Abstract: An accessory mounting system for on-road and off-road passenger vehicles, such as light-duty trucks and SUV's is provided. The system attaches to a vehicle to serve as an extension of the vehicle frame to provide a secure mounting location for vehicle accessories, such as a winch, grille guards, headlamp guards, and lights. The system provides for the attachment of numerous accessory components without modification or replacement of an original equipment bumper.

A smooth sheet surface coating of fabric or plastic is attached to the section of the elastomer which contacts the central console, so that the blocker slides with the seat as it moves forwardly and rearwardly.

The trim panel is connectable to the automobile and defines a panel opening. The retainer bracket defines a retainer bracket opening. At least one projection extends from at least one of the trim panel or the retainer bracket, and extends through the mounting aperture of the deformable panel. At least one engaging structure is formed on the other of the trim panel or the retainer bracket to engage the projection.

Abstract: A hood scoop decoration kit includes a bezel trim member having a concave shape with first and second ends extending in a common direction from a center section thereof. The bezel trim member is attached to an exterior surface of a hood scoop adjacent a forward facing end thereof. A planar mesh member, having a trapezoidal shape, is attached to a forward facing end of a hood scoop. The kit includes an attachment device for securing the bezel trim and planar mesh members to the hood scoop. In one embodiment, an adhesive material is applied to the concave surface of the bezel trim member and to an edge of the mesh member to provide attachment of these members to the hood scoop. The adhesive material includes a fluid adhesive and/or a tape having opposed adhesive sides. Alternatively, mechanical fasteners are employed for securing the decorative members to the hood scoop.

Abstract: A curved wheelchair ramp for ride vehicles of an amusement park attraction, ride, or other environment is provided. In one embodiment, the wheelchair ramp is maneuverable between a retracted position and an extended position. In the retracted position, the wheelchair ramp may form a door to the ride vehicle. In the extended position, the wheelchair ramp extends, in a curve, between an access opening of the ride vehicle to a station platform. In various embodiments, the ramp may have a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment. The segments may fold together or may nest together.

A flexible panel defines a rug having a first end edge and a second end edge disposed opposite of each other. The first end edge is attached to the spindle. The spindle is rotated in a first direction to position the panel in a rolled up configuration on the spindle and rotated in a second direction remove the panel from the spindle to position the panel on a ground surface.

Abstract: A golf car employs a mounting system to attach a display device to the golf car housing such that the display device is movable so as to facilitate viewing of a display screen of the display device by a user whether the user is located inside or outside the golf car. In one embodiment, the mounting system includes a rigid base member, a swivel member and at least one extension member. The swivel member mechanically connects the display device to the rigid base member and facilitates rotation of the display device about a vertical axis in a range of 0 to about 360 degrees relative to an initial position of the display device. The extension member is connected to the rigid base member and facilitates upward and downward movement of the display device distally from at least one point of attachment of the mounting system to the golf car housing.

Abstract: A gripping device arranged in a bracket is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the gripping device includes a gripping element with an adjustable gripping range. The gripping element extends as a substantially closed loop, and is adapted to receive objects of varying shapes and sizes. The gripping device further includes a support structure and a displacing device, the displacing device being adapted to displace the support structure relative to the bracket and adjust the gripping range by changing a distance between a first attachment on the gripping element arranged adjacent the support structure, and a second attachment on the gripping element which is arranged adjacent the displacing device. A corresponding method of providing a gripping device is also disclosed.

Abstract: An elastomeric blocker adapted to be inserted between the adjacent surfaces of a front seat of an automobile and a central console of an automobile to block the gap between the seat and the console and prevent articles from accumulating in the gap. The block has a central slit extending between its top and the bottom aligned longitudinally for the reception of the side seatbelt. A smooth sheet surface coating of fabric or plastic is attached to the section of the elastomer which contacts the central console, so that the blocker slides with the seat as it moves forwardly and rearwardly.

Abstract: This invention provides a retractable, pivotable, slidable, and removable horizontal bar device designed for containing a cover to shield the rear compartment of an automobile from view. The bar also provides for securely holding in place conventional plastic bags when such bags, filled with groceries or other items, are being transported in a vehicle, maintaining the bags in an upright, suspended position on or above the floor of the interior trunk or cargo compartment of an automobile. A pair of the bars and holding systems may be used to further provide a detachable and removable cross support bar and dual covers to cover the entire rear compartment of an automobile.

