Abstract: A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. A substrate having a touch-sensing region and a peripheral region is provided. A touch-sensing circuit layer including first sensing series, and second meshed metal sensing pads is formed on the touch-sensing region of the substrate. An insulating layer having first contact windows is formed on the substrate to cover the touch-sensing circuit layer. The first contact windows expose a portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads. A plurality of second transparent bridge lines are formed on the insulating layer located in the touch-sensing region. Each second transparent bridge line is electrically connected to two adjacent second meshed metal sensing pads through two first contact windows. The second transparent bridge lines completely cover the portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads exposed by the first contact windows.

Abstract: An RF switch to controllably withstand an applied RF voltage Vsw, or a method of fabricating such a switch, which includes a string of series-connected constituent FETs with a node of the string between each pair of adjacent FETs. The method includes controlling capacitances between different nodes of the string to effectively tune the string capacitively, which will reduce the variance in the RF switch voltage distributed across each constituent FET, thereby enhancing switch breakdown voltage. Capacitances are controlled, for example, by disposing capacitive features between nodes of the string, and/or by varying design parameters of different constituent FETs. For each node, a sum of products of each significant capacitor by a proportion of Vsw appearing across it may be controlled to approximately zero.

The body includes a recess and a first lock passage extending from a first opening in an upper surface to a second opening in a rear surface. The clamp is assembled with a clamp retaining portion of the body. The cover is connected with the body and is movable between a lockout position covering at least a portion of the clamp and a release position uncovering the clamp to permit adjustment. The cover includes first and second cutouts. When the cover is in the lockout position, the first and second cutouts align with the first and second openings of the body to permit insertion of a lock member through the first lock passage, thereby preventing movement of the cover from the lockout position to the release position.
