Abstract: An interchangeable fastener system for use in combination with a perforated board or other surface on a vertical plane includes a main fastener including a base for supporting the main fastener on the perforated board; the base surrounding a channel defined by inner surfaces including opposing ramp surfaces to facilitate tightening of an attachment member, and a mechanical stop adjacent each ramp surface to prevent over rotation of the attachment member; and the attachment member including an insertion member having a first end tab and a second end tab, wherein the insertion member is sized and configured for selective passage through the channel from the front surface and wherein the attachment member may be selectively rotated until a male detent mates with a female detent for securing the attachment member to the main fastener.

Abstract: A hook system is described that can attach to the leg of a table and be configured to hold one or more purses, handbags, shopping bags or briefcases. The system is simple, inexpensive and adaptable to fit on legs of different sizes and shapes. The hook system can comprise one or more hook members and one or more adjustable cable ties to hold the hook members in place against a table leg.

Abstract: A hat bracket supports hats having a bill extending from a crown. The bracket has a back plate which may have bores therethrough. The back plate connects at an upper portion to a top arm which extends forwardly and downwardly relative to the back plate. A bottom arm extends forwardly and upwardly relative to the back plate and provides a hat support, such as a whale tail, onto which a rear of the crown is supported with the bill extending upwardly and prevented from outward rotation by the top arm. Multiple brackets may be connected together.

Abstract: A quick release equipment mount includes a support module secured to a fixture such as a wall or pipe and a number of item modules, each of which can attach to an item of equipment such as a fire extinguisher for quick release. The item modules can have two pair of vertically spaced apart hooks which engage two pair of commensurately spaced apart posts extending laterally from an elongated vertical tongue extending from the support module. The hooks are formed on a pair of rails spaced to form a groove slidingly engaged by the tongue. Item modules can have different item interfacing segments for securing in various manners to various types of equipment items while all having similar support module interfacing segments capable of quick release mounting to the support module.

A stair support system includes, but is not limited to, an aircraft fuselage, a door seal, a stair door, and a stair support cable assembly. The aircraft fuselage defines a door frame and a stair hook receptacle. The stair door has a retracted position within the door frame and an extended position that forms an entry/exit stairway. The stair support cable assembly includes a cable and two hooks. The first hook includes a curved end portion configured to hook onto the stair hook receptacle, a cable end portion secured to the cable, and an intermediate portion having first and second intermediate legs that extend the intermediate portion away from the door seal when installed on the door frame and the stair door. The second hook is configured to hook on the stair door.

The hinge assembly also includes a rotatable member or vane rotatably coupled with the hub and positioned between the first mounting arm and the second mounting arm. The rotatable member defines a vane hinge member or hinge member having a first nesting feature shaped complementary to a portion the first mounting arm and a second nesting feature shaped complementary to a portion of the second mounting arm of the hub to nest the hinge member between the first mounting arm and the second mounting arm. The hub and the rotatable member are simultaneously additively manufactured as distinct, but inseparable monolithic components.

Abstract: A dual side-hook structure is a hook unit with four hooks. The hook unit includes a first positioning hooks on an upper end of the hook unit and a first hanging hooks on a lower end of the hook unit. Edges of the first positioning hooks and the first hanging hooks include abutting devices to prevent the rope from sliding out of the hook unit. The hook unit is positioned on a vertical rope by using the first hanging hooks horizontally. The first positioning hooks and the first hanging hooks are used interchangeably. The entire hook unit is used flexibly and versatilely without limitation in space especially in wild field, outdoor area or camping ground.

Abstract: A portable saddle rack is provided for improved mobility, set up, storage and transportation features in order to efficiently anchor, receive, secure, and transport saddles, blankets and bridles of many types in a multitude of environments and destinations. The saddle rack preferably includes a bridal hook, a saddle support, a blanket support and adjustable blanket tensioner, and a plurality of hooks configured to removeably latch onto a horizontal structure such as a horse trailer. Embodiments also preferably include a retention line operatively connected to a vertical retention member, where the retention line is adapted to enwrap a portion of a saddle horn when placed upon the saddle rack.

The arrangement includes an electrode lead that carries cochlear stimulation signals from an implanted signal processor, through an oval shaped posterior tympanotomy opening in the facial recess of a patient, to an electrode array implanted in a cochlea of the patient. A retraction limiter slides over the electrode lead through the posterior tympanotomy with projection arms aligned along the long diameter of the posterior tympanotomy, then is rotated to align the projection arms along the short diameter of the posterior tympanotomy, and secured to the electrode lead so that the projection arms prevent post-surgical retraction of the electrode lead back through the posterior tympanotomy.

Abstract: At least devices and methods for displaying medals suspended from ribbons on vertical surfaces. In embodiments, a holster includes a backing plate that has a front face and a rear face. The rear face can be configured to be attached to the vertical surface, such as a wall or a frame. The holster further includes two shelves attached to the front face and configured to support the ribbon. The shelves can leave a vacant space between them for the medal to be suspended therethrough, when the ribbon is supported on the shelves. Accordingly, the medal can be displayed along with the decorative ribbon being held also in substantially full view.

Each panel has two slots for receiving the bracket. Bending the two frame members on the bracket causes the bracket's hooks to lock into the slots on the panel.

A projecting catch is defined, at each end of the outer loop portion, at the juncture of the downwardly-extending short portion and the outer loop portion. The outer loop portion is sized and configured to support a plastic bag of a predetermined size thereon. The apparatus also includes a connecting portion interconnecting the bag-supporting portion and the gripping portion. Methods of using the apparatus are also described.

Abstract: A system (100, 600, 700) for fastening objects to a wall or ceiling (120) comprises a rear, wall-anchor section (105, 607, 705) with a bore, and a front, pivotable section (110, 602, 604, 720), rigidly abutted together with no gap, aligned by a projection (135), and connected by a “living” hinge, strap, flap, lanyard or other type of connector (115). The pivotable section has a sharpened tip (112, 630, 635, 725) for penetrating the wall while the fastener is forced into the wall by a hammer or other driving tool or device, or manually by hand. The two sections of the fastener have a tapered, elliptical cross-section (111) which both prevents rotation of the fastener and locally reduces load-responsive pressure in the wallboard. To install, the axes of the wall-anchor and pivotable sections of the fastener are first aligned. The fastener is forced into the wall one of the above means. Then a pin (140) is manually inserted into the bore of the wall-anchor section.

Abstract: There is disclosed an improved support bracket for mounting a clutch of a roller blind. The clutch of roller blind used with this improved bracket is the type having at least one projecting pin. The support bracket includes a bracket housing having a flat wall with at least one aperture configured to receive the projecting pin such that the pin passes through the aperture and extends past the flat wall. The aperture is configured to permit the pin to slide up and down inside the aperture between a first and second position when the pin is positioned in the aperture. The bracket also includes a spring lock member mounted to the flat wall adjacent the aperture, the spring lock positioned to partially obstruct the aperture. The spring lock member is configured such that when the pin is inserted into the aperture the spring lock is deflected out of the way to permit the pin to be inserted into the aperture.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting and hanging purses, handbags, jackets and the like from the edge of a table, desk or other elevated platform. A support hook is pivotally coupled within a housing into which the support hook may be stored. The housing comprises first and second planar panels in parallel, spaced relation to each other and is adapted to be positioned upon the top of the table, desk or surface adjacent the edge thereof. The planar panels are secured in parallel spaced relation to one another by at least a single interior wall. The support hook is pivotally coupled to a pivot block in a manner which permits it to be moved in planes both perpendicular and parallel to the housing panels. When not in use, the support hook may be positioned for storage between the planar panels.
