Abstract: The apparatus is a fixture for mounting wire fence on posts. The apparatus is a channel formed with slots across the web of the channel and the slots angled into the channel walls to form finger like tabs. Holes in lengthwise flanges on the channel sides or holes in the web permit mounting the fixture on a post using screws. The channel can be constructed in long or relatively short sections. The hanging fixture can be used at the top and bottom of the wire fence with the angles of the slots reversed, so that the wire fence can be trapped between them after simple installation by merely bending the wires to fit them into the slots.

Abstract: A fence post with horizontal studs used for quick fence wire connection. The fence wire connection used for securing a portion of the fence wire next to the fence post. The fence post with a quick fence wire connection is designed to eliminate the use of a separate tying wire and twisting of the tying wire on the fence post using a pair of pliers. The fence post includes a plurality of equally spaced pairs of horizontal studs disposed along the length of one side of the post. An equally spaced wire gap is provided between each of studs. The wire gap is dimensioned for receiving a portion of fence wire therein. Each of the horizontal studs has a side profile of a rectangular geometric shape or similar geometric shape and with a vertical base integrally attached to the side of the post and a parallel vertical top. An upper side of each stud is parallel to a lower side of the stud. In each of the studs is a vertical locking pinhole with an upper opening in the upper side and a lower opening in the lower side.

The metal fence post with a quick fence wire connection is designed to eliminate the use of a separate tying wire and twisting of the tying wire on the fence post using a pair of pliers. The metal fence post includes a plurality of equally spaced oblique studs disposed along the length of one side of the post. An equally spaced wire gap is provided between each of studs. The wire gap is dimensioned for receiving a portion of fence wire therein. Each of the oblique studs has a side profile of a trapezoidal geometric shape with a vertical base integrally attached to the side of the post and a parallel vertical top. An upper side and a lower side of the trapezoidal oblique stud is angled upwardly and inwardly from the base toward the top. In each of the studs is a vertical locking pinhole with an upper opening in the upper side and a lower opening in the lower side.

Abstract: Inspection of a semiconductor wafer is performed while a manufacturing process of another semiconductor wafer is executed. A plurality of semiconductor wafers are mounted on a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus and, while semiconductor the manufacturing process is executed, an arbitrary semiconductor wafer is removed from among the semiconductor wafers having finished the manufacturing process, to a position that is different from a position on the manufacturing apparatus defined for the plurality of semiconductor wafers. Inspection is then done for the removed wafer and, if it is evaluated as good, it is first returned to the position from which the wafer has been removed and then returned, along with the other semiconductor wafers to the original position on the manufacturing apparatus.

Abstract: It is an object of this invention to provide a fence sensor which can achieve an excellent detection stability without using a current for generating an electric field nor infrared rays. The fence sensor comprises a detection electrode (8); a reference electrode (9) insulated from the detection electrode (8); a chargeable member (4) insulated from both of the detection electrode (8) and the reference electrode (9); and a detection circuit (20) for detecting a change in the electrostatic capacitance between the detection electrode and the reference electrode that is generated by the presence of an object to be detected within a detection region of the detection electrode. In this fence sensor, the chargeable member is arranged such that at least a part of the chargeable member is situated within the detection region of the detection electrode. Further, the chargeable member is formed from a conductor.

  • Patent number: 6296233
Abstract: The invention relates to a retainer clip or latch attached to a fence post, such as a plastic fence post, for use in electric fences, that can be used with different types of fence strand members, and that is operated by hand to permit easy securement and removal of the fence strand members. The clip includes first and second portions which are hingedly attached together at one end and are releasably engageable with each other at the opposite end. The clip defines a loop at one end for holding an elongate fence strand member, such as wire, and an elongated area for holding a broader fence strand members, such as electric tape. The loop and elongated area are separated by a finger which extends from the second portion and into a notch in the first portion. The clips can be directly attached to a head portion of a T-shaped fence post at spaced locations along its length.
