    Abstract: In a sectional-type high wear-resistant double-layer straight tube and a method for preparing the same, the double-layer straight tube includes a protective outer tube and a sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube. The protective outer tube is nested outside of the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube; the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube includes at least two wear-resistant inner tube sections; and the wear-resistant inner tube sections are connected sequentially. The sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube at least includes a left inner tube section, a right inner tube section, and one or more middle inner tube section. The wear-resistant straight tube can greatly prolong the service life of the pipeline so that the cost performance of the pipeline is increased by more than a few times. It would also easily achieve mass production, the quality is stable and reliable, and the safety performance is high.

The connector may include an extended gripping portion for gripping with power tongs, and may further include a reinforced portion for increasing resistance of the pipe connector to deformation when threadedly connected with a tubing joint with the connector.

    Abstract: A steam generator heating tube repair sleeve has an encircling flange, conical region, and a straight region. The encircling flange merges into a conical region that tapers on the outside in the direction of the other sleeve end and which is adjoined to the straight region. A steam generator heating tube repair method is used to repair a steam generator heating tube that is installed in a steam generator having a defective tube end. The method includes conical milling out of the defective tube end, inserting a steam generator heating tube repair sleeve into the conically milled-out defective tube end, rolling in the steam generator heating tube repair sleeve, and welding the flange region.
