  • Patent number: 6656555
Abstract: A form that incorporates either a label or card such that the form can be reliably printed on by the end user and manufactured less expensively. The integrated label form includes a top printable substrate and a liner substrate mated together by an adhesive. The top printable substrate serves at least partially as removable portions capable of being reapplied. Weakened lines of substrate may be provided to define removable portions on the top printable substrate. The form also may include a similar printable substrate mated to the other side of the liner by adhesive. Weakened lines of substrate also may formed in the second substrate to define removable portions. The integrated card form includes a printable substrate and a first and second laminate mated to the substrate and together by an adhesive. Weakened lines of substrate and first laminate define an integrated removable portion capable of being held in the form by the second laminate and easily removed manually when desired.

  • Patent number: 6190747
Abstract: A form 1 has a detachable card 3. A peel glue layer 22 adheres a support layer 21 to the card 3. The card 3 is a blank produced by punching the form 1 up to the support layer 21. The blank is held in the form by the peel glue layer 22 and support layer until removed.

  • Patent number: 5736212
Abstract: A form (1) with a detachable card (3) is disclosed. A support material (2) is glued on the back of the form and contains besides a support layer (21) a layer of glue (22) that may be peeled off the card. The card (3) is a blank held by the supporting layer (21) within the form and produced by punching (31, 32) through the front of the form up to the supporting layer (21). The card may be punched all around its periphery without leaving any punching bridges.

  • Patent number: 4824140
Abstract: The wrist note pad has an elongated housing having its respective ends pivotally connected to the opposite ends of a wrist fastening band. Within the housing is a scrolled paper roll journaled adjacent its one end and a take-up roll shaft journaled adjacent its opposite end. A rewind knob and a paper feed knob are both positioned outside of the housing and are connected to the respective scrolled paper roll and take-up roll shaft positioned within the housing. A writing surface cover is attached by a hinge to the top surface of the wrist note pad and it has a pair of longitudinally spaced laterally extending slots therein through which the scrolled paper would be threaded to provide a writing surface atop the cover.

  • Patent number: 4703953
Abstract: A note dispensing and retaining device which has an open topped main body (20) with a writing platform (28) pivoted outward from the body and a continuous roll of paper (38) between spindles routed over and through the platform. An open ended roll of paper (46) is directed over the top of the continuous roll and written upon with the characters transferred to the paper underneath which is set in motion by an electrical drive mechanism with a gear motor (48). The note is stored within the device on the roll and the motor allows the past notes to be scrolled through in forward or reverse direction. A top enclosure (66) covers the device and includes a hinged compression roller (82) that engages the papers driving them simultaneously in a linear direction. The object of the invention provides paper for written notes with a copy retained within for future reference.

  • Patent number: 3989175
Abstract: A novel tape dispenser especially useful in dispensing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the type having a plurality of longitudinally spaced zones which appreciably increase the force required to strip the tape from the roll compared to areas intermediate these zones. Features of the invention include: an adjustable blade on the dispenser frame, in one embodiment, which may set at desired distances from the roll to accommodate various dimensional characteristics of different tapes; a limiting structure for preventing the roll of tape from being pulled bodily out of the dispenser; and a unique arrangement for mounting and maintaining the tape such that the line of departure of tape from the roll is maintained in fixed position on the dispenser frame. In one embodiment the support means for the tape roll defines a path inclining downwardly toward a lip on the frame across which tape is drawn as it is stripped from the roll.
