Abstract: A hygienic magnetic-electric toothbrush holder capable of suspending one or more electric toothbrushes, without prejudice to brand or housing style. The present invention is based on the fact that all electric toothbrushes internally consist of parts which are made with iron, steel, or alloys of these metals, which attach through the plastic housing of the electric toothbrush, to an external magnet. The present invention is designed with a magnet for the suspension and a second magnet for the prevention of lateral movement, of the electric toothbrush. The magnets are coated, on the front flat surface, with a non-slip material to prevent sliding of the electric toothbrush. The present invention may be attached to a base unit for the countertop. The present invention may be made of plastic, metal, ceramic, or other hygienic water-proof material. The design of the present invention allows for easy cleaning and inspection to ensure hygienic cleanliness.

The top disk is provided with a plurality of kidney-shaped apertures for receipt of the hook at the end of the elastic strap, or for a user's fingers or tool that might be used in releasing the magnetic base from attachment to a ferrous surface. Each clamp arm has a plurality of magnets which engage either corresponding magnets or other ferromagnetic members on an opposing clamp arm, when the clamp arm is in an engaging, or closed configuration.

A beverage holder support has a connecting end and a locking end. The locking end has a protruding portion having an outside diameter sized to fit inside a pool noodle and an annular wall having an inside diameter sized to fit around the pool noodle. The connecting end has a beverage holder support receiver for receiving the beverage holder connector.

Abstract: An ESL and ESL holder combination includes a locking mechanism for releasably securing the ESL to the ESL holder and an ESL provided with at least one gripping means for cooperative engagement with the ESL holder. A protruding, spring loaded locking element is arranged on the ESL for cooperative engagement with the shelf edge rail. The ESL holder is attachable to the edge of a shelf, the ESL holder being provided with one or more receiving means such as slots for receiving the gripping means and the locking element in cooperative engagement. The spring loaded locking element arranged adjacent to the gripping means and positioned on the ESL such that the spring loaded locking element cannot enter the receiving means on the ESL holder during insertion of the gripping means into the receiving means, and such that it enters the receiving means by spring action when the gripping means is brought into a hooked position, in the receiving means.

Abstract: An improved, sanitary utensil mounting system for a self-serving food area that has at least one overhanging, transparent protective panel that prevents respiratory and direct contact contamination of the food by customers. The system includes an anchor plate is at least one magnet that is magnetically attracted to an outside base located on the outside surface of the panel directly opposite the anchor plate. Attached the anchor plate is an elastic cord. Attached to the lower end of the cord is a dishwasher safe dual ring connector that selectively attaches to a slide lock hook formed on the distal end of the utensil's handle. The slide lock hook includes an upper portion that allows the utensil to slide freely over the dual ring connector.

Abstract: A holder for securing objects having a plate for securing to a surface and a pair of opposed grippers rotatably mounted on the plate. The grippers are mirror images of each other and configured with a body, a heel on the butt end of the body and an upwardly arcing nose on the body opposite the heel with a curved gripping surface extending between the heel and the nose. The grippers are biased toward each other such that noses abut each other when there is no object between the grippers. An object to be secured is inserted between the grippers and the grippers rotate apart to accommodate the object and the biasing spring urges the grippers towards each other to secure the object between the grippers.

Abstract: A cable/cable tray mounting system comprises a plurality of magnets and a strut. The strut includes a plurality of spaced apart mounting apertures. A suspension assembly pivotally secures each magnet of the plurality of magnets to the strut. The plurality of mounting apertures of the strut allow for varying magnetic arrangements of the plurality of magnets thereby allowing the magnet mounting system to be mounted onto flat surfaces, curved surfaces and/or other shaped surfaces.

An exemplary hanger may include a base mountable to a supporting surface, the base including a hook portion providing an upwardly opening gap, and a receiver pivotably mounted adjacent to a distal edge of the hook portion, the receiver being pivotable between an open position in which the receiver and the gap provide an aperture wider than the gap for receiving a supporting device connected to an object and a closed position in which the receiver substantially overlaps the gap. Also provided are methods of using the device for professional service providers, for example barbers, hairstylists, or others. Also provided is a universal mounting system for portable electronic devices that comprises a retaining member and a mounting member for mounting to a variety of mounts including handles, clips, suction cups, goosenecks, flexible joints, magnetic mounts, and key rings.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a portable shopping aid used to mount a shopping list, coupons, or other documents. Contrary to conventional wisdom, the aid is configured to sacrifice a writing surface in favor of portability, by providing a small body that may be easily inserted into a pocket or handbag. The body includes a clamp for mounting the aid onto a push bar of a shopping cart, for hands free viewing during shopping, as well as a document clip mechanism that clips documents by their ends closest to the push bar. In order to provide structural rigidity to retained documents, and notwithstanding the absence of a writing surface or clipboard, the clip mechanism is configured to crease documents. The shopping aid also includes feet for standing the aid upright, on a flat surface, and means for mounting the aid magnetically on a refrigerator wall, in all cases such that retained documents are presented in a convenient reading orientation.

The system comprises a mounting base including first and second fastening apertures defined therein, and a trim ring coupled with the mounting base having an opening defined therein. The badge is adapted to be securely mounted between the trim ring and the mounting base so that the badge is positioned within the opening in the trim ring. The system further includes a flexible fastening member that is configured to be positioned within the first and second fastening apertures, positioned around at least a portion of the component of the vehicle, and between the mounting base and the badge to fasten the badge to the vehicle.

Abstract: A coaster tray (trivet) comprising a base tray with removable coasters functioning in three ways: Firstly intact, as a large trivet/tray for protecting surfaces from hot dishes; secondly with tiles removed, as transportable coasters or small trivets for glasses, hot mugs, etc; and thirdly, individual tiles for use as emergency refrigerator magnets. The coasters (tiles) are readily at hand because they are held in the steel-lined tray by magnets, and need only a rocking pressure to release. The coasters/tiles/magnets can be utilized individually while the rest of the set remains in the tray. This simple device also allows the owner to swap out and/or replace coasters (tiles) at will; problems with breakage and boredom are remedied.

A plurality of legs extend from the base to provide stability. The neck support can be magnetically secured to the base in a substantially upright position when the stand is in an assembled configuration.
