A step and lip near the proximal end of the spacer can engage an outer surface of the form board either for four inch wall conduit positioning or six inch wall conduit positioning.

A clip assembly attaches to the cable housing and slidably engages the actuator cable upon operation of the actuator. The clip assembly engages the cable housing at a first side of the cable bracket and engages the actuator cable at a second side of the cable bracket.

In a rounded-profile-structure embodiment, a curved mounting-clamp unit is fastened to the structure through a fastener slot, a positioner leg is held in position against the structure, and an accessory-mount leg is held extended from the structure and provides an area for mounting accessories.

In another form, the mounting clip is adapted to be secured to a planar support by means of a mechanical fastener or magnetically.
