Abstract: An item of seating furniture in the form of a bench (10) includes a backrest (11) and a seating surface (12), and has two rear support legs (13) arranged in the backrest (11) plane and two front support legs (14) arranged in each of the front outer corner regions of the seating surface (12). The seating surface (12) is divided perpendicularly to the plane of the backrest (11) and each of the seating surface parts (25) formed in this manner also have at least one inner-lying support leg (16). The two seating surface parts (25) can be pivoted outwards about their respective rear support legs (13) and into a seating position. The backrest (11), which is pivotally mounted on a main frame, can be pivoted into a horizontal table position.

Abstract: Multiple convertible furniture configurations adapted to provide multiple seating surfaces by interchangeable and removable support cushion units inclusive in a single furniture element. Removably self-supporting cushion seat assemblies are selectively secured to a primary furniture element as auxiliary arms and back surfaces, each of which has internally deployable support legs allowing cushion seat assemblies to be used independently wherein combination with the original chair sofa support unit increasing the number of seating surfaces and arrangement possible.

Abstract: A system to allow quick setup of a support structure and connected playing surface with rapid leveling of the playing surface for playing billiards. One embodiment of the invention allows the playing surface to be mounted to a support structure that can be converted to a couch. This embodiment can be placed in residential housing in rooms such as dens, family rooms, or living rooms. Another embodiment of the invention allows the playing surface when mounted to legs rigidly connected to a floor to be used on a concrete patio, a garage with a concrete floor or on a wooden deck.

Abstract: A convertible bench comprises a seat, a backrest and a pair of armrests extending between the seat and the backrest. Each armrest has a first end portion extending from the backrest and a second opposed end portion pivotally mounted to the seat for allowing the backrest to be swung about the armrests between a backrest position and a tabletop position. A stopper cooperates with the second end portion of each armrest for supporting the backrest in the backrest and tabletop positions thereof.

Abstract: A convertible bench/table container apparatus is disclosed in one presently preferred embodiment of the present device as including a support container assembly having an internal storage chamber disposed therein for the purpose of storing children's toys, clothing, blankets, etc. or for use as an ice chest, food receptacle, etc. In preferred construction, the support container assembly may be formed having a base board member and one or more openable seat members to facilitate access to the internal storage chamber of the support container assembly. Preferably, the seat members are hingeably attached at a first end to the base board member and operably disposed in alignment with a raised rim of the upper portion of the support container assembly which provides structural support to the seat members in a closed position.
