Abstract: A system is provided for emergency egress training. The system includes a training building including a first story simulating a basement of a second building and a second story simulating a first story of the second building. The system further includes a platform defining an opening and including a base configured to mount the platform on a ground surface. The system also includes an egress well operatively connected to the platform at the opening such that a base of the egress well is positioned above the ground surface and wherein the egress well is further operatively connected to the first story of the training building. An emergency egress training method is also provided.

Abstract: Systems and method of forming a structure from a trailer body are disclosed herein. An example structure can be formed from a portion/section of a trailer, such as a semi-truck, or dry-van, trailer. The trailer has a unibody construction allowing the section(s) cut/formed therefrom to be self-supporting. The self-supporting sections can be enclosed on one or more open ends, i.e. the ends formed by cutting or sectioning the trailer, to enclose the section. The enclosed section can then be outfitted/equipped, as needed, to form the complete structure.

A second stall may be provided, with the interior wall of the first stall providing a divider wall between the first and second stalls, and acting as a front wall of the second stall. The stall divider may be pivotable to allow for entry of a livestock animal into the stall. A manger is disposed in front of the stall for storage of feed that is accessible to the livestock animal in the stall. Optionally, a water trough is accessible at the manger, and other spaces may provide living quarters or facilities for an operator.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a self-contained mobile living space that mimics the amenities of an entire residential property in order to affordably house individuals, particularly in urban environments. All living necessities are fused into one micro-living platform, independent of access to existing structures, land space, electricity, or sewage hookups, allowing landowners to rent out space with limited effort. The wheeled foundation allows the assembly to circumvent some of the existing urban building codes. In preferred embodiments, the various elements are configured in such a way that separate areas for sleeping, leisure, bathing, cooking, and gardening can be had atop a single compact space, with the use of exterior space maximized to heighten the sense of spatial availability for the occupant.

Associated with the outer frame are minor input containers, each in fluid communication with a unique conduit and means to convey the fluid controlled by the computer. The parameters are used by a selected program and the CPU to provide appropriate ratio, sequence, and isolation of inputs. The station includes means for full removal and mix of all contents in a container, full removal of all contents from the recipient, and full clean-out of main conduit.

Abstract: A micro weight enclosure when fully loaded with gear and equipment is capable of being towed by vehicles with gross tow weight ratings of less than 1000 lbs. This enclosure does not utilize a traditional chassis, rather uses common manufacturing of panel assemblies mechanically attached together forming the basic structural elements required for strength at minimal weight and reduced wind drag. The enclosure, being ergonomically optimized, allows enough space to stand in one location, but sit, recline, or lay prone in a most comfortable fashion, and to attend to human hygiene and related activity in a secure protected environment. Abstract: A slide-out or retractable room for a mobile living quarters, such as a recreational vehicle, is provided with actuating assemblies mounted on opposite side walls of the slide-out room and the adjacent wall of the main living area. The actuating assemblies include a pair of parallel gear racks mounted on the side wall, which are engaged by pinions rotated by torque shafts mounted on the main living quarters. Each torque shaft is rotated by a separate motor. A roller engages a bearing surface on the lower portion of the gear racks. Accordingly, the slide-out room is extended and retracted by rotating the torque shafts to cause the gear racks and the attached slide-out room to extend and retract. The weight of the slide-out room is supported by the rollers, thereby supporting the slide-out room off of the floor of the main living quarters as it extends and retracts. A synchronizing control operates the motors.

In the second configuration, the floor area of the trailer is expanded and large enough to support a plurality of beds for treating patients. In some embodiments, the floor area in the second configuration may be at least twice as large as the floor area in the first configuration.