Abstract: An adjustable length vehicle trunk locking assembly prevents violent excursions of a tied-down trunk hood during travel. The assembly includes a non-stretch rope, with a spring snap fitted at one end of the non stretch rope, which is fed through a ball line tightener having a second spring snap attached thereto. The spring snap at the end of the locking assembly engages around a structural member or hook attached to the inside of the trunk or hatch lid while the lid is open. The non-stretch rope is then fed through the ball line tightener to facilitate snapping the second spring snap to the trunk or hatch lock loop or other point at the bottom frame or beyond. Then the rope is tightened by pulling the lid in contact with the protruding object.

For example, an article astride a fender and a door of a motor vehicle, the article transversely pivots out of the way of the door whenever the door is opened.

Abstract: A lockable glovebox cover unit is configured for mating engagement with a frame mounted on a motorcycle. The unit includes a rigid cover element presenting a front and back. Portions of the back extend outward. A locking apparatus is received through the cover and includes a rotatable latch on the back of the cover element. When the latch is placed in the locked position access to the interior of the glovebox is not possible. A keyhole is formed on the front of the cover element for access to the interior of the glovebox. Additionally, the cover unit may also be removed from the frame when unlocked. The cover element is preferably made of a synthetic resin. In particularly preferred embodiments the cover unit includes a metal flange affixed to lower portions on the back of the cover. The flange is adapted for mating, gripping engagement to the frame.

The sink assembly may include a mounting frame attached to the exterior of the vehicle and a removable sink top mountable on the mounting frame. The sink top includes a sink bowl with a drain. The sink frame holds the sink top in a generally horizontal position when attached to the mounting frame. The sink assembly may further include a drain hose connected at one end to the drain in the sink bowl. The end of the drain hose opposite to the end connected to the sink bowl includes a fitting for connecting the drain hose to a drain opening in a side of the vehicle. The sink assembly may further include a storage container for storing at least one plumbing apparatus. The plumbing apparatus may include at least one of a flexible faucet, a coiled hose, or a hose with a shower head.

Each of a plurality of loops is attached to the upper edge. A support extends through the loops and has a pair of free ends each comprising a hook. A vehicle has a plurality of door windows. Each of the hooks is mounted on one of the windows so that the support extends outwardly from the vehicle.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mountable recreation fable that mounts on the rear of the vehicle while the vehicle is parked and the tailgate is open. The recreation table includes a table top and a table pole attached to the underside of the table top. A table mount attaches to the rear of the vehicle, and the mount includes a receiver for the table pole to be inserted into. The mount is secured to either a striker or a seat headrest in the rear of the vehicle. Advantageously, the recreation table of the present disclosure easily attaches to the rear of the vehicle. The recreation table can be utilized in combination with seats in the rear of the vehicle, and the present disclosure requires no modification to attach the table to the vehicle.

Abstract: A holder for a personal accessory such as a purse, handbag or the like is specially adapted for suspension between the seatbacks of a vehicle having individual (or split) seats. A bag-type body, open on a generally upper edge, is supported by two straps configured for adjustable attachment to the head restraint support posts of the opposing seats of a vehicle. In another embodiment, adapter loops are provided for securing the suspension straps to the headrests of a vehicle whose seatbacks have an integral headrest (or head restraint). The adapter loops adjustably fit around the base of the head restraint and may include a D-ring or the like for convenient attachment of the suspension straps. In certain embodiments, one or more pockets may be provided on an outer surface of the holder for smaller personal accessories such as mobile telephones, music players and the like.

A second holding element has a second latching element which interacts parallel to the holding region plane with a second mating latching element which is complementary thereto and is formed on a second end side of the component. The second holding element has a receiving opening which is passed through by a protruding region, which is formed on the second end side, wherein an opening edge of the receiving opening engages around the protruding component region at least on a side remote from the holding region.

The upper wall, the lower wall, and the channel extend in the longitudinal direction of the side sill garnish. The lip portion is inserted into the channel and the fixing portion is adhered to the back side of the top end portion by double-sided adhesive tape.

Abstract: A receiver pin is provided for attaching a ball mount to a receiver on a vehicle. The receiver pin includes a body having an insertion portion and a retaining portion. The insertion portion is sized for insertion through aligned openings in the ball mount and the receiver. The retaining portion extends at least partially laterally from a proximal end of the insertion portion for limiting axial movement of the inserted body in a first direction. The insertion portion also includes a transverse receiving aperture at a distal end for receiving a retaining clip to limit axial movement of the inserted body in a second direction.
