Abstract: A virtual object control method includes: displaying a mode selection interface of a shooting game; starting, in response to a selection instruction for a target game mode in the mode selection interface, a game battle of the target game mode, and displaying a battle interface of the game battle; controlling a first virtual object to operate in a virtual environment provided by the game battle; controlling, in response to a shooting instruction for a virtual firearm used by the first virtual object, the virtual firearm to fire a virtual bullet; and determining, when the virtual bullet hits a second virtual object in the game battle, that the second virtual object is switched from a alive state to a death state.

Abstract: A recreational throwing dart comprising a target area at the rear capable of capturing the tip of another dart thrown into it while the dart is in the dartboard and a game comprising said dart. The dart is thrown into the dartboard and then a second dart is thrown at the target area of the first dart in the dartboard. The point of the second dart can stick into, be mechanically captured by, or otherwise adhere to the rear portion of the first dart. This dart creates a new form of gameplay different from traditional dart rules in which the tip of all darts must strike and stick into the dartboard itself. The invention allows the darts to not be damaged by the second dart sticking into the rear of it as happens when a standard dart pierces a dart flight or a dart shaft.

Abstract: An audible response self-healing target having a generally flat shell mated with a generally flat metal strike plate. The shell has a “self-healing” polymer “target zone”, and tabs that hold the metal plate parallel to the target zone with a small gap of approximately one-half inch. The shell rotatably mounts onto a pole, such that when a projectile, such as a bullet slug, impacts the target's strike zone, the slug penetrates the polymer and strikes the metal plate, kinetically causing the target to rotate about the pole and also causing the metal plate to generate an audible response.

Pressure wave sensors are disposed within the chamber and are configured to detect pressure waves created by the projectile. A target controller receives signals from the pressure sensors indicative of the pressure sensed by the sensors and determines an impact point of the projectile on the front face of the target.

Abstract: A shooting target having two overlaid target sheets. The front sheet provides a user with a photorealistic image of a desired target object (e.g., game animal or human assailant). Behind the front sheet is another sheet having the same image thereon, but with portions of that target which represent vital organs superimposed over the appropriate portions of the target's body. Having the rear sheet that provides the user with the marksmanship feedback behind the visible target sheet provides a more realistic shooting experience by eliminating the “aim-points” of traditional targets. Further, the dual layer target produces a “souvenir” sheet that readily shows which vital organ was struck.

Abstract: An archery target includes an impact-absorbing core configured to arrest an incoming projectile and a multilayered bag enveloping the impact-absorbing core and defining an outer surface of the target. The multilayered bag includes a flexible fabric layer comprising a plurality of interwoven fibers and a polyurethane coating layer applied to the flexible fabric layer and at least partially overlapping the flexible fabric layer such that the polyurethane coating layer at least partially fills spaces between the plurality of interwoven fibers. The fabric layer may be a woven polyester fabric having a denier rating of at least one thousand. The archery target may further include a marking defining a target area. The marking may be applied to the multilayered bag using a dye sublimation process.

The plurality of cables is attached to the frame in staggered orientation to one another, and each of the plurality of cables is interchangeable with any other cable of congruent dimension. The plurality of cables is attached to the frame in zigzag orientation to one another. The impact of bullets, mortars, and varying other ammunition rounds upon the plurality of cables is dampened in the loose hanging cables, thereby resulting in a less violent blow to the overall target apparatus. The target apparatus is capable of multiple uses before total destruction of the target apparatus.

The clamping assembly may include a mechanical lever, a winder, a crank, a hydraulic device, or a pneumatic device. The clamping compressing force may be applied from the top, bottom, or sides of the target material. This system includes a target mount device having a T-shaped mount body. Three legs selectively attach to the mount body, one leg at each corresponding mount hole. At least one leg includes an adjustment mechanism for extending the length of the leg. A conventional target attaches to the mount device by a mechanism for suspending the target from the mount block coupled to the mount block.

Abstract: The invention is a portable and modular shelter that are assembled and erected to serve as a background or expendable facade for range targets used in live ammunition target practice and combat exercises. The panels of the modular and portable shelter are ballistically designed to let rounds of ammunition pass through with as little damage to the panels as possible. Additionally, the panels do not cause the ballistic projectiles passing through to scatter, splashback, or ricochet. The modular and portable shelters have no lasting environmental impact if erected temporarily.

Abstract: A dart board game that simulates the game of golf by using regulation size darts. It is comprised of an eighteen inch regulation dart board with representations of various golf holes related to the score card. The regulation board includes varying marked yardages, water ponds, outside perimeter landing area, three stage putting green that includes a hole-in-one. All in-play areas are marked with one-eighth inch (??) perimeter lines. The game combines the skilled precision and finesse of darts with the low-scoring goal of golf.

Abstract: The present invention is an adjustable projectile target that includes a support structure that can hold a body portion of the target at various angular positions with regard to the support structure. The support structure allows the body portion to be rotated along both a vertical and a horizontal axis to provide a variety of target profiles for the body portion to simulate for the individual shots taken from various elevations and distances from the target animal.

The present disclosure also relates to a method of manufacturing a portable archery target. The method includes adding a resin into a mold cavity that defines a geometric shape of the portable archery target. At least the first surface has a contour that provides a three-dimensional animal-simulating target. The method comprises the steps of grinding bales of scrap thermoplastic foam into small bits and heat boding the small bits to form foam boards. Then, the foam boards are secured to each other to form a hollow target core box that is cuboid shaped, and before the target core box is completed, fabric filler is included within a cavity of the target core box.

Target devices, comprising a target portion and a base portion, are placed on a playing surface. The target portion may be self-repositioning and/or interchangeable. Target devices are placed at predetermined locations on a playing surface to encourage user to practice a swing for aiming at specific locations. The user will be able to visually estimate how far they were from the target device, and compensate for the distance the next time, if the user does not hit the target device. Different difficulty levels of target devices, due to differences in weight or size of the target portion, may be used. Target devices are also placed on a playing surface to provide variations to a table tennis game, wherein the object of the game is to knock down the opponent's target devices.

Abstract: A dart game simulates an automobile race, such as NASCAR or INDYCAR. The players throw darts at a target board and follow instructions in areas of the target board according to where the dart landed. Each of the players has a game piece that is located on a scoreboard that is shaped to simulate a race track and is divided into a plurality of steps. The target board is also divided into a pit area. Each game piece is moved in accordance with the instructions found on the target board. A player can move in the track area only if his game piece is permitted on the track. A game piece is removed from the track if the player strikes an area on the target board that contains instructions which require the game piece to be moved into the pit. The player can only exit the pit if he has struck an area that has instructions that permit him to move out of the pits. The game continues until one player has completed a preset number of laps and crosses a start/finish line first.

Abstract: A frame structure holds a paper roll in the top part and releasable spring loaded pressure bars hold the roll and the leading edge of the paper stretched taut across the frame for shooting arrows through the paper and release to allow feeding a hole-free portion of paper from the roll. Once the paper is fed, springs pull the pressure bars together to apply pressure to the top of the paper roll and the leading edge of the paper on the opposite side of the frame so that the paper is held tight. An arrow may be shot through the tight paper to determine the trueness of flight. If the arrow flies true, the tear of the fletching is evenly spaced around the hole of the shaft.

The strands of the net provide the boundary or perimeter of the opening.
