the extraction of edible and aromatic oils can directly blend with any liquid contents of the volume.
Abstract: A document shredder with a motor, a cutting unit, and a motor control, wherein the motor control may start, stop and reverse the motor. The motor control may limit the maximally allowed load of the motor to a predetermined load limit value. In case the motor reaches the maximally allowed load limit value, the load limit value may be increased for a predetermined time, either manually or automatically. In this way a short overload does not lead to a paper jam and the shredder does not have to be reversed, which may cause a paper mess in the workplace. The motor may be a direct current motor and/or a series motor, so that the load limit value may be defined by a maximally allowable motor current.
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods for grinding and reducing spices prior to application of the spices. In some embodiments, a spice grinding system may include a powered base and at least a first spice container. The powered base may include an electric motor and a control system. The control system may function to activate the electric motor. The first spice container may be releasably couplable to the powered base. In some embodiments, the first spice container may include a first opening in the first spice container configured to contain spice. In some embodiments, the first spice container may include a grinding mechanism. The powered base may function to rotate a portion of the first spice container and simultaneously inhibit another portion of the first spice container from rotating, in order to grind/sift spice in the first spice container.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a food garbage disposer including: a reaction vessel which includes a hopper into which food garbage is introduced, a heating tank filed with heat-medium oil to heat the hopper, and at least one heater to heat the heat-medium oil in the hopper; an automatic filter which includes an automatic injection nozzle and filters vapor discharged from the reaction vessel; a condenser which condenses the vapor passed through the automatic filter and separate the vapor into condensed water and air; a condensed-water purifier which purifies the condensed water produced by the condenser and supplies the purified water to the automatic injection nozzle of the automatic filter; a deodorizer which purifies and deodorizes the air produced by the condenser; and an air circulation adjuster which mixes the air passed through the deodorizer with external air and reintroduces the mixed water into the reaction vessel.
Abstract: Clean glass particles are produced from post-consumer mixed glass and like waste streams by a series of pulverizing, size- and material-based separation, ozonation, drying, sizing, and paper fluff removal steps.
